A simple, easy to use and selective spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace levels of gallium has been developed. A new Schiff base, N-o-vanillidine-2-amino-p-cresol (OVAC) was synthesized and its fluorescence activity with gallium investigated. Based on this chelation reaction, a spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of gallium in synthetically prepared Ga–U and Ga–As samples buffered at pH 4.0 using acetic acid–sodium acetate. The chelation reaction between Ga(III) and N-o-vanillidine-2-amino-p-cresol was very fast, requiring only 30 min at room temperature to complex completely. The limit of detection (LOD) (3σ) for Ga(III) was 7.17 nM (0.50 μg L?1), determined from the analysis of 11 different solutions of 20 μg L?1 Ga(III).  相似文献

Organic conductive composite films have been synthesized by electropolymerization of pyrrole in the presence of chitosan and p-toluene sulfonic acid sodium salt. The obtained conductive polymer composite films have been characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and conductivity measurements. The prepared polymer composite films had the amorphous structure and exhibited the enhanced conductivity and mechanical properties due to the presence of chitosan in the composite films.  相似文献

The spinodal decomposition of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) gels prepared at various onset temperatures, T on was studied by photon transmission. It was observed that the increase in turbidity is much faster in a gel prepared at higher T on than at lower T on values, which indicated that the NIPA-water system reaches the spinodal decomposition much faster for a gel prepared at high T on. It is understood that a NIPA gel prepared at high T on possesses more heterogeneities which are gained during gelation and has a low spinodal temperature, T s. However, NIPA gels prepared at lower T on values go to spinodal decomposition at higher T s values.  相似文献

The synthesis and isolation are reported of a range of terminal aryl- and heteroaryl-butadiynes (ArCC-CCH) 4a-h from 2-methyl-6-(aryl/heteroaryl)hexa-3,5-diyn-2-ol precursors. The stability of 4a-h in solution is concentration dependent: many of the derivatives can be stored as dilute solutions for several days or even weeks. The X-ray crystal structures have been obtained for five ArCC-CCH derivatives [Ar = 2-(9-fluorenonyl), 4-biphenyl, 2-pyridyl, 4-pyridyl, and 2-pyrazyl].  相似文献

In this paper, we show that a large amount information can be extracted from a knowledge of the vector fields that leave the action integral invariant, viz., Noether symmetries. In addition to a larger class of conservation laws than those given by the isometries or Killing vectors, we may conclude what the isometries are and that these form a Lie subalgebra of the Noether symmetry algebra. We perform our analysis on versions of the Vaidiya metric yielding some previously unknown information regarding the corresponding manifold. Lastly, with particular reference to this metric, we show that the only variations on m(u) that occur are m=0, m=constant, m=u and m=m(u).  相似文献

A rapid identification, classification and discrimination tool, using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with Principal Component Analysis (PCA), was developed and applied to determine the profile of the Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) of Parkia speciosa seeds under various temperature and pressure conditions (313, 323, 333, 343, 353 and 363 K and 20.68, 27.58, 34.47, 41.37, 48.26, and 55.16 MPa). The separation and identification of the compounds was carried out by Gas Chromatography coupled with Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (GC/TOF‐MS). This technique has made it possible to detect the variability obtained under different SFE conditions and the separation of different chemical compounds in P. speciosa seeds. The FTIR‐PCA results were verified by GC/TOF‐MS, and the FTIR‐PCA method successfully identified the unsaturated carboxylic acids with the highest percentage area under the different conditions.  相似文献

A new synthetic strategy for (R)- and (S)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid, a building block in the preparation of sitagliptin and its derivatives, was developed. Pd(OAc)2 catalyzed coupling of 2,4,5-trifluoro-1-iodobenzene with allyl alcohol gave 3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)propanal in a yield of 95%. l-Proline catalyzed reaction of the 3-phenylpropanal (in only 1.2 molar equiv) with nitrosobenzene followed by reduction with NaBH4 and Pd/C catalyzed hydrogenation gave (R)-3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)propane-1,2-diol with >99% ee and 65% yield. Selective tosylation of primary hydroxyl group of the 1,2-propandiol unit followed by cyanide displacement afforded (R)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanenitrile (80%). The nitrile was converted to the title β-hydroxy acid under basic hydrolysis in a yield of 90%. Thus, (R)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid was prepared enantioselectively from the starting material in four steps and 45% overall yield. The reaction sequence was repeated with d-proline as the catalyst to give (S)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid in 45% overall yield and >99% enantiomeric excess.  相似文献
