Indoline alkaloids kopsinilam and kopsinine extracted from the plant Vinca erecta have been studied by X-ray crystallography; mono and double salts of the latter alkaloid also have been examined. Experimentally determined positions of Н atoms suggest sp 3 hybridization of the indoline nitrogen atom N1 in the bases and the salts. Tetrahedral hybridization of the atom N1 in indoline alkaloids favors the formation of their double salts, what is unlikely for indole and indolinine alkaloids. In the halogen double salts there is an intramolecular Н bond between one of the protons of the NH2 group and the oxygen of the methoxycarbonyl group, that is absent in the mono salts and pure bases. 相似文献

Two theoretical approaches for simulating nonlinear focused ultrasound fields generated by a diagnostic convex array are compared. The first model is based on the three-dimensional Westervelt equation and describes the full structure of the array field with high accuracy. However, it requires great computational resources and is technically difficult. The second model is based on an axially symmetric form of the parabolic KZK equation for estimating the strength of nonlinear effects in the focal region of a beam, which reduces the computational time by a factor of several hundreds. To establish the boundary conditions to the KZK model, the radius and the focal length of a circular piston source are defined such that the simulated field on the beam axis in the linear case fits the real structure of the field in the focal region. It is shown that the parabolic model can be used to accurately describe the spatial and temporal structure of the field generated by a diagnostic transducer in the focal region of the beam along its axis and in the plane of the beam’s electronic focusing. 相似文献

The propagation of nonlinear spherically diverging N-waves in homogeneous air is studied experimentally and theoretically. A spark source is used to generate high amplitude (1.4 kPa) short duration (40 μs) N-waves; acoustic measurements are performed using microphones (3 mm diameter, 150 kHz bandwidth). Numerical modeling with the generalized Burgers equation is used to reveal the relative effects of acoustic nonlinearity, thermoviscous absorption, and oxygen and nitrogen relaxation on the wave propagation. The results of modeling are in a good agreement with the measurements in respect to the wave amplitude and duration. However, the measured rise time of the front shock is ten times longer than the calculated one, which is attributed to the limited bandwidth of the microphone. To better resolve the shock thickness, a focused shadowgraphy technique is used. The recorded optical shadowgrams are compared with shadow patterns predicted by geometrical optics and scalar diffraction model of light propagation. It is shown that the geometrical optics approximation results in overestimation of the shock rise time, while the diffraction model allows to correctly resolve the shock width. A combination of microphone measurements and focused optical shadowgraphy is therefore a reliable way of studying evolution of spark-generated shock waves in air. 相似文献
