SU-8 has gained widespread acceptance as a negative photoresist. It is also finding increasing use as a structural material in microanalytical devices. Consequently, methods to tailor the surface properties of SU-8 as well as to micropattern coatings on the surface of SU-8 are needed. The SU-8 photoresist consists of EPON SU-8 resin mixed with the photoacid generator triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate. This photoacid generator can also serve as a photoinitiator generating free radicals when illuminated with UV light. Under the appropriate conditions, sufficient triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate remains within cured SU-8 to act as a source of free radicals and initiate UV-mediated grafting of polymers onto the surface of the SU-8. UV-mediated grafting was used to coat SU-8 surfaces with poly(acrylic acid) and other water-soluble monomers. The SU-8 surface was chemically micropatterned by placing a mask between the UV light and SU-8. The X-Y spatial resolution of micropatterned poly(acrylic acid) on the SU-8 surface was 2 mum. Three applications of these chemically modified SU-8 surfaces were demonstrated. In the first, poly(ethylene glycol) was used to protect the SU-8 from interactions with proteins, yielding a surface resistant to biofouling. In the second demonstration, the SU-8 surface was micropatterned with a cell-resistant layer to guide cellular attachment and growth. In the final application, SU-8 micropallets were encoded with polymer lines. The bar codes were read by either absorbance or fluorescence measurements. Thus, UV-mediated graft polymerization is an efficient and effective method to micropattern coatings onto the surface of SU-8.  相似文献

A simple and regiospecific synthesis of 4-alkoxy(amino)-2-trifluoromethyl pyrroles from 5-azido-4-alkoxy(amino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-pent-3-en-2-ones by an aza-Wittig cyclization of aminophosphoranes is described. Discrepancies between classical model (CM) predictions and experimental data for deep bed filtration (DBF) have been reported by various authors. In order to understand these discrepancies, an analytic continuum model for DBF is proposed. In this model, a filter coefficient is attributed to each distinct retention mechanism (straining, diffusion, gravity interception, etc.). It was shown that these coefficients generally cannot be merged into an effective filter coefficient, as considered in the CM. Furthermore, the derived analytic solutions for the proposed model (PM) were applied for fitting experimental data, and a very good agreement between experimental data and PM predictions were obtained. Comparison of the obtained results with empirical correlations allowed identifying the dominant retention mechanisms. In addition, it was shown that the larger the ratio of particle to pore sizes, the more intensive the straining mechanism and the larger the discrepancies between experimental data and CM predictions. Finally, the CM and PM were compared via statistical analysis. The obtained $p$ values allow concluding that the PM should be preferred especially when straining plays an important role.  相似文献

The effect of frequency and sample shape on fatigue behaviors of DZ125 superalloy are systematically studied. The results show that fatigue fracture still occurs above the cycle of 108 for tests carried out at the frequency of f = 20 kHz and stress ratio R = ?1, so the traditional fatigue limit at cycle of 107 is not appropriate for fatigue design. Fatigue fracture surfaces are perpendicular to stress axis for cylindrical and plate specimens, and the fatigue cracks originate from the extra surface of the specimens. Fatigue crack is apt to propagate from cutting direction to forward direction, which occurs mainly in the second propagation stage at higher stress amplitude. There is an obvious frequency effect for DZ125 superalloy. The higher the test frequency is, the more serious the effect of frequency on fatigue behaviors of the alloy. After the frequency correction, the ultra-high cycle fatigue S-N curve well coincide with the traditional fatigue S-N curve.  相似文献

为了提高聚3-十二烷基噻吩的场效应迁移率, 将硅纳米线混入聚3-十二烷基噻吩的溶液中制成薄膜. 退火后的聚3-十二烷基噻吩能够自组装成有序的微晶结构, 有利于电子传输. 聚3-十二烷基噻吩薄膜在场效应晶体管中能够获得0.015 cm2·V-1·s-1的迁移率, 而混合薄膜能够获得高达0.68 cm2·V-1·s-1的迁移率. 这是因为硅纳米线优异的电子传输性能使得电子通过硅纳米线就像通过快速通道一样, 从而能够缩短电子在场效应晶体管中的传输时间, 提高传输速度. 此外, 使用离子胶作为介电层也能够提升场效应晶体管的性能, 混合薄膜能够获得高达6.2 cm2·V-1·s-1的迁移率.  相似文献

在光电子学应用中,器件性能主要取决于半导体纳米材料中的光生载流子动力学过程. 但是,受反应速率、材料表面积、材料组成等多种因素影响,描述其中的动力学过程非常具有挑战性. 模拟光生载流子动力学过程可以通过绝热分子动力学方法实现,即求解包含非绝热耦合项的含时薛定谔方程. 在众多绝热分子动力学方法中,面跳跃方法出色地平衡了计算精度和计算成本,因而成为描述半导体纳米材料中不同非绝热过程间竞争的有力工具,已被用来模拟材料中的超快动力学过程和其他复杂效应,如Janus过渡金属二硫族化合物范德华异质结中的电荷分离. 本综述通过介绍该领域代表性的理论及实验工作,阐述了光生载流子对半导体纳米材料性能的重要影响,以及面跳跃方法在描述其动力学行为中的重要作用. 由于日趋复杂的材料体系对理论工作提出了巨大的挑战,本综述重点介绍了最近用于模拟这些复杂材料的一些开创性的新方法,包括高精度的电子结构方法和与之相结合的绝热分子动力学方法.  相似文献

A phytochemical study of the ethyl acetate fractions from the partition of seeds and roots methanol extracts of Cenchrus echinatus L. led to the isolation of three resveratrol-derived stilbenoids: pallidol (1), carasiphenol C (2) and nepalensinol B (3). A copper-catalyzed cyclization of (ortho-alkynyl)benzaldimines with diorganoyl dichalcogenides allowed the synthesis of 4-organochalcogen isoquinolines, whereas the presence of base in the reaction medium inhibited the product formation producing the undesirable isoquinoline without the organochalcogen atom at the 4-position. The cyclization reaction was carried out by using CuI (20?%) as a catalyst with diorganoyl dichalcogenides (1.5?equiv) in the presence of DMF at 100?°C. Furthermore, the reaction did not require an argon atmosphere and was carried out in an open flask. The cyclization reaction tolerated a variety of functional groups both in ortho-alkynylbenzaldimines and diorganoyl dichalcogenides, such as trifluoromethyl, chloro, fluorine, and methoxyl, to give the six-membered heterocyclic ring exclusively through a 6-endo-dig cyclization process. The organochalcogen group present at the 4-position of the isoquinoline ring was further subjected to a selective chalcogen-lithium exchange reaction followed by the addition of aldehydes to afford the desired secondary alcohols in good yields. The obtained isoquinolines also proved to be suitable substrates for the Suzuki and Sonogashira coupling conditions affording the corresponding products through C?C bond formation.  相似文献
