We report the novel characteristics of the series resonant-frequency shift, DeltaF, of a one-face sealed quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) in solutions of monovalent electrolytes and divalent electrolytes. In the present study, we used NaCl, KCl, LiCl, NaNO3 and CH3COONa as monovalent electrolytes, and MgCl2, CaCl2, MgSO4 and Na2SO4 as divalent electrolytes. These experiments reveal that, in all the solutions, the DeltaF values vary linearly with an increase in the square root of the density-viscosity product of the solutions, and the immersion angle dependence of DeltaF appears. Moreover, we have found that the intercept values of DeltaF are dependent only on the cation species, and that the slope values of DeltaF with the viscosity and density of the solutions are related only to the valence of ions. We also suggest that the DeltaF values are independent of anion species, conductivity and permittivity of the solutions.  相似文献

We have developed two syntheses of vicenistatin and its analogues. Our first‐generation strategy included the rapid and sequential assembly of the macrocyclic lactam by using an intermolecular Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction between the C3–C13 fragment and the C1–C2, C14–C19 fragment, followed by an intramolecular Stille coupling reaction. The second‐generation strategy utilized a ring‐closing metathesis of a hexaene intermediate to generate the desired 20‐membered macrolactam. This second‐generation strategy made it possible to prepare synthetic analogues of vicenistatin, including the C20‐ and/or C23‐demethyl analogues. Evaluation of the cytotoxic effect of these analogues indicated the importance of the fixed conformation of aglycon for determining the biological activity of the vicenistatins.  相似文献

We report the STM study on a single-crystalline sample of FeTe at 7.8 K. FeTe is one of the iron-based superconductor. We measured the resistivity and the magnetization of FeTe. FeTe shows SDW transition at 58 K on these measurements. We study the electronic state of FeTe by using STM/STS for observing FeTe from a microscopic viewpoint. We observed the iron layer and the tellurium layer with atomic resolution. Moreover, we discover the charge stripe structure on STM/STS measurement. We find the charge stripe structure is caused by iron atoms from the analysis. The gap structure of 9 meV was observed in tunneling spectra. This gap size is consistent with the SDW gap which is expected from mean field theory with TN=58 K.  相似文献

We carried out an experimental and numerical investigation of photoinduced voltage at normal incidence in the nondiffraction regime, which was not predicted to occur by the simple momentum conservation model. We prepared two samples: one having space inversion symmetry and the other without this feature. At normal incidence in the nondiffraction regime, we observed a finite signal only for the asymmetric structure. We found that surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) are excited by the signal and are attributed to the origin of the voltage. We also evaluated the radiation force of light by using the Maxwell stress tensor and found that pressure of light and not shear force is mainly induced in the structure due to the asymmetric excitation of SPPs.  相似文献

The ammonium-directed olefinic epoxidations of a range of differentially N-substituted cyclic allylic and homoallylic amines (derived from cyclopentene, cyclohexene, and cycloheptene) have been investigated, and the reaction kinetics have been analyzed. The results of these studies suggest that both the ring size and the identity of the substituents on nitrogen are important in determining both the overall rate and the stereochemical outcome of the epoxidation reaction. In general, secondary amines or tertiary amines with nonsterically demanding substituents on nitrogen are superior to tertiary amines with sterically demanding substituents on nitrogen in their ability to promote the oxidation reaction. Furthermore, in all cases examined, the ability of the (in situ formed) ammonium substituent to direct the stereochemical course of the epoxidation reaction is either comparable or superior to that of the analogous hydroxyl substituent. Much slower rates of ring-opening of the intermediate epoxides are observed in cyclopentene-derived and cycloheptene-derived allylic amines as compared with their cyclohexene-derived allylic and homoallylic amine counterparts, allowing for isolation of these intermediates in both of the former cases.  相似文献

The submaxillary gland esteroproteases were separated by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and their substrate specificities were determined by histochemical staining procedures using cellulose acetate membranes. Twenty-one proteolytically active enzymes were classified into four groups based on substrate specificities on benzoyl-arginine-ethylester (BAEE), N-alpha-benzoyl-DL-arginine-p-nitroanilide (BAPNA), and poly-L-lysine. These types were further divided into eight subgroups by their sensitivity to inhibitors and androgen dependence. These results suggest that eight groups of esteroproteases are present in the submaxillary gland of male mice.  相似文献

Switching characteristics of sealed-off triggered vacuum gaps (TVGs) were examined from the viewpoint of a high repetition rate at high current discharge. With a triggered energy of 11 J, it was possible to fire the main gap in both the anode and cathode modes of operation. In repetitive discharge experiments, the TVG-tube was put in the center of the cylindrical conductor and the switching tube inductance was about 27 nH. The TVG-tube was confirmed to have capabilities for 1000 shots with a pulse current of 120 kA and a high repetition rate of 5 Hz. These experimental results indicated that the TVG-tube is a potential repetitive closing switch for the plasma X-ray source  相似文献

Two new cyclic ethers consisting of squalene carbon skeleton have been isolated from the red alga L. obtusa. The absolute stereostructure of teurilene (1) was elucidated by x-ray crystallographic method, and the structure of thyrsiferyl 23-acetate (2) was established from the spectral and chemical evidence.  相似文献

In this paper, cheap liquorice residue was used to prepare activated carbon (AC), thioacetamide (TAA) was used to modify the AC, and the adsorption experiments were conducted in the simulated acid radioactive wastewater with low uranium concentration to study the adsorption behavior and mechanism for uranium by TAA modified AC (TAA–AC). The removal efficiency by TAA–AC was 92.1–98.2% from the 1 mg L?1 uranium solution at pH 2–6. The adsorption equilibrium data were well fitted by Dubinin–Radushkevich model, and the maximum adsorption capacity was estimated to be 340 mg g?1. TAA–AC showed an enhanced selectivity for uranium in the presence of competitive ions. Furthermore, the adsorption experiments were conducted in the actual acid radioactive wastewater with low uranium concentration from an in situ leach uranium mine. The high adsorption rate (98.3%) and selectivity (Kd?=?3.78×104 mL g?1) for uranium were observed in the actual acid radioactive wastewater, and the adsorption rate was found to maintain 96.2% over six cycles of adsorption–desorption.  相似文献
