This article reports a highly sensitive transient absorbance measurement system using pulsed energetic ions. The ions were pulsed by a beam chopper, which was synchronized with the cyclotron, and accelerated to the desired energy around 18 MeV/u. We report here on the construction of the ABC-ring framework of (±)-Taxol using an intramolecular aldol reaction as a key step. AB-ring compound 8 was converted to ketoaldehyde 25 as a precursor of an aldol reaction via introduction of oxygen-functionalities and a methoxycarbonyl group, which can be converted to a methyl group, in the proper positions of the B-ring. An aldol reaction of ketoaldehyde with LDA led to the formation of the desired product 27, which corresponds to the ABC-ring framework of (±)-Taxol. 相似文献

A method has been developed for highly sensitive determination of haloperidol in human serum involving a simple extraction procedure followed by gas chromatographic separation. Target components were separated from the extracting solvents with a Van den Berg type solventless sample injector before introduction Into a DB-1 capillary separation column. A surface ionization detector (SID), which has highly selective sensitivity for Substituted amines, was employed for quantitation using bromperidol as an internal standard. Chloroform proved to be the best extracting solvent, yielding a quantitative detection limit of 5 ng/ml (S/N = 2). Comparison of the response to target compounds obtained by the SID, FTD (flame thermionic detector), and FID (flame ionization detector) showed the SID to be superior. 相似文献

It has been demonstrated that a glass-like silicone ladder-type polymer permits one to homogeneously incorporate high amounts of ionophores into the covalently-bonded double chain structure. Furthermore, by making use of this feature, we have successfully fabricated an iodide ion-sensitive field-effect transistor based on two kinds of ionophores and silicone ladder polymer matrix. As ionophores, 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphyrin and dimethyloctadecyl-3-trimethoxylsilylpropylammonium chloride were homogeneously incorporated into the matrix. The ion-sensitive field-effect transistor showed a linear potential response ranging in the I- concentration between 1.0 x 10(-5) and 1.0 x 10(-1) M. The selectivity coefficients for I- towards interferences of ClO4- and NO3- were estimated to be Kpot(I-,ClO4-) approximately 6.2 x 10(-4) and Kpot(I-,No3-) approximately 4.9 x 10(-4). The matrix has proved to be so stable that the selectivity coefficients have not been altered over six months. 相似文献

Abstract X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrical resistance measurement on single-walled carbon nan-otube (SWNT) samples prepared by the arc-discharge method are reported. The XRD profile of heat-treated sample indicated that air (oxygen, and/or nitrogen and/or water) can be condensed inside the SWNTs.
