We have developed a single step microfabrication method to prepare constriction microstructures on a PCB master by controlling the etching time of two microchannels separated by a finite distance that is easily attainable using imagesetters widely available in the printing industry. PDMS replica of the constriction structures present sieving microstructures (microsieves) that could be used for size-dependent trapping of microspheres, biological cells and the formation of water-in-oil droplets.  相似文献

A thermo-electro-mechanical contact analysis has been performed for a finite piezoelectric strip, which is subjected to the joint actions of a rigid, flat punch and a transient convective heat supply. The Laplace transform and Fourier sine and cosine transforms were applied in solving the governing equations. A detailed analysis of the characteristic roots of the corresponding characteristic equation was made. Real fundamental solutions were derived, which can readily lead to real solutions to the thermo-electro-mechanical quantities. A Cauchy-type singular integral equation was obtained for the stated problem and then solved numerically. Closed form solutions of a special case were obtained. To obtain the accurate solution in the time domain, an effective numerical inversion algorithm of the Laplace transform was applied. Detailed analyses were performed to reveal the variation law of temperature, contact stress beneath the punch, stress intensity factor at the punch edge and strain with time. Parametric studies were performed to discover the effects of the layer thickness on the distribution of temperature, contact stress beneath the punch and stress intensity factor at the punch edge.  相似文献

In this article, we study the second-order optimality conditions for a class of circular conic optimization problem. First, the explicit expressions of the tangent cone and the second-order tangent set for a given circular cone are derived. Then, we establish the closed-form formulation of critical cone and calculate the “sigma” term of the aforementioned optimization problem. At last, in light of tools of variational analysis, we present the associated no gap second-order optimality conditions. Compared to analogous results in the literature, our approach is intuitive and straightforward, which can be manipulated and verified. An example is illustrated to this end.  相似文献

基于Timoshenko梁理论研究多孔功能梯度材料梁(FGMs)的自由振动问题.首先,考虑多孔功能梯度材料梁的孔隙率模型,建立了两种类型的孔隙分布.其次,基于Timoshenko梁变形理论,给出位移场方程、几何方程和本构方程,利用Hamilton原理推导多孔功能梯度材料梁的自由振动控制微分方程,并进行无量纲化,然后应用微分变换法(DTM)对无量纲控制微分方程及其边界条件进行变换,得到含有固有频率的等价代数特征方程.最后,计算了固定-固定(C-C)、固定-简支(C-S)和简支-简支(S-S)三种不同边界下多孔功能梯度材料梁自由振动的无量纲固有频率.将其退化为均匀材料与已有文献数据结果对照,验证了正确性.讨论了孔隙率、细长比和梯度指数对多孔功能梯度材料梁无量纲固有频率的影响.  相似文献

A new fast algorithm based on the augmented immersed interface method and a fast Poisson solver is proposed to solve three dimensional elliptic interface problems with a piecewise constant but discontinuous coefficient. In the new approach, an augmented variable along the interface, often the jump in the normal derivative along the interface is introduced so that a fast Poisson solver can be utilized. Thus, the solution of the Poisson equation depends on the augmented variable which should be chosen such that the original flux jump condition is satisfied. The discretization of the flux jump condition is done by a weighted least squares interpolation using the solution at the grid points, the jump conditions, and the governing PDEs in a neighborhood of control points on the interface. The interpolation scheme is the key to the success of the augmented IIM particularly. In this paper, the key new idea is to select interpolation points along the normal direction in line with the flux jump condition. Numerical experiments show that the method maintains second order accuracy of the solution and can reduce the CPU time by 20-50%. The number of the GMRES iterations is independent of the mesh size.  相似文献

为研究同时考虑零售商竞争与第三方回收闭环供应链的定价决策及协调问题, 分别建立了集中与分散决策模式下的闭环供应链优化模型, 并提出了基于改进K-S法的协调机制。研究表明:在分散式闭环供应链决策下, 较之两零售商与第三方, 制造商总是可以获得最大的利润。两零售商在产品价格上竞争程度的增强不仅可以有效提高产品销量, 同时对废旧产品的回收也起到了很好地促进作用。闭环供应链成员企业间的合作策略能有效消除系统的“双重边际”效应, 且较之零售商及第三方回收商, 制造商的合作动力更强。  相似文献

国内呼叫企业在保证每个坐席人员周内当值相同班次情况下,通过灵活安排周内当班日期与班次来制定排班方案。针对该实际排班场景,构建问题整数规划模型。通过对问题数据特征及优化性质分析,以及对班次人力有效满足区段电话服务需求的量化指标表征,分别提出两个构造性启发式算法。使用企业实例数据对模型算法进行计算实验。实验结果显示,整数规划模型适合于求解小规模排班问题最优解,而启发式算法能够以小计算成本获得大规模排班问题优化解。最后讨论保证员工上班规律性的同班次用工制度对企业人力成本控制的影响。  相似文献
