Visible, near-infrared (NIR) and IR spectra in the 15600-2500 cm(-1) region were measured for phenol and 2,6-difluorophenol, 2,6-dichlorophenol, and 2,6-dibromophenol in n-hexane, CCl(4), CHCl(3) and CH(2)Cl(2) to study hydrogen bonding effects and solvent dependences of wavenumbers and absorption intensities of the fundamental and the first, second, and third overtones of OH stretching vibrations. A band shift of the OH stretching vibrations from a gas state to a solution state (solvent shift) was plotted versus vibrational quantum number (v = 0, 1, 2 and 3), and it was found that there is a linear relation between the solvent shift and the vibrational quantum number. The slope of solvent shift decreases in the order of phenol, 2,6-difluorophenol and 2,6-dichlorophenol. For all of the solute molecules, the slope becomes larger with the increase in the dielectric constant of the solvents. The relative intensities of the OH stretching vibrations of phenol in CCl(4), CHCl(3), and CH(2)Cl(2) against the intensity of the corresponding OH vibration in n-hexane increase in the fundamental and the second overtone but decrease in the first and third overtones; the relative intensities show so-called "parity". The parity is more prominent for phenol that has an intermolecular hydrogen bonding than for 2,6-dihalogenated phenols that have an intramolecular hydrogen bond. These observations suggest that the intermolecular hydrogen bond between the OH group and the Cl atom plays a key role for the parity and that the intermolecular interaction between the solutes and the solvents (solvent effects) does not have a significant role in the parity.  相似文献

Here we report a novel hard-templating strategy for the synthesis of mesoporous monocrystalline Pt nanoparticles (NPs) with uniform shapes and sizes. Mesoporous Pt NPs were successfully prepared through controlled chemical reduction using ascorbic acid by employing 3D bicontinuous mesoporous silica (KIT-6) and 2D mesoporous silica (SBA-15) as a hard template. The particle size could be controlled by changing the reduction time. Interestingly, the Pt replicas prepared from KIT-6 showed polyhedral morphology. The single crystallinity of the Pt fcc structure coherently extended over the whole particle.  相似文献

A new class of label-free molecular beacon (MB) system based on DNA strands that contain abasic (AP) sites (AP-DNA) and adopt stem-loop structures, in combination with fluorescent ligands that bind these AP sites, has been developed. Unlike a conventional MB, which requires covalent labeling of the MB with a fluorophore and a quencher, the developed system (APMB) does not require covalent attachment of signal transduction units. Detailed sensing functions of a series of APMB systems were examined with the aid of the fluorescent ligand named ATMND to provide insight into the design strategy for APMB systems. The effects of the stem length and the position of the AP site in the stem moiety on the fluorescence response of the APMB system were examined. Genotyping of a G/C SNP of PCR amplification products was successfully demonstrated with the APMB system and blue-fluorescent ATMND as a ligand. The APMB system was further extended to a system that utilized green-fluorescent lumiflavin.  相似文献

A diphenylanthracene-based diamidine (1a) fluorescent probe for the detection of dicarboxylic acids has been designed and synthesized, which has an extended π-conjugation rather than a simple anthracene ring, in order to observe highly different fluorescence wavelengths after complex formation with dicarboxylic acids. The fluorescence spectra of the mixed solution of the diamidine 1a and carboxylic acids showed two different fluorescence bands, which corresponded to the complex formation (amidinium-carboxylate formation, λem?=?450?nm, light blue color) and dissociated amidinium formation (λem?=?510?nm as a broad band, green color). The complexed and dissociated states were confirmed by DOSY NMR and TD-DFT calculations. These different fluorescence wavelengths may come from the differences in the dihedral angles between the phenyl rings at the 1,8-position and anthracene ring (difference in π-conjugation) of 1a under complex formation and dissociated amidinium formation. The proposed mechanism for the observation of the different fluorescence wavelengths (complex formation and amidinium formation) was also confirmed by the fluorescence study of diamidine 1b which causes restricted rotation of the phenyl rings by substitution of the steric methyl groups, and observed the same fluorescence spectra for the complex formation and amidinium formation (400, 420, 450?nm as a vibrational structure of anthracene ring). These fluorescence characteristics of the diamidine 1a are also applicable for the detection of α,ω?dicarboxylic acids.  相似文献

