A simple method for the rapid and simultaneous analysis of dichlorvos (DDVP), malathion, carbaryl, and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D) in citrus fruit, which uses flow-injection ion spray ionization tandem mass spectrometry, has been developed for the first time. The method involves the combined use of stable isotopically labeled internal standards (DDVP-d6, malathion-d10, carbaryl-d7, and 2,4-D-d5) and a multiple reaction monitoring technique. The average recoveries for the pesticides at the same concentrations as their tolerance levels (DDVP: 0.1-0.2 μg g−1; malathion: 0.5-4.0 μg g−1; carbaryl: 1.0 μg g−1; 2,4-D: 1.0-2.0 μg g−1) ranged from 90 to 119% with the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) ranging from 1.0 to 13.1% (n = 5). Analysis time, including sample preparation and determination, was only 15 min. The present method is effective for screening DDVP, malathion, carbaryl, and 2,4-D in citrus fruit.  相似文献

It was reported that the somatostatin analog TT-232, d-Phe-c(Cys-Tyr-d-Trp-Lys-Cys)-Thr-NH2, exhibited a highly potent antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Using pyrazinone analogs and aliphatic amino acids instead of the disulfide bond, we prepared novel type somatostatin analogs including the sequence essential for antitumor activities, Tyr-d-Trp-Lys. Paecilomycine A (1), B (2), and C (3) were isolated from cultivated fruiting bodies of Paecilomyces tenuipes (Isaria japonica), which is a popular entomopathogenic fungus used in folk medicine and health foods in China, Korea, and Japan. The structures of 1-3 were deduced from their spectroscopic data and their absolute configurations were elucidated by preparing their MPA esters. A biocleavable polyrotaxane, having a necklace-like structure consisting of many cationic alpha-cyclodextrins (alpha-CDs) and a disulfide-introduced poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), was synthesized and examined as a nonviral gene carrier. The polyrotaxane formed a stable polyplex having positively charged surface even at low charge ratio. This is likely to be due to structural factors of the polyrotaxane, such as the mobile motion of alpha-CDs in the necklace-like structure. Rapid endosomal escape was observed 90 min after transfection. The positively charged surface and the good buffering capacity are advantageous to show the proton sponge effect. The pDNA decondensation occurred through disulfide cleavage of the polyrotaxane and subsequent supramolecular dissociation of the noncovalent linkages between alpha-CDs and PEG. Transfection of the DMAE-SS-PRX polyplex is independent of the amount of free polycation. Those properties played a key role for delivery of pDNA clusters to the nucleus. Therefore, the polyplex nature and the supramolecular dissociation of the polyrotaxane contributed to the enhanced gene delivery.  相似文献

Effect of amines on an in situ silica generation in natural rubber was investigated, and n-hexylamine, n-heptylamine and n-octylamine were found to increase the in situ silica content. The nanometer sized silica particles up to ca. 80 parts per hundred rubber by weight were generated in situ in the rubber matrix via a sol–gel reaction of tetraethoxysilane. Additionally, dispersion of the silica in the rubbery matrix was more homogeneous than that of commercial silica dispersed by a conventional mechanical mixing. In this in situ silica generation, the polarity and solubility in water of amine were influential factors for controlling the in situ silica content in the rubbery matrix. The obtained high in situ silica filled natural rubber was useful to prepare high performance nanocomposite elastomers.  相似文献

An assembled compound (BEDT-TTF)2[Mn2Cl5(EtOH)] (1) consisting of two structural lattices of Mn(II)-Cl one-dimensional (1-D) chains and bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene (BEDT-TTF) stacking layers was synthesized by electrochemical crystallization. Compound 1 crystallized in triclinic space group P-1 (#2) with a=13.1628(5) Å, b=20.3985(9) Å, c=7.4966(3) Å, α=98.3498(8)°, β=104.980(1)°, γ=74.602(2)°, V=1868.3(1) Å3, and Z=2. The 1-D chains and the stacking layers are aligned along the c-axis of the unit cell. The 1-D chain is described as [Mn2Cl5(EtOH)] in which two Mn(II) ions and four Cl ions form a ladder-like chain with Kagomé (cuboidal) sublattices, and the remaining Cl ion and an ethanol molecule cap the edge-positioned Mn(II) ions of the chains. The BEDT-TTF molecules are packed between the Mn-Cl chains (ac-plane), the intermolecular S·S contacts of which are approximately found in the range 3.440(2)-3.599(2) Å. The packing feature of BEDT-TTF molecules is very similar to that of (BEDT-TTF)2ClO4(TCE)0.5 (TCE=1,1,2-trichloroethane) (J. Am. Chem. Soc., 105, 297 (1983)). Regarding the electronic state of each BEDT-TTF molecule, Raman spectroscopic analysis and ESR study revealed the presence of half-valence BEDT-TTF molecules (charge delocalization) in 1. Magnetic measurements clearly demonstrated that the paramagnetic spins on the 1-D chain [Mn2Cl5(EtOH)] arrange antiferromagnetically in the low-temperature region. Additionally, 1 exhibits metallic conductivity in the temperature range 2.0-300 K (σ=21 S cm−1 at 300 K and 1719 S cm−1 at 2.0 K), due to the contribution of the stacked BEDT-TTFs. Consequently, these peculiarities that correspond to antiferromagnetic/metallic conductivity demonstrate the “bi-functionality” of 1.  相似文献

Neutron diffraction measurements were carried out at 25 °C for aqueous LiNO3 heavy water solutions, (*LiNO3) x (D2O)1?x where x = 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01, in which the 6Li/7Li isotopic ratios were varied. Structural information on intermolecular nearest neighbor Li+···D2O interactions in the extensive concentration range was derived from the first-order difference function, ?Li(Q), obtained from the difference in scattering cross sections between 6Li- and 7Li-enriched sample solutions. The nearest neighbor Li+···O distance and coordination number for sample solution with x = 0.1 were determined to be r LiO = 1.969 (8) Å and n LiO = 4.12 (6), respectively, corresponding to the four-coordinated Li+ ion in the solution. On the other hand, those obtained for the solution with x = 0.01 are r LiO = 2.00 (2) Å and n LiO = 6.0 (2), respectively, indicating that hexaaqua Li+ is dominant in the dilute solution. These results clearly indicate that a concentration dependence of the hydration number of Li+ occurs in the aqueous solutions.  相似文献
