Light-emitting diodes with perovskite luminophores have great potential in next-generation displays because of their exceptional color purity with narrow emission bandwidth, broadband color tunability, and solution processability. However, their low luminescent efficiency is a critical drawback. Here, we report the first demonstration of a multicolor, large-area, perovskite display, which can be made flexible by using an optimized perovskite emissive layer sandwiched between inorganic metal oxide charge transport layers, all of which are coated via a facile solution process. We show that advanced interfacial engineering, especially the energy level alignment at the interface, plays a vital role in determining the device performance because of its effects on charge injection, transport, and recombination. These devices exhibit maximum current and power efficiencies of 74.25 cd A?1 and 89.72 lm/w for green emission, 21.40 cd A?1 and 25.84 lm/w for red emission, and 15.21 cd A?1 and 15.84 lm/w for blue emission, respectively. Furthermore, with the introduction of inorganic charge transport layers, these devices exhibit high environmental stability, and the encapsulated devices have operating lifetimes exceeding 450 h with an initial brightness of 1000 cd/m2.  相似文献

For ions in aqueous solutions, measurements of elastic photon scattering cross-sections have been made in the vicinity of core atomic orbital energies. It is proposed that the aqueous system provides a suitable situation for testing predictions obtained through use of the independent particle approximation (IPA); using intermediate atomic number elements, and at ionic concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 M/l, resonance structures accord with predictions of elastic scattering cross-sections calculated within IPA. Conversely, at higher ionic concentrations (>0.1 M/l) the resonance structure is distorted. The amplitudes calculated using modified form-factors and anomalous scatter factors computed from a Slater exchange potential, were convolved with a Lorentzian of several eV. This results in cancellation of the increasingly rapid fluctuations, producing a smoothly continuous cross-section across the ionisation threshold.  相似文献

Pseudo-first order rate constants (kobs) obtained for the reaction of ionized phenyl salicylate (PS-) with anionic DL-proline (Prl-) at a constant [NaOH] and [CTABr] (where CTABr represents cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) and 35°C, show a linear increase with increasing total concentration of Prl-; Nucleophilic second-order rate constants (kn obs) for the reactions of Prl- with PS- reveal a nearly 5-fold decrease with the increase in [CTABr] from 0.0 to 0.01 M.  相似文献

A host-guest optical sensor for the determination of aliphatic amines as exemplified by octylamine is proposed. It is based on the reversible fluorescence enhancement of heptakis(2,6-di-O-isobutyl)-β-cyclodextrin(DOB-β-CD) hosting tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) immobilized in poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane by aliphatic amine extracted from aqueous phase into membrane phase. The optimum membrane contained 1.15 wt % TPP, 6.15 wt % DOB-β-CD as sensing reagent and other membrane materials. The fluorescence enhancement of the membrane resulted from the formation of a stable three-component complex among DOB-β-CD, TPP, and aliphatic amines. With the optimum conditions described, the fluorescence response of the sensor to octylamine shows a good correlation with the theoretically derived equation in the range 1.0 × 10–6 to 8.0 × 10–4 mol/L. The response characteristics including reversibility, response time, reproducibility and lifetime and selectivity of this optical device are also discussed in detail. This sensor has also been applied for the determination of octylamine in water samples containing interferents with satisfactory recovery. Volatile oils of Aquilaria malaccensis Benth. (Thymelaeaceae) from Malaysia were obtained by hydrodistillation and subjected to detailed GC-FID and GC/MS analyses to determine possible similarities and differences in their chemical composition in comparison with the commercial oil. A total of thirty-one compounds were identified compared with twenty-nine identified in the commercial oil. The major compounds identified were 4-phenyl-2-butanone (32.1%), jinkoh-eremol (6.5%) and alpha-guaiene (5.8%), while the major compounds in the commercial oil were alpha-guaiene (10.3%), caryophellene oxide (8.6%), and eudesmol (3.2%). The results of the present study showed that more than nine sesquiterpene hydrocarbons were present, which is more than previously reported. Analysis also showed that the number of oxygenated sesquiterpenes in this study were much less than previously reported. Among the compounds detected were alpha-guaiene, beta-agarofuran, alpha-bulnesene, jinkoh-eremol, kusunol, selina-3,11-dien-9-one, oxo-agarospirol and guaia-1 (10), 11-dien-15,2-olide.  相似文献

A stable multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser based on four-wave mixing (FWM) in a photonic crystal fiber (PCF) is demonstrated in this paper. The phase matching condition for four-wave mixing in the photonic crystal fiber has been enhanced using a seed signal and a polarisation controller to control the states of polarisation in the ring laser cavity. At a maximum pump power of 1480 nm, 5 lines are observed with nearly 2.15 nm spacing between the lines, and with a signal to noise ratio of more than 20 dB. The number of channels and wavelength spacing can be controlled by varying the output coupler ratio.  相似文献

利用等离子辅助分子束外延系统研究了生长在硅(111)衬底的氮化镓pn结,并将其应用于光学器件.硅和镁分别用做n和p掺杂,反射高能电子衍射图像显示氮化镓pn结层具有良好的表面形貌,结层厚度约为0.705 nm,且为六方结构.室温下X射线衍射对称摇摆曲线中(0002)面的ω/2θ显示,半峰宽为0.340,说明氮化镓pn结质量高.另外,在硅和镁掺杂样品中没有A1峰淬灭.光致发光光谱表明pn结样品具有良好的光学性能.镍和铝作为分别作为正面和背面的电极接触应用于光学器件,该器件的电流电压特性显示了典型的异质结整流特性.正向接触镍经过氮气中退火处理10 min,结果表明,600 oC处理的样品比400 oC处理和未经处理的样品具有更高的增益.  相似文献

Erbium-doped fiber amplifier with flat gain over 30 nm bandwidth is demonstrated using flexible selective band methods. The band optical amplifier was designed to cater 44 wavelength division multiplexing channels which were separated into bands of 4 nm. Without using any gain flattening filter, the gain of optical amplifier was maintained at 19 dB with a maximum gain variation of less than 1.6 dB even though the input signal power was varied from −19 to −6 dBm. The amplifier was able to maintain 1 dB gain flatness with 83% chance for any selective bands of 4 nm within the wavelength range from 1530 to 1565 nm. This feature is very attractive to support band optical networks.  相似文献
