N,C-chelate organoboron compounds are widely employed as photoresponsive and optoelectronic materials due to their efficient photochromic reactivity. It was found in experiments that two diphenyl-substituted organoboron compounds, namely B(ppy)Ph2 (ppy=2-phenylpyridyl) and B(iba)Ph2 (iba=N-isopropylbenzylideneamine), show distinct photochemical reactivity. B(ppy)Ph2 is inert on irradiation, whereas B(iba)Ph2 undergoes photoinduced transformations, yielding BN-cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene via a borirane intermediate. In this work, the complete active space self-consistent field and its second-order perturbation (CASPT2//CASSCF) methods were used to investigate the photoinduced reaction mechanisms of B(ppy)Ph2 and B(iba)Ph2. The calculations showed that the two compounds isomerize to borirane in the same way by passing a transition state in the S1 state and a conical intersection between the S1 and S0 states. The energy barriers in the S1 state of 0.54 and 0.26 eV for B(ppy)Ph2 and B(iba)Ph2, respectively, were explained by analyzing the charge distributions of minima in S0 and S1 states. The results provide helpful insights into the excited-state dynamics of organoboron compounds, which could assist in rational design of boron-based photoresponsive materials.  相似文献

Affibody‐conjugated RALA (affi‐RA) are designed for delivering oligomeric 5‐fluorodeoxyuridine (FUdR, metabolite of 5‐FU) strand to raise the selectivity of 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), decrease its toxicity and improve its suboptimal therapeutic efficacy. The nanodrugs, FUdR@affi‐RA, are spontaneously assembled by electrostatic interaction between positively charged affi‐RA and negatively charged FUdR15‐strands (15 consecutive FUdR). FUdR@affi‐RA exhibits excellent stability under simulated physiological conditions. Compared with free FUdR, FUdR@affi‐RA shows excellent targeting and higher cytotoxicity in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) overexpressing gastric cancer N87 cells. Moreover, the anticancer mechanism studies reveal that FUdR@affi‐RA enhances the expression and activity of apoptosis‐associated proteins in the Bcl‐2/Bax‐caspase 8,9‐caspase 3 apoptotic pathway induced by FUdR. This study indicates that the fusion vector, affi‐RA, presents a promising delivery system platform for nucleoside analogue drugs and provides a new strategy for the development of therapeutics of cancer treatment.  相似文献

Modified Y type catalyst (M-Y) shows great potential for the preparation of toluene attribute to catalyst topology and synergistic effect of Lewis acid and Brönsted acid in the alkylation reaction. However, it still remains a big challenge to build a reaction mechanism. Thereby, based on the study of HZSM-5, H-beta and M-Y catalysts structure and physical properties, a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, Fourier transform infrared absorption spectra and Pyridine adsorption infrared. The activity of catalysts was tested in benzene alkylation with methanol and was found to be in the following increasing order: Na-Y (no effect)?<?H-Y?<<?HZSM-5?<?H-beta?<?M-Y.  相似文献

Nickel-cobalt layered double hydroxides (NiCo-LDH) were successfully deposited on nickel foam by a facile hydrothermal method using polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as the structure-directing reagent. The effect of PVP on the morphology and electrochemical performance of binder-free NiCo-LDH electrode for supercapacitor were investigated in detail. The prepared NiCo-LDH presented good dispersivity and appeared different flower-like structure via the addition of PVP. Specially, the NiCo-LDH electrode using 1 g of PVP exhibited a superior performance with a high-specific capacity of 724.9 C g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1 and 577.1 C g?1 at 10 A g?1. In addition, a hybrid supercapacitor (HSC) based on the optimized NiCo-LDH as positive electrode and activated carbon as negative electrode was assembled with 6 M KOH as the electrolyte. The HSC device can deliver an energy density of 32.3 Wh kg?1 at the power density of 387.1 W kg?1. Moreover, the HSC device exhibited a good cycling stability with a retention rate of 94.0% after 2000-cycle charge-discharge test at 3 A g?1.  相似文献

How to increase the speed in drawing and recognizing curves has always been a major concern. From the Breshenham Algorithm and DDA Algorithm in the sixties to the double-step and quadruple-step line generation iu the eighties, curves were all dragon point by point. The algorithm in this paper fully utilizes machine commands to accelerate the generation of lines and curves. We introduce and prove for the first time characterization theorems of the segment code order of digital lines and curyes. Single phase Mn5Ge3 ribbons were successfully synthesized by single roller melt-spinning method followed by an annealing procedure at 800 °C for 1 h. The magnetocaloric effect and transition order were investigated by dc magnetization measurement. A maximum entropy change of 4.92 J/kg K and a refrigerant capacity of 201.3 J/kg were observed at an external field change of 30 kOe. The Banerjee criterion was adopted to discriminate the order of the transition, indicating a second order transition. The calculated entropy changes were also obtained by Landau theory, which are in agreement with the experimental values at the temperature region above the Curie temperature. This phenomena implies a potential transition of the magnetic interaction in the vicinity of the Curie temperature. Universal behavior was also indicated in that all of the experimental entropy change curves collapse into one universal curve, which is consistent with the Banerjee criterion.  相似文献
