采用射频反应溅射法在玻璃衬底上制备Zn3N2薄膜,然后向真空室中通入纯氧气进行热氧化制备ZnO薄膜.利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、霍尔效应测量、透射光谱和光致发光光谱等表征技术,研究了氧化温度和氧化时间对ZnO薄膜的结晶质量、电学性质和光学性能的影响.研究结果显示,450℃下氧化2h后的样品中除含有ZnO外,还有Zn3N2成分,500℃下氧化2h可以制备出电阻率为0.7Ωcm,空穴载流子浓度为1017cm-3,空穴迁移率为0.9cm2/Vs的具有c轴择优取向的p型ZnO薄膜.此时的ZnO薄膜具有良好的光学特性,紫外可见光范围内透过率为85%,处于紫外区域的激子复合产生的发光峰很强,且半高宽较窄,而处于可见光部分来自于深能级发射的绿色发光峰很弱.这种工艺制备的ZnO薄膜质量较好,有利于实现在短波长光电器件方面的应用. 相似文献

The growth mechanism of the peritectic η phase involving the peritectic reaction and peritectic transformation in Cu-70%Sn alloy was investigated under directional
solidification. The results show that a major growth mechanism in thickening of the peritectic η-layer is not the peritectic reaction but the peritectic transformation. The transformation temperature and isothermal time
play crucial roles in determining the volume fraction and the thickness of the peritectic η phase. With the increase of the temperature and isothermal time, the volume fraction of the peritectic η phase increases. The regressed data show that the relationship between the thickness of η phase (Δx) and the transformation temperature (T) meets the following equation In Δx=6.5−1673 1 / T. Additionally, there exists a relationship between the thickness of the η phase (Δx) and the isothermal time (t) at the 9 mm solidification distance below the peritectic reaction interface, Δx=0.72t
1/2, which is consistent with the theoretical model.

A survey on the mechanisms of powerful terahertz (THz) radiation from laser plasmas is presented.Firstly,an analytical model is described,showing that a transverse net current formed in a plasma can be converted into THz radiations at the plasma oscillation frequency.This theory is applied to explain THz generation in a gas driven by two-color laser pulses.It is also applied to THz generation in a tenuous plasma driven by a chirped laser pulse,a few-cycle laser pulse,a DC/AC bias electric field.These are well verified by particle-in-cell simulations,demonstrating that THz radiations produced in these approaches are nearly single-cycles and linear polarized.In the chirped laser scheme and the few-cycle laser scheme,THz radiations with the peak field strength of tens of MV/cm and the peak power of gigawatt can be achieved with the incident laser intensity less than 10 17 W/cm 2. 相似文献

It is reported that efficient continuous-wave (CW) green laser generation at 532 nm in a KTP crystal at type-II phase matching
direction performed with a diode-pumped Nd:LGS laser. With incident pump power of 18.2 W, output power of 2.68 W at 532 nm
has been obtained using a 5 mm-long KTP crystal. The optical conversion efficiency was up to 14.7%. At the output power level
of 2.68 W, the output stability is better than 3.5%. The beam quality M

The semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) can be very efficient to tune the response of photocatalyst of TiO2 to visible light. In this study, CdS QDs formed in situ with about 8 nm have been successfully deposited onto the surfaces
of TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs) to form TNTs/CdS QDs nanocomposites by use of a simple bifunctional organic linker, thiolactic acid. The
diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) spectra of as prepared samples showed that the absorption edge of the TNTs/CdS composite
is extended to visible range, with absorption edge at 530 nm. The photocatalytic activity and stability of TNTs/CdS were also
evaluated for the photodegradation of rhodamine B. The results showed that when TNTs/CdS QDs was used, photocatalytic degradation
of RhB under visible light irradiation reached 91.6%, higher than 45.4 and 30.5% for P25 and TNTs, respectively. This study
indicated that the TNTs/CdS QDs nanocomposites were superior catalysts for photodegradation under visible light irradiation
compared with TNTs and P25 samples, which may find wide application as a powerful photocatalyst in environmental field. 相似文献

The optical property of a structure composed of a touching gold nanocylinder array on a thin gold film is investigated using finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. It is discovered that the transmission behavior can be tuned by tuning the geometry of the structure. As the film thickness increases, the transmission mode associated with the localized surface plasmon resonance blue shifts accompanied with a decrease of magnitude and full width at half maximum, and a second transmission appear due to the interaction of the plasmons on the cylinder with their images induced on the film. The localized waveguide resonance diminishes but the second resonance peak is intensified and broadened noticeably with the separation of the cylinder array and film increase. The cylinder radius size influences the localized surface plasmon resonance mode obviously. These results may be helpful for the design of a novel optical device. 相似文献

We report a continuous-wave (CW) coherent green radiation at 532 nm by intracavity frequency doubling generation of 1064 nm
Nd:Gd0.18Y0.82VO4 laser. With incident pump power of 18.2 W, output power of 1.08 W at 532 nm has been obtained using a 5 mm-long KTP crystal.
The optical conversion efficiency was up to 5.9%. At the output power level of 1.08 W, the output stability is better than

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of low-level laser irradiation (LLLI) on proliferation of myoblasts in culture.
Myoblasts derived from rat skeletal muscle were irradiated by He-Ne laser with different doses. Compared with nonirradiated
control group, the number of myoblasts increased when the cells in normal culture conditions were exposed to the laser of
specific energy density. The amount of cells with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) positive expression and the 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine
(BrdU) incorporation rate after laser irradiation were also higher than that of the control group, suggesting that LLLL at
certain doses can effectively enhance myoblasts growth activity in vitro. This study firstly demonstrated that stimulating
myoblasts to enter into proliferative stage from initial resting state was an important mechanism of regeneration and repair
of injured skeletal muscle promoted by LLLI in clinical treatment. 相似文献
