Reversed‐phase liquid chromatography coupled with middle chromatogram isolated gel column was employed for the efficient preparative separation of the arylbutanoid‐type phenol [(‐)‐rhododendrin] from Saxifraga tangutica. Universal C18 (XTerra C18) and XCharge C18 columns were compared for (‐)‐rhododendrin fraction analysis and preparation. Although tailing and overloading occurred on the XTerra C18 column, the positively charged reversed‐phase C18 column (XCharge C18) overcame these drawbacks, allowing for favorable separation resolution, even when loading at a on a preparative scale (3.69 mg per injection). The general separation process was as follows. First, 365.0 mg of crude (‐)‐rhododendrin was enriched from 165 g Saxifraga tangutica extract via a middle chromatogram isolated gel column. Second, separation was performed on an XTerra C18 preparative column, from which 73.8 mg of the target fraction was easily obtained. Finally, the 24.0 mg tailing peak of (‐)‐rhododendrin on XTerra C18 column was selectively purified on the XCharge C18 analytical column. These results demonstrate that the tailing nonalkaloid peaks can be effectively used for preparative isolation on XCharge C18 columns.  相似文献

Target tracking technology that is based on aerial videos is widely used in many fields; however, this technology has challenges, such as image jitter, target blur, high data dimensionality, and large changes in the target scale. In this paper, the research status of aerial video tracking and the characteristics, background complexity and tracking diversity of aerial video targets are summarized. Based on the findings, the key technologies that are related to tracking are elaborated according to the target type, number of targets and applicable scene system. The tracking algorithms are classified according to the type of target, and the target tracking algorithms that are based on deep learning are classified according to the network structure. Commonly used aerial photography datasets are described, and the accuracies of commonly used target tracking methods are evaluated in an aerial photography dataset, namely, UAV123, and a long-video dataset, namely, UAV20L. Potential problems are discussed, and possible future research directions and corresponding development trends in this field are analyzed and summarized.  相似文献

A novel method for the screening of 151 drugs of abuse and toxic compounds in human whole blood has been developed and validated by online solid‐phase extraction with liquid chromatography coupled to time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. Analytes were extracted and separated by using a fully automated online solid‐phase extraction liquid chromatography system with total chromatographic run time of 26 min. Time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry screening of 151 drugs of abuse and toxic compounds was performed in a full‐scan (m/z 50–800) mode using an MSE acquisition of molecular ions and fragment ions data at two collision energies (one was 6 eV and another one was in the range of 5–45 eV). The compounds were identified based on retention times and exact mass of molecular ions and fragment ions. The limit of detection ranged from 1 to 100 ng/mL and the recovery of the method ranged from 6.3 to 163.5%. This method is proved to be a valuable screening method allowing fast and specific identification of drugs in human whole blood.  相似文献

为探索钨合金柱形弹超高速撞击水泥砂浆靶的侵彻深度随撞击速度变化规律,利用二级轻气炮开展了?3.45 mm×10.5 mm的克级93 W钨合金柱形弹以1.82~3.66 km/s的速度撞击水泥砂浆靶的实验,利用CT图像诊断技术获得了侵彻深度和残余弹长随撞击速度的变化规律,对超高速撞击过程进行了数值模拟,结合数值模拟结果进一步分析了超高速撞击物理过程。结果表明:(1)超高速撞击条件下成坑是弹坑+弹洞型;(2)侵深-速度曲线呈现先增大后减小的现象,在弹速2.6 km/s附近存在侵彻深度极大值,约为8.5倍弹长,相对于中低速侵彻的深度并没有显著优势。(3)通过基于数值模拟得到的弹靶界面压力时程曲线将侵彻过程分为4个阶段,其中准定常侵彻阶段和第三侵彻阶段是决定总侵深的主要阶段。(4)随撞击速度增加,弹体侵蚀逐渐剧烈,此时准定常侵彻阶段的侵深变化不大,而第三侵彻阶段中的刚体侵彻部分大幅降低,导致总侵深大幅降低,使总侵深曲线呈现先增大后减小的现象。  相似文献

Stochastic resonance (SR) in an over-damped linear system subjected to an excitation of bias signal modulated noise with multiplicative and additive noises is investigated. We obtain the exact expressions of the first two moments and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the output by using linear-response theory. The SNR depends non-monotonically on the intensity and the correlation time of multiplicative noise, the correlation time of additive noise, the intensity of the cross noise between multiplicative and additive noise, as well as the external field frequency. The conventional SR, the SR in a broad sense and the bona fide SR are found in the system. The influences of the asymmetries of multiplicative and additive noise, the correlation rate of the cross noise, the intensity of additive noise, the amplitude of signal and the bias on the SNR are analyzed. Moreover, we pointed out that SR can be realized by tuning the system parameter with fixed noise, i.e., parameter-induced stochastic resonance (PSR) exists.  相似文献

Li0.94Mg0.03MnPO4/C composite cathode materials for lithium ion battery with different carbon contents are synthesized by sol–gel method followed by heat treatment in the air. Environmental scanning electron microscopy measurements show that both firing temperature and carbon content affect the morphology of the end products. X-ray powder diffraction analysis indicates that the samples are olivine-structured. The galvanostatic charge–discharge results show that the optimal firing temperature registers 400 °C and that the electrochemical performances of Li0.94Mg0.03MnPO4/C are improved by elevating its carbon amount. The sample with an initial conductive carbon content of 20 wt.% gives the best performances; when tested at the rate of 0.02C, 0.1C, and 1.0C between 2.8 and 4.4 V, its initial discharge capacity reaches 145.8, 103.0, and 72.8 mAhg−1, respectively, and maintains at 100.1, 77.6, and 65.4 mAhg−1, respectively, after 100 cycles.  相似文献
