In this Communication, we report water-soluble nano-C(60) in the first use as an effective fluorescent sensing platform for the highly sensitive and selective detection of Ag(+). The general concept used in this approach is based on a fluorescently labeled single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) probe that adsorbs on nano-C(60), leading to substantial dye fluorescence quenching; however, in the presence of Ag(+), C-Ag(+)-C coordination induces the probe to fold into a hairpin structure, which does not adsorb on nano-C(60) and thus retains the dye fluorescence. This sensing system exhibits a detection limit as low as 1 nM and has a high selectivity against other metal ions. Finally and most importantly, we demonstrate its performance in real sample analysis.  相似文献

A novel liquid-liquid-solid microextraction (LLSME) method was developed to overcome the well-known water-compatibility problem of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The enrichment factors with MIP-LLSME method were within 70-210 for trace chloroacetanilide herbicides under optimized extraction conditions. The method was characterized by simplicity, low solvent-consumption and high selectivity, and it was suitable for the one-step pretreatment of various aqueous samples such as river water and farm water.  相似文献

A series of 2,5-disubstituted pyrimido[5,4-c]quinoline derivatives were synthesized and their cytotoxic activity against H460, HT-29 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines was evaluated in vitro.It was found that most of the tested compounds especially compound 17, shown stronger activity to the selected three cell lines than ZM447439.  相似文献

A novel poly(aniline‐coo‐aminophenol) (PAOA)/mesoporous silica SBA‐15 nanocomposite was synthesized and investigated for adsorption of Hg (II) from aqueous solutions of wide pH range. A chemical oxidation method was employed for polymerization of aniline and o‐aminophenol on an ordered SBA‐15 template to obtain a significantly enlarged BET surface area of the adsorbent. Efficiency study revealed that the PAOA/SBA‐15 could reach a maximum Hg (II) adsorption capacity of over 400 mg/g. Kinetic study showed that the Hg (II) adsorption by the PAOA/SBA‐15 fitted a pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model, indicating that the mercury adsorption process was predominantly controlled by chemical process. The results of this study also proved that the adsorbed Hg (II) could be effectively desorbed from the PAOA/SBA‐15 in 0.1M HCl and 5% sulfocarbonide solutions. Associated adsorption mechanism was also investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques. Amphiphilic block copolyphosphates (PEP-b-PIPPs) are synthesized by two-step ROP of cyclic phosphate monomers with different pedant groups. They can spontaneously self-assemble into approximately spherical micelles ranging in size between 89 and 198 nm in water. A typical hydrophobic anti-cancer drug DOX is encapsulated into the micelles. The release rate of DOX slows down with increasing hydrophobic block length of PIPP. DOX-loaded micelles are investigated for the proliferation inhibition of Hela cells and the DOX dose required for 50% cellular growth inhibition is found to be 0.8 μg mL(-1). It is demonstrated that PEP-b-PIPP micelles can be used as a safe and promising drug delivery system.  相似文献

This paper deals with both Dirichlet and Neumann problems for a class of nonlinear degenerate elliptic equations with general growth in the gradient. First, we give an existence result of a spherically symmetric solution to the “symmetrized” problems with data depending only on the radials. Second, we prove that the solutions of the original problems can be compared, under a rearrangement, with the solutions of the “symmetrized” problems.  相似文献

This note proves sharp affine Gagliardo–Nirenberg inequalities which are stronger than all known sharp Euclidean Gagliardo–Nirenberg inequalities and imply the affine L p -Sobolev inequalities. The logarithmic version of affine L p -Sobolev inequalities is verified. Moreover, an alternative proof of the affine Moser–Trudinger and Morrey–Sobolev inequalities is given. The main tools are the equimeasurability of rearrangements and the strengthened version of the classical Pólya–Szegö principle.  相似文献

Rod-shaped cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) were manufactured and used to reinforce polyacrylamide (PAM) hydrogels through in situ free-radical polymerization. The gelation process of the nanocomposite hydrogels was monitored on a rheometer using oscillatory shear. The chemical structure, morphology, swelling property, and compression strength of the formed gels were investigated. A possible mechanism for forming hydrogels was proposed. The results showed that CNCs accelerated the formation of hydrogels and increased the effective crosslink density of hydrogels. Thus CNCs were not only a reinforcing agent for hydrogel, but also acted as a multifunctional cross-linker for gelation. The shear storage modulus, compression strength and elastic modulus of the nanocomposite hydrogels were significantly improved because of good dispersion of CNCs in PAM as well as enhanced interfacial interaction between these two components. Among the CNC contents used, a loading of 6.7 w/w% led to the maximum mechanical properties for nanocomposite hydrogels.  相似文献

We have investigated the structural and electronic properties of the B(17)(-) and B(18)(-) clusters using photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) and ab initio calculations. The adiabatic electron detachment energies of B(17)(-) and B(18)(-) are measured to be 4.23 ± 0.02 and 3.53 ± 0.05 eV, respectively. Calculated electron detachment energies are compared with experimental data, confirming the presence of one planar C(2v) ((1)A(1)) isomer for B(17)(-) and two nearly isoenergetic quasi-planar C(3v) ((2)A(1)) and C(s) ((2)A') isomers for B(18)(-). The stability and planarity/quasi-planarity of B(17)(-) and B(18)(-) are ascribed to σ- and π-aromaticity. Chemical bonding analyses reveal that the nature of π-bonding in B(17)(-) and B(18)(-) is similar to that in the recently elucidated B(16)(2-) and B(19)(-) clusters, respectively. The planar B(17)(-) cluster can be considered as an all-boron analogue of naphthalene, whereas the π-bonding in the quasi-planar B(18)(-) is reminiscent of that in coronene.  相似文献
