The concepts of I-R closed set, A I-R-set, α I M 1-set, α I M 2-set, α I N 1-set, α I N 2-set, α I N 3-set, α I N 4-set and α I N 5-set are introduced via idealization. New decompositions of some weaker forms of continuity are obtained by using these sets.  相似文献

In the present work, octachlorocyclotetraphosphazatetraene (1), N4P4Cl8, is reacted with aniline (2), 1-napthylamine (4) and 2-aminoanthracene (6) to give octakis(arylamino)cyclotetraphosphazenes (3, 5 and 7). These cyclotetraphosphazene compounds (3, 5 and 7) have been fully characterized by elemental analysis, mass (MS), FT-IR, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopies. The molecular and crystal structures of 5 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The structure of 5 is monoclinic with the space group P21/c. The octakis(1-napthylamino)-(5) and octakis(2-aminoanthracene)-(7) cyclotetraphosphazene compounds have been synthesised for the first time in this study. The fluorescence properties of 3, 5 and 7 have been investigated in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and have been shown to have highly fluorescence behavior. This work also presents the quenching of arylamino substituted cyclotetraphosphazene derivatives (3, 5 and 7) by p-benzoquinone (BQ) or hydroquinone (HQ).  相似文献

In order to improve the performance of the sliding mode controller, fuzzy logic sliding mode controller is proposed in this study. The control gain of the conventional sliding mode controller is tuned by a fuzzy logic rule base and, also dynamic sliding surfaces are obtained by changing their slopes using the error states of the system in another fuzzy logic algorithm. These controllers are then combined in order to enhance the performance. Afterwards, proposed controllers were used in trajectory control of a three degrees of freedom spatial robot, which is subjected to noise and parameter variations. Finally, the controllers introduced are compared with a PID controller which is commonly used for control of robotic manipulators in industry. The results indicate the superior performance of the proposed controller.  相似文献

A block copolymer of cyclohexene oxide (CHO) and styrene (St) was prepared by using bifunctional visible light photoinitiator dibenzoyldiethylgermane (DBDEG) via a two‐step procedure. The bifunctionality of the photoinitiator pertains to the sequential photodecomposition of DBDEG through acyl germane bonds. In the first step, photoinitiated free radical promoted cationic polymerization of CHO using DBDEG in the presence of diphenyliodonium hexafluorophosphate (Ph2I+PF) was carried out to yield polymers with photoactive monobenzoyl germane end groups. These poly(cyclohexene oxide) (PCHO) prepolymers were used to induce photoinitiated free radical polymerization of styrene (St) resulting in the formation of poly(cyclohexene oxide‐block‐styrene) (P(CHO‐b‐St)). Successful blocking has been confirmed by a strong change in the molecular weight of the prepolymer and the block copolymer as well as NMR, IR, and DSC spectral measurements. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A recently synthesized conducting polymer [poly(2-dodecyl-4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)-2H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazole (PTBT)] was tested as a platform for biomolecule immobilization. After electrochemical polymerization of the monomer (TBT) on graphite electrodes, immobilization of glucose oxidase (GOx,β-D-glucose: oxygen-1-oxidoreductase, EC 1.1.3.4) was carried out. To improve the interactions between the enzyme and hydrophobic alkyl chain on the polymeric structure, GOx and isoleucine (Ile) amino acid were mixed in sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) with a high ionic strength (250 × 10(-3) M). The solution is then casted on the polymer film, and the amino groups in the protein structure were crosslinked using glutaraldehyde (GA) as the bifunctional agent. Finally, the surface was covered with a perm-selective membrane. Consequently, cross-linked enzyme crystal (CLEC) like assembles with regular shapes were observed after immobilization. Microscopic techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence microscopy were used to monitor the surface morphologies of both the polymer and the bioactive layer. Electrochemical responses of the enzyme electrodes were measured by monitoring O(2) consumption in the presence of glucose at -0.7 V. The optimized biosensor showed a very good linearity between 0.05 and 2.5 × 10(-3) M with a 52 s response time and a detection limit (LOD) of 0.029 × 10(-3) M to glucose. Also, kinetic parameters, operational and storage stabilities were determined. K(m) and I(max) values were found as 4.6 × 10(-3) M and 2.49 μA, respectively. It was also shown that no activity was lost during operational and storage conditions. Finally, proposed system was applied for glucose biomonitoring during fermentation in yeast culture where HPLC was used as the reference method to verify the data obtained by the proposed biosensor.  相似文献

