A method based on MCE coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) detection was developed for the determination of taurine (Tau) and amino acids including alanine (Ala), glycine (Gly), tryptophan (Trp), glutamic acid (Glu) and aspartic acid (Asp) present in mice single fibrosarcoma (S180) cells. Cell injection, loading, cytolysis, electrophoretic separation and CL detection were integrated onto a simple double‐T microfluidic chip. The intracellular constituents were electrophoretically separated within 150 s. The CL detection was based on the enhancement effects of Tau and amino acids on the CL reaction of luminol with H2O2 and Cu2+. The average amounts of Tau, Trp, Gly, Ala, Glu and Asp in per S180 cell from a cell population were 4.73, 1.23, 2.65, 1.94, 1.61 and 1.99 fmol. Ten S180 cells were analyzed, and the contents of Tau, Trp, Gly, Ala, Glu and Asp in mice single S180 cells were found to be in the range of 1.78–8.84, 0.95–2.31, 1.08–6.87, 1.03–4.05, 0.84–2.61 and 0.82–3.68 fmol, respectively. This work demonstrates that MCE coupled with CL detection is a useful analytical tool that is simple, quick and highly sensitive for single‐cell analysis.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Siegesbeckia pubescens L. yielded 16 sesquiterpenoids, including a novel 11(7→6)abeo‐14‐norcarabrane sesquiterpenoid, pubescone ( 1 ), and a new germacrane sesquiterpene, 5 . The molecular structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR.  相似文献

采用反气相色谱(IGC)测定了环氧E51树脂在30、40、50和60 ℃下的表面张力和溶解度参数。采用Schultz法,以正癸烷、正壬烷、正辛烷和正庚烷为非极性溶剂探针,计算了不同温度下环氧E51树脂的色散表面张力。根据Good-van Oss方程,以甲苯为碱性探针,二氯甲烷为酸性探针,计算得到环氧E51树脂的极性表面张力。结果表明,环氧E51树脂的色散表面张力和极性表面张力均随着温度的升高而线性降低。根据不同溶剂探针与树脂间的Flory-Huggins相互作用参数,采用DiPaola-Baranyi和Guillet方法计算得到环氧E51树脂在不同温度下的溶解度参数,其在30、40、50和60 ℃下分别为11.78、11.57、11.48和11.14 MPa1/2。根据表面张力、内聚能和溶解度参数的相互关系,计算得到不同温度下溶解度参数的色散和极性分量。结果发现,环氧E51树脂的溶解度参数的色散分量大于极性分量,且均随着温度的升高而降低。  相似文献

在室温条件下, 采用超声辅助电化学方法合成了几种三维铂纳米电催化剂. 利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)以及电化学测试对该三维铂纳米电催化剂进行了表征. 结果表明, 这些铂纳米电催化剂的形貌、结构可以通过添加不同的形貌控制剂来调控, 在水溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶液和十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)溶液中分别得到了立方海绵状铂、分枝状铂和球形多孔状铂. 其中, 球形多孔状铂纳米电催化剂由于其多孔的结构, 因此具有更高的电化学活性面积, 对氧气还原和甲醇氧化反应具有更好的催化作用.  相似文献

By utilizing adsorption phase synthesis (APS), Au nanoparticles were prepared on the surface of SiO2 with or without modification by Ni(OH)2. TEM, XRD, and UV‐vis were employed to characterize the morphology of Au particles on the surface of two kinds of supports. The results showed that the average size of Au particles on the SiO2 surface modified by Ni(OH)2 was less than 5 nm. Due to high surface isoelectric point, Au particles formed in the adsorption layer were prone to distribute on the surface of SiO2 modified by Ni(OH)2. With content of Ni(OH)2 in samples increasing, more Au particles with small size appeared on the support surface.  相似文献

利用ICP-OES和ICP-MS,分析了麦哲伦海山群西北端MK海山2170 m水深的MKD23B-3号富钴结壳样品,获得了其剖面上Ce,Co和P2O5含量数据.结果显示,该样品未磷酸盐化壳层的过剩Ce(Cexs)与Co含量之间呈明显的正相关关系,相关系数R2高达0.7893;与生长速率呈负相关关系,相关系数R2高达0.7211,表明壳层生长速率是制约结壳Ce含量的主因,高的Ce含量是低的生长速率造成的.在假设海水pH,Mn2+等条件不变的前提下,结壳生长速率正相关于Fe,Mn的沉积通量,而Fe,Mn的沉积通量正相关于海水中溶解氧含量.因此,在海水pH,Mn2+等条件不变的前提下,Cexs负相关于海水中溶解氧含量,海水溶解氧含量只是制约结壳Ce含量的间接因素,纠正了结壳高Ce异常指示其形成时海水中高溶解氧含量的认识.  相似文献

The molar heat capacities of three different concentrations of aqueous SrCl2 solutions, 0.1212, 0.4615 and 1.878 mol⋅kg−1, were measured, using a precision automated adiabatic calorimeter in the temperature range from 80 to 320 K. Solid–liquid phase transitions were observed at 272.83, 270.18 and 255.15 K, respectively, for these three solutions. The molar enthalpies and entropies of the phase transitions were evaluated. The experimental heat capacity data were fitted to polynomial equations, and based on the polynomial equations and thermodynamic relationship, the thermodynamic functions relative to 298.15 K, [H T H 298.15 K] and [S T S 298.15 K], of the three solutions were derived in the range of 80 to 320 K with an interval of 5 K.  相似文献

A novel naphthalimide molecule, 4-(2-methoxyethoxy)-N-butyl-1,8-naphthalimide (MEBN), has been synthesized and characterized. The UV–visible absorption and fluorescence emission spectral properties in n-hexane, toluene, CHCl3, and CH3OH were studied. Its optical properties depend on solvent polarity. The interaction between taxifolin and bovine serum albumin (BSA), and the effects of some common ions on their interaction, were investigated by fluorescence and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. The results indicate that taxifolin has a strong ability to quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA through a static quenching process. According to values of the thermodynamic parameters, the hydrophobic force plays a major role in the interaction. Based on Főster’s non-radiation theory, the energy transfer distances between BSA and taxifolin in the absence and presence of some common ions were obtained. The experimental results indicate that the transfer distances are almost unaffected by these ions. The conformation of BSA undergoes significant change from the formation of a taxifolin–BSA complex, which was studied by synchronous and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献
