This paper deals with a numerical solution of compressible flows. In the case of Euler equations, a numerical solver is presented on a structured quadrilateral grid. The Advection Upstream Splitting Method (AUSM) scheme is used and the spatial accuracy is improved by linear reconstruction with slope limiters. The influence of those limiters are then tested in cases of transonic flow through a channel and a blade cascade.  相似文献

The electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO2RR) to produce synthesis gas (syngas) with tunable CO/H2 ratios has been studied by supporting Pd catalysts on transition metal nitride (TMN) substrates. Combining experimental measurements and density functional theory (DFT) calculations, Pd‐modified niobium nitride (Pd/NbN) is found to generate much higher CO and H2 partial current densities and greater CO Faradaic efficiency than Pd‐modified vanadium nitride (Pd/VN) and commercial Pd/C catalysts. In‐situ X‐ray diffraction identifies the formation of PdH in Pd/NbN and Pd/C under CO2RR conditions, whereas the Pd in Pd/VN is not fully transformed into the active PdH phase. DFT calculations show that the stabilized *HOCO and weakened *CO intermediates on PdH/NbN are critical to achieving higher CO2RR activity. This work suggests that NbN is a promising substrate to modify Pd, resulting in an enhanced electrochemical conversion of CO2 to syngas with a potential reduction in precious metal loading.  相似文献

以2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸(H 4-DHBDC)和4,4′-联吡啶(4,4′-Dipyridyl)为双配体、Zn(NO 3)2 6H 2O为金属盐,在水/DMF=3∶2(体积比)的溶剂体系中,采用溶剂热法,在120℃时构筑了一种组成为[Zn 2(H 2-DHBDC)(DHBDC)0.5(4,4′-Dipyridyl)1.5]n的Zn(Ⅱ)MOFs材料。利用X-射线单晶衍射(PXRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)和荧光分光光度法(FS)等,对其晶体结构和性质进行了分析与表征。结果表明,Zn(Ⅱ)MOFs材料属于单斜晶系,P 2(1)/n空间群,且具有三维网状结构。热重分析和荧光分析表明,Zn(Ⅱ)MOFs材料具有良好的热力学稳定性和光致发光性能。  相似文献

We characterize the additive singularity preserving almost surjective maps on Mn (F), the algebra of all n×n matrices over a field F with char F=0. A new solution is worked out for the problem of the flexural vibrations of a viscoelastic cantilever. The method is based on the use of Laplace contour integrals for integration in a complex domain. The dependence of the solutions of the problem on the parameters introduced is investigated. Asymptotic expansions of the integrals at large and small values of the argument are constructed for numerical calculations. Inducing high levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) inside tumor cells is a cancer therapy method termed chemodynamic therapy (CDT). Relying on delivery of Fenton reaction promoters such as Fe2+, CDT takes advantage of overproduced ROS in the tumor microenvironment. We developed a peptide-H2S donor conjugate, complexed with Fe2+, termed AAN - PTC – Fe2+ . The AAN tripeptide was specifically cleaved by legumain, an enzyme overexpressed in glioma cells, to release carbonyl sulfide (COS). Hydrolysis of COS by carbonic anhydrase formed H2S, an inhibitor of catalase, an enzyme that detoxifies H2O2. Fe2+ and H2S together increased intracellular ROS levels and decreased viability in C6 glioma cells compared with controls lacking either Fe2+, the AAN sequence, or the ability to generate H2S. AAN - PTC – Fe2+ performed better than temezolimide while exhibiting no cytotoxicity toward H9C2 cardiomyocytes. This study provides an H2S-amplified, enzyme-responsive platform for synergistic cancer treatment.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical approach for direct recognition of antibiotic phenazine‐1‐carboxylic acid (PCA) was developed. PCA was electropolymerized on preanodized screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE*‐PCA) through repetitive cyclic voltammetry and characterized by XPS and FESEM. Electron transfer involved intermediate phenomenon of diffusion‐controlled redox process and surface bound redox reaction. At pH 8 (optimum), SPCE*‐PCA had a detection limit of 0.51±0.04 μM, a quantification limit of 1.7±0.13 μM, linearity of up to 50 µM, a repeatability of 15.5 % and a reproducibility of 1.7 %. PCA secreted by Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aureofaciens BCRC 11057T was investigated successfully using present single run approach.  相似文献

The nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond has been developed as a promising platform for quantum sensing, especially for magnetic field measurements in the nano-tesla range with a nano-meter resolution. Optical spin readout performance has a direct effect on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of experiments. In this work, we introduce an online optimization method to customize the laser waveform for readout. Both simulations and experiments reveal that our new scheme optimizes the optically detected magnetic resonance in NV center. The SNR of optical spin readout has been witnessed a 44.1% increase in experiments. In addition, we applied the scheme to the Rabi oscillation experiment, which shows an improvement of 46.0% in contrast and a reduction of 12.1% in mean deviation compared to traditional constant laser power SNR optimization. This scheme is promising to improve sensitivities for a wide range of NV-based applications in the future.  相似文献
