Summary The vibronic character of this molecular device has been studied using isomorphic electron orbitals. The leading role of the softest vibrational mode for the electron transport process is stressed by the quantum mechanical treatment of the rearrangement operator. The theory was used to investigate the possible function of the soliton valve, which has been suggested as a switching tip. The electronic flexibility of the cyclopropenyl radical with respect to molecular vibrations, which is important for the function of the molecular device, is well characterized by the hardness and softness of the electron structure in terms of the orbital energy-occupation number correlation diagram.  相似文献

Aromatic compounds such as benzene, toluene, chlorobenzene, anisole, and naphthalene were carboxylated by palladium(II) acetate catalyst with carbon monoxide in the presence of potassium peroxodisulfate in trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. The aromatic carboxylic acids were formed in good yields; for example, the carboxylation of benzene with carbon monoxide proceeds quantitatively under the optimal conditions.  相似文献

3,3-Dimethoxypropylsulfonyl (Dimps) chloride was prepared and used as a new versatile sulfonating agent for ammonia, primary and secondary amines to afford corresponding Dimps-amides in excellent yields. The resulting N-nonsubstituted and N-monosubstituted Dimps-amides, activated amines, were alkylated satisfactorily under new Mitsunobu conditions. The Dimps group was removed by treatment in aqueous solution under acidic followed by basic conditions. Furthermore, epilachnene, the defensive droplets from the Mexican bean beetle, Epilachna varivestis, was synthesized utilizing this Dimps methodology in short steps.  相似文献

We previously reported the synthesis of BICMAP (1a) via 6-diphenylphosphino-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran as a key intermediate. However, we did not successfully synthesize BICMAP analogues via a similar synthetic route. It has been established that reductive complexation of functionalized benzofulvenes, which are readily prepared from commercially available indene and 2‐methylindene, with RhCl3 in ethanol affords the corresponding indenyl–rhodium(III) dichlorides bearing substituents at the 1‐ (H or CO2Et), 2‐ (H or Me), and 3‐ [CH2Ph or CH2(2‐MeOC6H4)] positions. The indenyl–rhodium(III) complexes bearing one ethoxycarbonyl group showed higher thermal stability and regioselectivity than our previously reported CpERhIII complex toward the oxidative [3+2] annulation of acetanilides with internal alkynes.  相似文献

In native systems, scaffolding proteins play important roles in assembling proteins into complexes to transduce signals. This concept is yet to be applied to the assembly of functional transmembrane protein complexes in artificial systems. To address this issue, DNA origami has the potential to serve as scaffolds that arrange proteins at specific positions in complexes. Herein, we report that Kir3 K+ channel proteins are assembled through zinc‐finger protein (ZFP)‐adaptors at specific locations on DNA origami scaffolds. Specific binding of the ZFP‐fused Kir3 channels and ZFP‐based adaptors on DNA origami were confirmed by atomic force microscopy and gel electrophoresis. Furthermore, the DNA origami with ZFP binding sites nearly tripled the K+ channel current activity elicited by heterotetrameric Kir3 channels in HEK293T cells. Thus, our method provides a useful template to control the oligomerization states of membrane protein complexes in vitro and in living cells.  相似文献

The potential use of circularly polarized luminescence for object identification in a sensor application is demonstrated. New luminescence probes using pyrene derivatives as sensor luminophores were developed. (R,R)‐Im2Py and (S,S)‐Im2Py contain two chiral imidazole moieties at 1,6‐positions through ethynyl spacers (angle between spacers ca. 180°). The probe molecules spontaneously self‐assemble into chiral stacks (P or M helicity) upon coordination to metal ions with tetrahedral coordination (Zn2+). The chiral probes display neither circular dichroism (CD) nor circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) without metal ions. However, (R,R)‐Im2Py and (S,S)‐Im2Py exhibit intense chiroptical activity (CD and CPL) upon self‐assembly with Zn2+ ions. (R,R)‐Im2Py and (S,S)‐Im2Py with chemical stimuli‐responsibility allow sensing using the CPL signal as detection output, enabling us to discriminate between a signal from the target analyte and that from non‐target species.  相似文献

A series of N-acetyl-L-glutamic acid oligopeptide benzyl esters with exact residue numbers 4, 6, and 12 has been synthesized by a stepwise procedure. For these oligopeptide–dioxane binary systems, the behavior of the liquid-crystalline phases has been examined␣by the use of 2H NMR, and the results indicate that highly ordered aggregates formed by these oligopeptides in dioxane are in an alignment similar to that in a nematic mesophase. Four new sulfonated serinol derivatives, siladenoserinols M–P (14), were isolated from a tunicate of the family Didemnidae collected in Indonesia. Their chemical structures were elucidated by the interpretation of NMR and mass spectroscopic data. Two of them (2 and 4) were revealed to be disulfonate serinol derivatives, and the others were monosulfonates. Siladenoserinols A (5) and B (6), which we previously isolated from the same tunicate, inhibited the p53–Hdm2 interaction with an IC50 value of 2.0?μM. However, 14 did not inhibit the activity. The result suggested that the acetyl group in the bicyclic ketal unit and/or the glycerophospholipid moiety in 5 and 6 were responsible for the inhibition of the p53–Hdm2 interaction.  相似文献
