Characterization of clarithromycin polymorph was performed by solid-state cross polarization and magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Two polymorphs, form II and form I, of clarithromycins indicated characteristic resonances of C1 carbonyl carbon at 176.2 and 175.2 ppm, respectively. Since each peak of C1 carbon was well separated in the spectrum of the two polymorphs, we performed quantitative analysis of the polymorphic fraction from the peak area of these peaks. The peak area of form I was found to linearly increase with an increase of its content, with a correlation coefficient of above 0.99. Solid-state NMR was found to be a useful technique to determine the characteristics of the polymorphic forms.  相似文献

In the present paper, a study was undertaken of molecular transport in ploy(dimethylsiloxane) microchannels that were fabricated by ultraviolet (UV)-photolithography and synchrotron radiation (SR)-lithography characterized and compared for microchip capillary electrophoresis by evaluating in-channel molecular dispersion. A fluorescent tag, sulforhodamine B was used as the probing molecule. It was found that microchannels made by SR-lithography fabrication were superior to those made by UV-photolithography fabrication in terms of molecular transport performance. A deep insight into surface conditions characterized by scanning electron microscopy suggested it was related to the difference in surface roughness. Chromatographic retention in electropherograms further supported such a conclusion, which depended on the phase ratio of the channel surface. The results revealed for PDMS microchannels in this work were in good agreement with the phenomenon found for glass microchannels in the literature.  相似文献

A kinetic study was made of the formation of hydrogen and trans-vinylene unsaturation in the radiolysis of polyethylene induced by γ rays with a dose rate of 6.35 × 105 rad/hr at 30–100°C in vacuo. The rates of the formation of hydrogen and trans-vinylene unsaturation were described by the zero-order formation kinetics with respect to each concentration combined with the first-order disappearance. The apparent rate constant for the formation of hydrogen increased gradually with rising irradiation temperature to give the activation energy of 0.6 kcal/mole. On the other hand, those for the disappearance of hydrogen and the formation and disappearance of trans-vinylene unsaturation were almost independent of temperature. The G values for crosslinking and main-chain scission were obtained from the gel data by using the Charlesby-Pinner equation, and the activation energy of 1.5 kcal/mole was given for both of them. On the basis of these results the reactions induced by γ rays in solid polyethylene were discussed.  相似文献

Dendrimer-Au nanocomposites are prepared in aqueous solutions using poly(amidoammine)dendrimers (PAMAM) (generation 2, 3, and 5) and poly(propyleneimine)dendrimers (PPI)(generation 2, 3, and 4) by wet chemical NaBH(4) method. The Au nanoparticles thus obtained are 2-4 nm in diameter for both dendrimers and no generation dependence on the particle size is observed, whereas the generations of the dendrimers are increased as stabilization of Au-nanoparticles is achieved with lower dendrimer concentrations. Studies of the reduction reaction of 4-nitrophenol using these nanocomposites show that the rate constants for the PAMAM dendrimers (generations 2 and 3) are higher than those for the PPI dendrimers (generations 2 and 3), while a distinct difference in the rate constants is not seen for the PAMAM dendrimer (generation 5) or the PPI dendrimer (generation 4). In addition, the rate constants for the reduction of 4-nitrophenol involving all the dendrimers decrease with increases in dendrimer concentrations.  相似文献

A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the conjugated 1 beta- and 6 alpha-hydroxy bile acids, including common bile acids, in human urine using high-performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detection is described. After extraction of urine with C18 silica cartridges, the bile acids were separated into non-conjugated, glycine, taurine and sulphate fractions by ion-exchange chromatography on a lipophilic gel. Solvolysis of the sulphate was carried out by treatment with trifluoroethanol in acetone containing hydrochloric acid, and the liberated amino acid conjugates were fractionated again. The individual bile acids were separated on a reversed-phase C18 column (Bile Pak II), with detection by an immobilized 3 alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzyme reactor and chemiluminescence reaction of the generated NADH using 1-methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulphate-isoluminol-microperoxidase system. The assay method showed the detection limits ranging from 8 to 250 pmol for the bile acids tested. Analysis of urine samples obtained from newborns, non-pregnant women and women in late pregnancy showed a large difference in bile acid composition and conjugation mode, suggesting that bile acid metabolism is different during fetal and neonatal periods.  相似文献

A practical synthesis of 4′-thioribonucleosides starting from inexpensive l-arabinose is described. 1,4-Anhydro-2,3-O-isopropylidene-4-thioribitol, which was prepared by using a novel reductive ring-contraction reaction, was converted to the 5-O-silylated sulfoxides. The Pummerer-type thioglycosylation of the sulfoxides gave the 4′-thioribonucleosides stereoselectively.  相似文献

We prepared and characterized a grinding-induced equimolar complex of thiourea with ethenzamide. When thiourea and ethenzamide were co-ground at a molar ratio of 3 : 1, new powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) peaks were observed in addition to PXRD peaks of thiourea crystals. The optimum stoichiometry of the new structure was confirmed as 1 : 1 mol/mol. Effect of grinding time on the thiourea-ethenzamide equimolar complex formation was investigated by using PXRD, differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The equimolar crystal structure was confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurements of the single crystal which was recrystallized from ethanol. It was found that the intermolecular hydrogen bond formations between thiourea and ethenzamide molecules contributed to the equimolar complex formation. The complex formation was not observed in the cases where benzamide, salicylamide or 3-ethoxybenzamide was co-ground with thiourea. 2-Alcoxyl benzamide structures should be required for the grinding-induced equimolar complex formation with thiourea.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] We describe an efficient template-directed photoligation of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) using alpha-5-cyanovinyldeoxyuridine (alpha(C)U). An efficient photoligation was produced by photoirradiation of an ODN containing alpha(C)U at the 3' end with an ODN containing thymine at the 5' end in the presence of a template ODN. This photoligation method is a new and efficient way to synthesize branched ODNs.  相似文献

Phase relations of rutile, freudenbergite, and hollandite structures were examined in the pseudobinary system NaCrO2-TiO2 (i.e., NaxCrxTi8−xO16) at 1350 °C. The hollandite structure was obtained in the composition range 1.7?x?2.0. The symmetry of the samples at room temperature was tetragonal for x=1.7 and 1.75, and monoclinic for x=1.8 and above. Single crystals of monoclinic hollandite Na2Cr2Ti6O16 were grown and the structure refinement has been carried out using an X-ray diffraction technique. The space group was I2/m and cell parameters were a=10.2385(11), b=2.9559(9), c=9.9097(11)Å, and β=90.545(9)° with Z=1. The Na ion distribution in the tunnel was markedly deformed from that in the tetragonal form. It was suggested that Cr/Ti ratios were different between the two framework metal sites.  相似文献
