This study was carried out with the aim to optimize the dissolution propertiesof diclofenac (DIC) – a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug sparingly solublein water – through association -with -cyclodextrin (CD). Theeffect of CD on the aqueous solubility of DIC was evaluated by thephase solubility method. The amount of DIC dissolved increased linearly withthe addition of CD according to an AL type plot and without precipitationof the complex. The apparent stability constant of the complex, calculated supposinga 1:1 stoichiometry, was 295 M-1; this value was confirmed by circulardichroism analysis. DIC/CD interactions were also studied in water by1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Equimolar DIC/CD solid systems were prepared by physical-mixing, kneading, co-evaporation andfreeze-drying, and their properties in the solid state studied by DifferentialScanning Calorimetry, X-ray powder diffractometry and Fourier-TransformInfrared analysis. For sake of comparison, the mixture of DIC and CDseparately lyophilized was investigated too. The results demonstrated that thefreeze-dried product had the highest degree of amorphization and they were inagreement with the existence of an inclusion complex in the solid state. Thedissolution profiles of the drug from each solid system were affected by its physico-chemical properties, the freeze-dried being the most rapidly dissolvingforms. 相似文献

Systematic study of hyperfine structures, Zeeman and Stark effects in Sm I is performed for the lowest 7G1-6 levels belonging to the configuration 4f 66s6p by atomic-beam laser spectroscopy with fluorescence detection. The hyperfine coupling constants of 7G2-6 levels are determined. From the Zeeman splittings for the 4f 66s 2 7F2-6 ? 4f 66s6p 7G2-6 transitions, g-values are determined for the 7G2.6 levels and the precision is improved by several orders of magnitude. From the Stark splittings for the 7F0-3 ? 7G1-3 transitions, tensor polarizabilities α 2(J) are determined for the upper 7G1-3 levels. Particularly for the 7G1 level (15 650.55 cm?1) which has close-lying opposite-parity level, the isotope dependence of α 2(J) is clearly observed for the first time. 相似文献

The TLC behavior of all the rare earths except Pm has been surveyed on silica gel (pH 7.0) pretreated with 0.1 mol L(-1) tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and 0.1 mol L(-1) HCl with aqueous nitrate solutions of alkaline earth metals as mobile phases. The RF values of the lanthanides varied in a regular and characteristic way accompanied by the tetrad effect with increasing atomic number, and when the mobile phases were changed the RF values of each metal decreased in the order Mg2+ > Ca2+ > Sr2+ > Ba2+, as the crystal ionic radii of the alkaline earth metals increased. This adsorption sequence was not observed with alkali metal nitrate and alkali metal chloride mobile phases. A brief discussion concerning the effect on RF values of the solvent cations and the adsorption mechanism is included; also presented are typical chromatograms for the separation of multi-component mixtures containing adjacent lanthanides. 相似文献

New chelating radical ligands pzNNH, pzINH, and pzbisINH (3-pyrazolyl nitronyl nitroxide, 3-pyrazolyl imino nitroxide, and pyrazole-3,5-diyl bis(imino nitroxide), respectively) were prepared. Complexation of these ligands with Ag+ gave [Ag(pzNN)]n, [Ag(pzIN)]6, and [Ag(pzbisIN)]n containing the corresponding anionic forms of the ligands. From the X-ray crystal structure analysis, [Ag(pzIN)]6 was characterized as a dimer of almost planar triangular moieties where the pyrazolate worked as a bridge, and metal-metal bonds brought about dimerization of triangles. [Ag(pzbisIN)]n was characterized as a uniform zigzag chain consisting of pyrazolate bridges and Ag ions with a cis-Npz-Ag-Npz coordination structure. Antiferromagnetic interactions observed could be analyzed based on the structures determined for both compounds. Ferromagnetic coupling was observed in [Ag(pzNN)]n, and a polymeric structure was assumed although the crystal structure could not be determined. A new quaternary oxide, calcium yttrium stannate, Ca0.8Y2.4Sn0.8O6, is isostructural with Mg3TeO6 (trigonal, R). The empirical formula can be expressed as (Ca0.2667Y0.7333)6(Y0.4Sn0.6)SnO12. The Ca/Y site has a distorted coordination octahedron of O atoms, with Ca/Y—O distances ranging from 2.227 (3) to 2.350 (3) Å, while the octahedra of O atoms that coordinate to the Sn and Y/Sn sites are nearly regular, with an Sn—O distance of 2.066 (2) Å and a Y/Sn—O distance of 2.147 (3) Å. 相似文献

Generating high surface area mesoporous transition metal boride is interesting because the incorporation of boron atoms generates lattice distortions that lead to the formation of amorphous metal boride with unique properties in catalysis. Here we report the first synthesis of mesoporous cobalt boron amorphous alloy colloidal particles using a soft template-directed assembly approach. Dual reducing agents are used to precisely control the chemical reduction process of mesoporous cobalt boron nanospheres. The Earth-abundance of cobalt boride combined with the high surface area and mesoporous nanoarchitecture enables solar-energy efficient photothermal conversion of CO2 into CO compared to non-porous cobalt boron alloys and commercial cobalt catalysts.Generating high surface area mesoporous transition metal boride is challenging but interesting because incorporation of boron atoms can generate lattice distortion to form amorphous metal boride which has unique properties in catalysis. 相似文献
