Synthesis of 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives

Six new 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives were synthesized from avermectin Bla by the selective protection of C-5-hydroxy group,oxidation of C-4″-hydroxy group,and deprotection followed by reaction with O-substituted hydroxylamine hydrochlorides.Their structures were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS.Insecticidal activities of the derivatives against Phopalosiphum pseudobrassicae,Spodoptera exigua and Pluteua xylosteua were evaluated.     

Silver Nanowires as Templates for Preparation of Amorphous Carbon Nanotubes

In this report, we describe a novel method for preparing amorphous carbon nanotubes (ACNT) from silver nanowires using a carbon replica technique. ACNT size and shape are determined by the template silver nanowire. Interspaces between carbon grains present in the ACNT wall cause the wall to act as a permeable membrane through which reactants pass freely. Simple chemical modifications can be used to modify the diameter of the silver filaments within. We anticipate that this method will prove useful in preparing a wide variety of nanometer-sized filaments, perhaps with the replica itself able to serve as a template in casting nanomaterials of assorted shapes. 低温和低压下水热合成Na4Zr2(SiO4)3

以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O,Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O和NaOH为原料,在250℃约100bar的条件下,水热晶化合成出Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3,并生长相应的单晶。讨论了水热反应及其条件.产物借助于XRD,Raman,~(29)Si MAS NMR以及阻抗谱技术进行了研究.结果表明产物具有与其他方法制备的Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3相同的性质.

The electrophoretic mobilities of chloro-, bromo- and iodo-complexes of Hg, Bi, Cd, Pb, and Cu, obtained by heavy current electrophoresis on filter paper, are presented in diagrams as a function of the logarithm of the concentrations of the halogen ions KC1, HCl, KUr, HBr and KJ, mainly in concentrations between 0.1N and 4N, were selected as complexing agents Straight lines were obtuned with characteristic slopes, breaks and parallelisms. Furthermore it can be seen from the diagiarns, that the tendency to form complexes increases on the one hand in the sequence chloro - bromo -iodo, and on the other for the chloro- and bromo-complexes in the sequence Cu - Pb - Cd - Bi -Hg In the case of the lodo-complexes the sequence is (Pb + Cd) - Hg - Cu.Figures that show the electrophoretie scpartion of a mixture of Hg - Bi - Cd - Pb - Cu in Voirious concentrations of KC1, KBr and HBr, are given. The separation of these metals in the form of halogeno-complexes can be most satisfactorily accomplished in 0.5_N KBr or 0.5NHBr.     

Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.     

γ-射线辐照对尼龙6纤维结构的影响

<正> 过去的大多数研究表明,高能射线辐照会引起聚乙烯及聚丙烯等稀烃类聚合物分子链交联及降解,而且会导致结晶度下降。张利华等人最近的研究表明,对于尼龙1010塑料,仅当辐照剂量高到一定程度后,辐照才会破坏结晶。此外,Stowe等人曾经研究过近紫外线对尼龙66纤维结构的影响,结果表明,在空气气氛中的近紫外辐照主要导致尼龙66纤维降解,并使纤维结晶度提高。有关高能射线辐照对高度取向的合成纤维结构及性能的影响的研究尚不多见。本工作将讨论γ-射线对于尼龙6纤维结构的影响。     

Determination of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid in apple extracts by capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection

A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) in apple tissues has been described. This method is based on the derivatization of ACC with 3-(2-furoyl)quinoline-2-carboxaldehyde (FQ), and separation and quantification of the resulting FQ-ACC derivative by capillary electrophoresis coupled to laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIF). Our results indicated that ACC derivatized with FQ could be well separated from other interfering amino acids using 20 mM borate buffer (pH 9.35) containing 40 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate and 10 mM Brij 35. The linearity of ACC was determined in the range from 0.05 to 5 microM with a correlation of 0.9967. The concentration detection limit for ACC was 10 nM (signal-to-noise = 3). The sensitivity and selectivity of this described method allows the analysis of ACC in crude apple extracts without extra purification and enrichment procedure.