The mechanical anisotropy of polyvinyl chloride oriented in two perpendicular directions with different draw ratios has been studied. The results are compared with the anisotropy of uniaxial samples oriented at a common draw ratio. The propagation velocities of ultrasonic pulses have been measured by an immersion technique. Longitudinal wave velocities have been measured in three principal planes over a wide range of propagation directions. The limitations of measuring velocities in the planes containing the draw axes were mitigated by use of a special slicing technique. Measurements were performed at 2 MHz and 25°C. Velocities of the transverse waves were measured for incident wave angles greater than the critical angle. From these measurements, five elastic moduli were calculated for the uniaxially oriented samples, and nine elastic moduli were obtained for the biaxially oriented samples. In biaxially oriented samples, the moduli along the draw axes are directly proportional to the draw ratio in the same direction.  相似文献

This paper investigates whether inflation-targeting programs have altered the pattern of inflation and its variability for five developed countries and four emerging economies implementing inflation-targeting programs. A GARCH specification is used to model inflation variability, which accounts for public perception of the future levels of inflation variability—conditional variance. We could not find lower conditional inflation expectations except for Australia, Chile and Sweden under various specifications. Moreover, the conditional variance decreases only for Chile and the UK. Therefore, the empirical support for the lower inflation and its variability for the inflation targeting regimes is limited.  相似文献

Phenacyl morpholine‐4‐dithiocarbamate is synthesized and characterized. Its capability to act as both a photoiniferter and reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent for the polymerization of styrene is examined. Polymerization carried out in bulk under ultra violet irradiation at above 300 nm at room temperature shows controlled free radical polymerization characteristics up to 50% conversions and produces well‐defined polymers with molecular weights close to those predicted from theory and relatively narrow poyldispersities (Mw/Mn ~ 1.30). End group determination and block copolymerization with methyl acrylate suggest that morpholino dithiocarbamate groups were attained at the end of the polymer. Photolysis and polymerization studies revealed that polymerization proceeds via both reversible termination and RAFT mechanisms. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Dementia is a cognitive disorder mostly associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) in addition to being seen in many other diseases of the central nervous system (CNS). The limited number of drugs is not sufficient to provide adequate improvement to increase the quality of life of patients suffering from this symptom; therefore, all treatment options should be evaluated in detail. In this study, new molecules, [2‐(4‐(2/3/4‐substituted phenyl)piperazin‐1‐yl)‐4‐phenylthiazol‐5‐yl][3/4‐substituted phenyl]methanone derivatives ( 1‐44 ), were obtained and analyzed in terms of their anticholinesterase activities. Kinetic mode and molecular interactions were also evaluated. An enzyme inhibition study was undertaken on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) using the Ellman method. Maestro program was used in molecular modeling studies. Forty‐four compounds were evaluated on AChE and BChE enzymes at 10?3 and 10?4 concentrations. The inhibition concentrations were calculated as 0.268μM to 2.104μM for six compounds ( 4 , 5 , 16 , 27 , 37 , and 38 ) on AChE. Compound 5 including the 4‐methoxy substituent (IC50: 0.268μM) and compound 38 containing the 4‐methoxy and 3‐methyl substituents (IC50: 0.286μM) showed the highest AChE inhibitory activity. They were further examined in terms of hydrogen bonding with Arg296 and Ar‐Ar interaction with Trp286. The activity of compound 5 was also assessed in mixed‐type kinetic mode.  相似文献
