A Links‐Nodes‐Blobs (L‐N‐B) model, based on the fractal and percolation concepts, is used to study the electrically conductive mechanism of conductive filler loaded polymer composites. The change in the conductivity of polymer composites during the mixing process can be explained as the competition between the breakdown of filler aggregates and the diffusion of ingredients of matrix material and impurities onto the surface of the filler. The value of the fractal dimension μ, which is the exponent in the power‐law relationship of the electrical conductivity σ = σ0·(ϕϕc)μ, is calculated as 1.88. This value is close to the values obtained directly from experiments or from other simulations. The positive temperature coefficient (PTC) behavior in the conductivity of composite material is also explained by this model as the breakdown of the conductive filler network. If the thermo‐expansion induced strain is greater than the apparent on‐set strain εonset = mQ + 2 G/2d G·εb of the L‐N‐B model, a strong PTC effect would happen.  相似文献

The deposition of tin-clad nano-size copper particles was carried out by means of ink-jet printing. Curing the particles on Polyimide (PI) turned them into soldered structures using an Nd-YAG laser. Area coverage of 55% was achieved for a single-layer print. Subsequent laser sintering increased this value to 95%. A Butanol-based copper ink and an aqueous tin (Sn)-clad Copper (Cu) ink were produced and were ink-jetted in this work. These nano-metallic inks showed excellent suspension stability with particle weight concentrations as high as 5%. The ink components were examined by measuring the particle size distribution in a dispersed condition, and the melting temperature. A piezo ink-jet print head was used to deposit the inks onto a moveable substrate. The thermal effect of the laser irradiation allowed approaching and connecting adjacent particles by melting the particle’s tin coating. The results were examined with regard to structure and soldering properties using EDX, SEM and optical microscopy.  相似文献

The dissociative photoionization of molecular‐beam cooled CH2CO in a region of ?10–20 eV was investigated with photoionization mass spectrometry using a synchrotron radiation as the light source. Photoionization efficiency curves of CH2CO+ and of observed fragment ions CH2+, CHCO+, HCO+, C2O+, CO+, and C2H2+ were measured to determine their appearance energies. Relative branching ratios as a function of photon energy were determined. Energies for formation of these observed fragment ions and their neutral counterparts upon ionization of CH2CO are computed with the Gaussian‐3 method. Dissociative photoionization channels associated with six observed fragment ions are proposed based on comparison of determined appearance energies and predicted energies. The principal dissociative processes are direct breaking of C=C and C‐H bonds to form CH2+ + CO and CHCO+ + H, respectively; at greater energies, dissociation involving H migration takes place.  相似文献

We report novel robust resin acid-derived antimicrobial agents that exhibit excellent antimicrobial activities against a broad spectrum of bacteria (6 Gram-positive and 7 Gram-negative) with selective lysis of microbial membranes over mammalian membranes. Our results indicate that hydrophobicity and unique structures of resin acids can be determining factors in dictating the antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

A diastereoselective formal total synthesis of (±)‐nephrosteranic acid (10) is described. The key step is to introduce the α‐methylene group by the ozonolysis of monosubstituted alkenes followed by reaction with a preheated mixture of CH2Br2–Et2NH. The α‐methyl group of compound 10 was formed from the reduction of the corresponding α‐methylene precursor.  相似文献
