The Hinsberg test to recognize the type of amine (1 degrees -3 degrees amines), which has been established for more than 100 years and well documented in textbooks, is not possible without conducting complicated organic reactions. We report for the first time unique chemosensors that are capable of showing selective color changes toward 1 degrees -3 degrees amines as a color version of the Hinsberg test. This simple and straightforward qualitative analysis, using the synthesized novel compounds herein, can be considered a new innovative tool for discriminating 1 degrees -3 degrees amines as an alternative to the historical Hinsberg test.  相似文献

Dermal macrophages containing melanin increase skin pigmentation since dermal melanin removal is slower than epidermal melanin removal. Lymphatic vessels are also involved in melanin clearance. We evaluated whether radiofrequency (RF) irradiation induced an increase in HSP90, which promotes lymphangiogenesis by activating the BRAF/MEK/ERK pathway and decreasing tyrosinase activity, in the UV-B exposed animal model. The HSP90/BRAF/MEK/ERK pathway was upregulated by RF. Tyrosinase activity and the VEGF-C/VEGFR 3/PI3K/pAKT1/2/pERK1/2 pathway, which increase lymphangiogenesis, as well as the expression of the lymphatic endothelial marker LYVE-1, were increased by RF. Additionally, the number of melanin-containing dermal macrophages, the melanin content in the lymph nodes, and melanin deposition in the skin were decreased by RF. In conclusion, RF increased HSP90/BRAF/MEK/ERK expression, which decreased tyrosinase activity and increased lymphangiogenesis to eventually promote the clearance of dermal melanin-containing macrophages, thereby decreasing skin pigmentation.  相似文献

Enhancing anisotropy through the controlled arrangement of anionic groups is essential for improving the nonlinear optical (NLO) performance of non-π-conjugated NLO materials. In this study, we present the successful synthesis of the first examples of mixed alkali metal-alkaline earth metal sulfamate materials, including noncentrosymmetric Cs2Mg(NH2SO3)4 ⋅ 4H2O ( 1 ), as well as centrosymmetric K2Ca(NH2SO3)4 ( 2 ) and Rb2Ca(NH2SO3)4 ( 3 ). All three compounds feature promising deep ultraviolet cut-off edges, notably 1 with a cut-off edge below 180 nm. The synergy of Cs+ and Mg2+ cations in 1 facilitated the successful alignment of polar [NH2SO3] tetrahedra in a uniform orientation. Remarkably, 1 stands as the sole instance among reported sulfamate compounds with a co-parallel anionic arrangement, yielding a very large dipole moment compared to other non-π-conjugated NLO materials. Moreover, the substantial dipole moment of 1 yields an enhanced second harmonic generation response, approximately 2.3 times that of KH2PO4, and a large birefringence of 0.054 at 546.1 nm. The approach of regulating the arrangement of anionic groups using aliovalent cations holds promise for advancing the exploration of non-π-conjugated NLO materials.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were oxidized using four different acid‐treatment methods followed by their functionalization with 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3‐APTES). Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) nanocomposites with unmodified and silanized MWCNTs (0.2 wt %) were prepared by a cast molding method. The effect of functionalization of MWCNTs on thermal, flexural, and morphological properties of the epoxy nanocomposites were studied. The epoxy/MWCNTs nanocomposites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, flexural testing, and field emission electron microscopic analysis. The results showed that the silanization of MWCNTs which were oxidized by a two‐step process using nitric acid and hydrochloric acid showed better thermal and flexural properties due to good interfacial adhesion between MWCNTs and the epoxy matrix. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel α‐aminophosphonates have been prepared by one‐pot three‐component condensation in the presence of a zinc acetate (Zn(OAc)2•2H2O) catalyst at 50°C under solvent‐free conditions with excellent yields. The major advantages of the present method are high yields, a short reaction time, and solvent‐free reaction conditions. Fabrication of physically engineered colloids and their application to the biological fields is emerging importance because of their potential to provide an enhanced performance without altering the chemical properties of biomaterials used. A facile approach is reported to fabricate sub‐10‐μm‐sized PLGA microparticle with small dimples covering the surface by droplet imprinting. Optical and magnetic resonance bioimaging agents are easily co‐encapsulated inside the microparticles to obtain a bi‐modal imaging agent. Cell internalization efficacy of dimpled particles in DC 2.4 cell is enhanced compared with conventional smooth round‐shaped colloids. Our result indicates that morphology‐controlled microparticles show promise as a cell labeling with improved cell interaction.  相似文献

The on and off rates corresponding to the binding of two test anions (acetate, AcO(-), and dihydrogen phosphate, H(2)PO(4)(-), studied as their tetrabutylammonium salts) to diprotonated cyclo[8]pyrrole have been determined in CH(3)CN using stopped-flow analyses carried out at various temperatures. For dihydrogen phosphate, this afforded the activation enthalpies and entropies associated with both off and on processes. The different dynamic behavior seen for these test anions underscores the utility of kinetic analyses as a possible new tool for the advanced characterization of anion receptors.  相似文献
