A new vacancy ordered, anion deficient perovskite modification with composition of BaCoO2.67 (Ba3Co3O81) has been prepared via a two-step heating process. Combined Rietveld analysis of neutron and X-ray powder diffraction data shows a novel ordering of oxygen vacancies not known before for barium cobaltates. A combination of neutron powder diffraction, magnetic measurements, and density functional theory (DFT) studies confirms G-type antiferromagnetic ordering. From impedance measurements, the electronic conductivity of the order of 10−4 S cm−1 is determined. Remarkably, the bifunctional catalytic activity for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is found to be comparable to that of Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3–y, confirming that charge-ordered anion deficient non-cubic perovskites can be highly efficient catalysts.  相似文献

Cytotoxicity and apoptosis-inducing properties of compounds isolated from Garcinia subelliptica leaves were investigated. The hexane-soluble portion of MeOH extracts of G. subelliptica leaves that showed cytotoxic activity was separated to yield seven compounds 1–7. Chemical structure analysis using NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry confirmed that compound 1 was canophyllol, and compounds 2–7 were garcinielliptones N, O, J, G, F, and garcinielliptin oxide, respectively. Among them, garcinielliptone G (5) showed growth inhibition by causing apoptosis in THP-1 and Jurkat cells derived from human acute monocytic leukemia and T lymphocyte cells, respectively. Apoptosis induced by garcinielliptone G (5) was demonstrated by the detection of early apoptotic cells with fluorescein-labeled Annexin V and increases in cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP protein levels. However, the addition of caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK did not affect growth arrest or apoptosis induction. These results suggest that garcinielliptone G (5) can induce both caspase-3 activation and caspase-independent apoptosis. Therefore, garcinielliptone G (5) may be a potential candidate for acute leukemia treatment.  相似文献

When a THF solution of beta-lactam having propargyl phosphate was warmed in the presence of 5 mol % of Pd(2)(dba)(3) x CHCl(3), 20 mol % of a bidentate ligand, and sodium acetate (1.5 equiv) at 40 degrees C for 22 h, carbapenam was produced in high yield. In this reaction, the lactam nitrogen attacked the central carbon of a eta(3)-propargylpalladium complex, which was formed from propargyl phosphate and Pd(0).  相似文献

Seven possible regioselectively methylated cellulose acetates (RS‐MCAs)—2,3,6‐tri‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, 3,6‐di‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, 2,6‐di‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, 2,3‐di‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, 6‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, 3‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate, and 2‐O‐methyl cellulose acetate—were prepared for the first time from chemically synthesized cellulose derivatives obtained by cationic ring‐opening polymerization and then were analyzed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The chemical shifts of ring protons and carbons were influenced by substituent groups (methyl or acetyl) and clearly reflected the pattern of substituent distribution in anhydroglucose units. These data may conveniently be used for the determination of the substituent distribution of methyl cellulose. Direct polarity inversion of conjugate acceptors provides a valuable entry to homoenolates. N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) catalyzed reactions, in which β‐unsubstituted conjugate acceptors undergo homoenolate formation and C?C bond formation twice, have been developed. Specifically, the all‐carbon (5+1) annulations give a range of mono‐ and bicyclic cyclohexanones (31 examples). In the first family of annulations, β‐unsubstituted acrylates tethered to a divinyl ketone undergo cycloisomerization, providing hexahydroindenes and tetralins. In the second, partially untethered substrates undergo an intermolecular (5+1) annulation involving dimerization followed by cycloisomerization. While enantioselectivity was not possible with the former, the latter proved viable, allowing cyclohexanones to be produced with high levels of enantiopurity (most >95:5 e.r.) and exclusive diastereoselectivity (>20:1 d.r.). Derivatizations and mechanistic studies are also reported.  相似文献

The S1 electronic state of 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) has been investigated by laser induced fluorescence (LIF), dispersed fluorescence (DF) spectroscopy, and lifetime measurements under jet-cooled conditions in the gas-phase. The LIF spectrum showed a weak origin band at 412.13 nm (24262 cm−1) with prominent progression and combination bands involving vibrations of 327, 1098, and 2430 cm−1. In addition, very strong bands appeared at ∼363.6 nm (3300 cm−1 above the origin). Both the LIF and DF spectra indicate considerable geometric change in the S1 state. The fluorescence lifetime of S1 at zero-point level was obtained to be 220 ns. This lifetime is 40 times longer than the radiative lifetime estimated from the S1−S0 oscillator strength. Furthermore, the lifetimes of the vibronic bands exhibited drastic energy dependence, indicating a strong mixing with the triplet (T1) or intramolecular charge-transfer (CT) state. This study is thought to disclose intrinsic nature of TCNQ, which has been well known as a component of organic semiconductors and a versatile p-type dopant.  相似文献

All the three possible rotamers of the title compound were separated by chromatography, and unambiguously identified by NMR and X-ray analysis. One of the isomers was optically inactive Ci conformation. The other optical active forms were resolved to give a pair of enantiomers, which were characterized by optical rotation and CD spectra. Thus the optical inactivity of a compound such as meso-tartaric acid that can take Ci conformation in solution, is now ascribed to that the molecule has an optically inactive Ci conformer and equal amounts of optically active conformers, that are enantiomers, in solution.  相似文献