We have developed core‐shell‐corona‐type polymeric micelles that can integrate multiple functions in one system, including the capability of accommodating hydrophobic dyes into core and hydrophilic drug into the shell, as well as pH‐triggered drug‐release. The neutral and hydrophilic corona sterically stabilizes the multifunctional polymeric micelles in aqueous solution. The mineralization of calcium phosphate (CaP) on the PAA domain not only enhances the diagnostic efficacy of organic dyes, but also works as a diffusion barrier for the controlled release.  相似文献

Fullerene epoxides, C??O(n), having epoxide groups directly attached to the fullerene cage, constitute an interesting class of fullerene derivatives. In particular, the chemical transformations of fullerene epoxides are expected to play an important role in the development of functionalized fullerenes. This is because such transformations can readily afford a variety of mono- or polyfunctionalized fullerene derivatives while conserving the epoxy ring arrangement on the fullerene surface, as seen in representative regioisomeric fullerene polyepoxides. The first part of this review addresses the synthesis and structural characterization of fullerene epoxides. The formation of fullerene epoxides through different oxidation reactions is then explored. Adequate characterization of the isolated fullerene epoxides was achieved by concerted use of NMR and LC-MS techniques. The second part of this review addresses the substitution of fullerene epoxides in the presence of a Lewis acid catalyst. Most major substitution products have been isolated as pure compounds and their structures established through spectroscopic methods. The correlation between the structure of the substitution product and the oxygenation pattern of the starting materials allows elucidation of the mechanistic features of this transformation. This approach promises to lead to rigorous regioselective production of various fullerene derivatives for a wide range of applications.  相似文献

We synthesized Eu(III) and Sm(III) complexes with tridentate phosphine oxide ligands, Eu(hfa)(3)(TPPM) and Sm(hfa)(3)(TPPM) (hfa: hexafluoroacetylacetonato, TPPM: tris(diphenylphosphinyl)methane), and we then examined their luminescent properties. In the complexes the Eu(III) and Sm(III) centres were fully surrounded by low-vibrational frequency ligands, which led to relatively high emission quantum yields (Φ(Eu) = 30%, Φ(Sm) = 4.7%). The X-ray single crystal structures of the Eu(hfa)(3)(TPPM) revealed nona-coordinated Eu(III) complexes and C-H/O hydrogen bonding formations between the acidic hydrogen atom of the TPPM ligand and oxygen atoms of solvent molecules. The C-H/O hydrogen bonding slightly affected the coordination structure around the Eu(III) ion. Despite the seemingly small effect on the structural change, because the emission band profile of the (5)D(0)→(7)F(2) transition is sensitive to changes in the coordination environment of the Eu(III) complex, we observed a red shift in the emission spectral line.  相似文献

A new pathway for the preparation of mono-ruthenium (Ru)(iii)-substituted Keggin-type heteropolytungstates with an aqua ligand, [PW(11)O(39)Ru(iii)(H(2)O)](4-) (1a), [SiW(11)O(39)Ru(iii)(H(2)O)](5-) (1b) and [GeW(11)O(39)Ru(iii)(H(2)O)](5-) (1c), using [Ru(ii)(benzene)Cl(2)](2) as a Ru source was described. Compounds 1a-1c were prepared by reacting [XW(11)O(39)](n-) (X = P, Si and Ge) with [Ru(ii)(benzene)Cl(2)](2) under hydrothermal condition and were isolated as caesium salts. Ru(benzene)-supported heteropolytungstates, [PW(11)O(39){Ru(ii)(benzene)(H(2)O)}](5-) (2a), [SiW(11)O(39){Ru(ii)(benzene)(H(2)O)}](6-) (2b) and [GeW(11)O(39){Ru(ii)(benzene)(H(2)O)}](6-) (2c), were first produced in the reaction media, and then transformed to 1a, 1b and 1c, respectively, under hydrothermal conditions. Calcination of Ru(benzene)-supported heteropolytungstates, 2a, 2b and 2c, in the solid state produced mixtures of 1a, 1b and 1c with CO (carbon monoxide)-coordinated complexes, [PW(11)O(39)Ru(ii)(CO)](5-) (4a), [SiW(11)O(39)Ru(ii)(CO)](6-) (4b) and [GeW(11)O(39)Ru(ii)(CO)](6-) (4c), respectively. From comparison of their catalytic activities in water oxidation reaction, it was indicated that ruthenium should be incorporated in the heteropolytungstate in order to promote catalytic activity.  相似文献
