We present herein an innovative host–guest method to achieve induced molecular chirality from an achiral stilbazolium dye (DSM). The host–guest system is exquisitely designed by encapsulating the dye molecule in the molecule-sized chiral channel of homochiral lanthanide metal–organic frameworks (P-(+)/M-(−)-TbBTC), in which the P- or M-configuration of the dye is unidirectionally generated via a spatial confinement effect of the MOF and solidified by the dangling water molecules in the channel. Induced chirality of DSM is characterized by solid-state circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) and micro-area polarized emission of DSM@TbTBC, both excited with 514 nm light. A luminescence dissymmetry factor of 10−3 is obtained and the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of the encapsulated DSM in DSM@TbTBC is ∼10%, which is close to the PLQY value of DSM in dilute dichloromethane. Color-tuning from green to red is achieved, owing to efficient energy transfer (up to 56%) from Ln3+ to the dye. Therefore, this study for the first time exhibits an elegant host–guest system that shows induced strong CPL emission and enables efficient energy transfer from the host chiral Ln-MOF to the achiral guest DSM with the emission color tuned from green to red.

Homochiral Ln-MOFs are synthesized to encapsulate achiral dyes to induce strong circularly polarized luminescence with a luminescence dissymmetry factor of 10−3.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the more polar fractions from the leaves and twigs of Taxus sumatrana (Taxaceae) afforded five new taxane diterpene esters, tasumatrols P–T ( 1 – 5 ) possessing an 11(15→1),11(10→9)‐diabeotaxane skeleton. Compounds 1, 4 , and 5 contain an α‐hydroxy group at C(14), while 3 has no OH group at either C(13) or C(14). Compound 2 is a natural 4,5‐acetonide derivative, while 4 has an unusual spiro‐connected 2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenyl‐1,3‐dioxolane ring. Ten known taxoids, were also isolated in the course of the chromatographic fractionation. Five additional new O‐acetyl derivatives 3a, 4a, 4b, 5a , and 5b were prepared from the taxanes 3 – 5 . The structures of all new compounds were established on the basis of their spectroscopic analyses. Compound 1 showed mild cytotoxic activity against human Hela and Daoy tumor cells.  相似文献

Photochromic reactions of four indolinospirooxazine derivatives have been studied using nanosecond laser flash photolysis techniques. Photolysis of the four compounds in acetonitrile and in cyclohexane all leads to the formation of the short-lived CT intermediates as the predominant photoproducts. In certain circumstances few photomerocyanines (PMC) can be observed. From the absorption bands and the lifetimes of CT intermediates, it has been speculated that the substituents at the nitrogen atom of the indole ring influence the structural characteristics of CT intermediates mainly through steric hindrance effects, whereas the substituents at the 5 position of the indoline ring influence mainly through electron effects. A potential energy surface model is established to explain the results.  相似文献

Electropolymerized m-phenylenediamine was used as an active coating for immobilizing urease and lectin on a gold-plated thickness-shear-mode (TSM) crystal. To enhance effectiveness of immobilization. a bilayer polymer film composed of polyaniline and poly-m-phenylenediamine was proposed. Compared with single poly-m-phenylenediamine film, the bilayer polymer film gave better results in terms of immobilizing capacity, stability and reproductivity. On this bilayer-film-coated TSM quartz crystal, the amount of immobilized lectin was estimated about 1.8 mug/cm(2). Detection of purified human erythrocytes is demonstrated as an example of potential application of this lectin-modified TSM biosensor in clinic.  相似文献

Three-dimensional particle crystals made of dicarboxylic thiolate (MSA)-stabilized gold nanoparticles were formed at an air/water interface. FTIR spectra of this supracrystal showed that three well-resolved peaks existed from 3400 to 3550 cm-1 just falling in a region of OH stretching vibrational mode. Precise analysis showed that all these peaks originated from the water cluster included in the interstice of a particle crystal.  相似文献
