In present paper series of trimethine cyanines modified in 5,5′- or 6,6′- position with hydroxy- or methoxy- substituents
is studied for their ability to interact selectively with fibrillar formations. Processes of dye aggregation that accompany
this interaction were also investigated. Meso-methyl trimethynecyanines with 5,5′- methoxy (7519) and hydroxy (7515) substituents
strongly (up to 40 times) increase fluorescence intensity in the presence of fibrillar insulin, and also give noticeable fluorescent
response on the presence of various aggregated proteins (lysozyme, β-lactoglobulin, α-synuclein A53T). 7519 and 7515 dyes
can be used for fluorometric detection of fibrillar insulin at concentrations of approximately 1.5–120 microg/ml. For meso-ethyl
substituted dye 7514 the ability to form H- and J-aggregates upon interaction with insulin fibrils was suggested. The model
of the H- and J-aggregate packing in the protein fibrillar structure has been proposed. 相似文献

Enterobacteria Providencia are opportunistic human pathogens causing multiple types of infections. Earlier we have studied the S‐ and R‐form lipopolysaccharides (LPSs) of Providencia strains of various O‐serogroups and established the structures of the O‐polysaccharides (O‐antigens) and core‐region oligosaccharides, respectively. Now we report on mass spectrometric studies of oligosaccharides consisting of the core moiety with one O‐polysaccharide repeating unit attached, which were derived from the SR‐form LPSs of Providencia strains. The site of attachment of the O‐polysaccharide to the core and the structure of the O‐polysaccharide biological repeating unit were elucidated in Providencia rustigianii O14 using NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献

2-Oxo-2-polyfluoroalkylethane-1-sulfones and -sulfamides react with aryl aldehydes and urea under Biginelli reaction conditions to yield 4-hydroxy-4-polyfluoroalkyl-5-sulfonyl-6-aryl-tetrahydropyrimidinones. The latter compounds on reaction with hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) under thermal conditions undergo ‘retro-Biginelli’ reaction involving replacement of the 6-aryl substituent of the pyrimidinone cycle with a hydrogen atom donated by HMTA. Hexamethylenetetramine was employed for the first time in place of formaldehyde in the reported one-step Biginelli protocol for the synthesis of fluorinated sulfonyl-containing 6-unsubstituted tetrahydropyrimidinones. 相似文献

The dynamic properties of nanoparticles suspended in a supercooled glass forming liquid are studied by x-ray photon correlation spectroscopy. While at high temperatures the particles undergo Brownian motion the measurements closer to the glass transition indicate hyperdiffusive behavior. In this state the dynamics is independent of the local structural arrangement of nanoparticles, suggesting a cooperative behavior governed by the near-vitreous solvent. 相似文献

The axisymmetric time-fractional diffusion equation with mass absorption is studied in a circle under the time-harmonic Dirichlet boundary condition. The Caputo derivative of the order is used. The investigated equation can be considered as the time-fractional generalization of the bioheat equation and the Klein–Gordon equation. Different formulations of the problem for integer values of the time-derivatives and are also discussed. The integral transform technique is employed. Raman spectra of (As1–xBix)2S3 glass samples with x ≤ 0.2 measured at the excitation with above-bandgap (532 nm) laser light at a relatively low power density (Pexc = 4 kW/cm2) clearly confirm the amorphous character, thereby markedly extending the known compositional interval of existence of the (As1–xBix)2S3 glass previously known (x ≤ 0.06). Spectra measured at an increased Pexc (40 kW/cm2) reveal a photostructural transformation in the illuminated area of the glass leading to an additional contribution of Bi–S bonds as well as to an increasing number of cage-type As4S4 units with homopolar As–As bonds. A number of new features in a broad range up to about 1,000 cm−1, which emerge in the Raman spectra of the (As1–xBix)2S3 glasses with high (x ≥ 0.14) Bi content and increase in intensity with the exposure time, are related to a photochemical transformation, namely, oxidation of arsenic and sulphur on the (As1–xBix)2S3 glass surface with formation of units containing arsenate AsO43− and sulphate SO42− ions. These processes are irreversible and occur only in the presence of a sufficient amount of bismuth. 相似文献

The results of the kinetic study of melt and solution polymerization at the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of the AB2 monomer – 2-azido-4,6-bis(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)-[1,3,5]-triazine (ABPOT) are presented in this work as well as the results of the 13C-NMR characterization of the obtained hyperbranched poly([1,2,3]-triazole-[1,3,5]-triazine)s.
