Large deviations and the generalized processor sharing scheduling for a two-queue system

We establish the optimal asymptotic decay rate of per-session queue length tail distributions for a two-queue system where a single constant rate server serves the two queues using the Generalized Processor Sharing (GPS) scheduling discipline. The result is obtained using the sample-path large deviation principle and has implications in call admission control for high-speed communication networks. Formulation,Stability, and Computation of Traffic Network Equilibria as Projected Dynamical Systems

In this paper, we present a unified treatment and analysis of a dynamic traffic network model with elastic demands formulated and studied as a projected dynamical system. We propose a travel route choice adjustment process that satisfies the projected dynamical system. Under certain conditions, stability and asymptotical stability of the equilibrium patterns are then derived. Finally, two discrete-time algorithms, the Euler method and the Heun method, are proposed for the computation of the solutions, and convergence results established. The convergence results depend crucially on stability analysis. The performance of the algorithms is then illustrated on several transportation networks.

Max—min神经网络的一种有效学习算法

本文在Ａ．Ｂｌａｎｃｏ等人的算法的基础上，提出了ｍａｘ－ｍｉｎ神经网络的一种改进了的反馈学习算法，严格证明了该算法的迭代收敛性，理论分析及实例计算结果均表明，本文算法具有算法简单，收敛速度快，输出误差小等显著特点。     

Determination of tyrosine traces by adsorption voltammetry of its copper (II) complex

The electrochemical behavior of the copper-tyrosine complex has been studied by linear-sweep adsorption voltammetry. In 0.02 mol/L Na₂HPO₄ buffer solution (pH=9.6), the complex can be adsorped on a hanging mercury drop electrode and reduced at a peak potential of about –0.42 V (vs. SCE). The secondary derivative peak height is linear proportional to the concentration of tyrosine in the range 1.0×10^–7–5.0×10^–5 mol/L.
