On the existence of positive solutions for a class of singular boundary value problems

In this paper, by the use of a fixed point theorem, many new necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of positive solutions in C[0,1]∩C¹[0,1]∩C²(0,1) or C[0,1]∩C²(0,1) are presented for singular superlinear and sublinear second-order boundary value problems. Singularities at t=0, t=1 will be discussed.     

Hydrogen indium vacancy complex VInH4 in n-type InP studied by positron-lifetime

Positron-lifetime experiments have been carried out on two undoped n-type liquid encapsulated Czochralski (LEC)-grown InP samples with different stoichiometric compositions in the temperature range 10-300 K. For temperatures below 120 K for P-rich InP and 100 K for In-rich InP, the positron average lifetime began to increase rapidly and then leveled off, which was associated with the charge state change of hydrogen indium vacancy complexes from (V_InH₄)⁺ to (V_InH₄)⁰. This phenomenon was more obvious in P-rich samples that have a higher concentration of V_InH₄. The transformation temperature of approximately 120 K suggests that the complex V_InH₄ is a donor defect and that the ionization energy is about 0.01 eV. The ionization of neutral V_InH₄ accounted for the decrease of the positron average lifetime when the sample was illuminated with a photon energy of 1.32 eV at 70 K. These results provide evidence for hydrogen complex defects in undoped LEC InP.     

Sr2RuO4的热电势

Sr2RuO4是第一个无CuO面的层状强关联氧化物超导体.测量了9至260K温度范围内Sr2RuO4的热电势,观测到在此温度范围内其热电势为正值.用两种载流子模型对实验数据进行了拟合,并且与Hall系数的实验结果进行了比较,发现低温下两种载流子对热电势和Hall系数的贡献比较类似,但在高温区空穴对热电势的贡献很大而相应地对Hall系数的贡献不占主要地位. 关键词： Sr2RuO4 热电势     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

核内核子－核子非弹散射截面（Ⅰ）

在与平均场、核内核子－核子弹性散射截面以及输运方程相统一的理论框架内推导了核内核子－核子非弹散射截面的解析表达式．其数值结果能很好地重现自由非弹截面的实验值，所计算的有效非弹截面与Ｄｉｒａｃ－Ｂｒｕｅｃｋｎｅｒ的计算结果相一致．     

彩色透明微晶玻璃的吸收光谱

在Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃中掺入少量晶核剂TiO2,ZrO2,P2O5，再掺入稀土离子和过渡金属离子作为着色剂，在高温下溶制得到彩色透明玻璃，对上述玻璃进行微晶化处理，用差热分析（DTA）确定其晶化温度，测定与讨论了所获彩色透明微晶玻璃在紫外波段至近红外波段的吸收光谱特性，研究结果表明，玻璃微晶化后，由于基质玻璃对光的微弱散射，引起吸收的增强，但不改变稀土离子和过渡金属离子的本征吸收峰位。     

A Mössbauer spectroscopic study of an industrial catalyst for dehydrogenation of etylbenzene to styrene

Iron oxide catalyst with spinel structure used for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene is one kind of important catalyst in petrochemical industry. In this work several series of industrial catalyst were prepared with different components and different manufacturing processes. Mössbauer Spectroscopy has been used to determine the optimal components and the better manufacturing process for spinel structure formation. The results may prove useful for producing the industrial dehydrogenation catalyst with better catalytic property.     

甲基百里(香)酚蓝新负载树脂的特 性及应用

本文以金属指示剂甲基百里(香)酚蓝作为鳌合剂制得具有相应鳌合基团的负载树脂.研究了该树脂的某些分析特性及其在富集天然水中微量铜、钻、镍、锌中的应用.     

Difference in micellar properties of sodium dodecyl sulfonate from sodium 4-decyl naphthalene sulfonate in D2O solution studied by 1H NMR relaxation and 2D NOESY

¹H chemical shift changes of sodium 4-decyl naphthalene sulfonate (SDNS) at 313 K show that its critical micellar concentration lies between 0.82 and 0.92 mmol/dm³, which is in the same range as that of the previous study at 298 K. The spin–lattice relaxation time, spin–spin relaxation time and two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy experiments give information about the structure of the SDNS micelle and the dynamics of the molecules in the micelle. The size of the SDNS micelle remains almost unchanged in the temperature range from 298 to 313 K as deduced by analyzing the self-diffusion coefficient. Special arrangement of the naphthyl rings of SDNS in the micelles affects the packing of these hydrophobic chains. The methylene groups of the alkyl chain nearest the naphthalene groups penetrate into the aromatic region, which results in a more tightly packed hydrophobic micellar core than that of sodium dodecyl sulfonate.     

Formation of 2,6-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]-octa-3,7-dienes or multiply substituted o-benzoquinones from reactions of 1,4-dilithio-1,3-dienes with dimethyl oxalate

Reactions of 1,4-dilithio-1,3-dienes with dimethyl oxalates afforded multiply substituted o-benzoquinones or stereodefined 2,6-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]-octa-3,7-dienes in good yields.
