Synthesis of 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives

Six new 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives were synthesized from avermectin Bla by the selective protection of C-5-hydroxy group,oxidation of C-4″-hydroxy group,and deprotection followed by reaction with O-substituted hydroxylamine hydrochlorides.Their structures were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS.Insecticidal activities of the derivatives against Phopalosiphum pseudobrassicae,Spodoptera exigua and Pluteua xylosteua were evaluated.     

Silver Nanowires as Templates for Preparation of Amorphous Carbon Nanotubes

In this report, we describe a novel method for preparing amorphous carbon nanotubes (ACNT) from silver nanowires using a carbon replica technique. ACNT size and shape are determined by the template silver nanowire. Interspaces between carbon grains present in the ACNT wall cause the wall to act as a permeable membrane through which reactants pass freely. Simple chemical modifications can be used to modify the diameter of the silver filaments within. We anticipate that this method will prove useful in preparing a wide variety of nanometer-sized filaments, perhaps with the replica itself able to serve as a template in casting nanomaterials of assorted shapes. 低温和低压下水热合成Na4Zr2(SiO4)3

以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O,Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O和NaOH为原料,在250℃约100bar的条件下,水热晶化合成出Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3,并生长相应的单晶。讨论了水热反应及其条件.产物借助于XRD,Raman,~(29)Si MAS NMR以及阻抗谱技术进行了研究.结果表明产物具有与其他方法制备的Na_4Zr_2(SiO_4)_3相同的性质.

New bioactive triterpenoid from Oldenlandia cantonensis How

A new pentacyclic triterpenoid, urs-12-en-29α-oic acid-3β-ol (1), was obtained from the ethanol extract of Chinese herb Oldenlandia cantonensis How. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopy methods, including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) (1D and 2D), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and mass spectrometry (MS). 1 exhibited significant inhibitory activity against the human DNA topoisomerase I (hTopo I), the cancer cell lines BEL-7402 and MCG-803, with the IC₅₀ values 12.0, 6.5, and 8.0 μg/mL, respectively. The volatile oil, the fraction of petroleum ether: EtOAc = 20:1 (V/V) on Si gel chromatography, was also quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). As a result, 60 compounds were identified. Among them, the long chain aliphatics, terpenes and steroids, as the representative structure type, were found with percentages of 36.16%, 6.42% and 9.28%, respectively. 磷钼钒杂多酸在苯直接羟化反应中的催化作用——O2活化机理的探讨

磷钼钒杂多酸在有供电子体存在下具有活化氧和使苯直接羟化的催化性能。以抗坏血酸和亚硫酸钠为还原剂的实验表明不同的还原体系吸氧动力学和羟化活性不同。根据氧化还原滴定、循环伏安法、电解还原羟化反应以及光谱实验等测定结果, 对这两个不同体系提出了各自可能的氧的活化机理。认为在以抗坏血酸为还原剂的情况下, 杂多酸阴离子通过三电子传递过程直接络合氧, 氧与阴离子形成中间络合物为控制步骤。在以亚硫酸钠为还原剂的情况下, 供电子体可能先与阴离子络合活化, 直接参与氧的活化过程, 供电子体与阴离子的还原络合为控制步骤。     

介绍一个绿色物理化学实验——凝固点降低法测定葡萄糖的摩尔质量

以葡萄糖-水为体系对传统的凝固点降低法测定摩尔质量实验进行了改进,以低温小钢珠代替晶种,建立了一种控制过冷深度的有效方法;利用干燥的方法解决了葡萄糖样品中结晶水不确定的问题。     

Supercritical fluid extraction of flumetralin in tobacco

Summary This work evaluates the level of Flumetralin residues in real tobacco samples. Conventional extraction methods were compared with SFE methods in both static and dynamic modes using CO₂ and CO₂ with modifier. Additionally, in the dynamic SFE mode, different collection approaches, such as collection at room temperature without solvent, collection at room temperature in the presence of solvent (hexane) and collection in an ice bath, without solvent, were studied. SFE showed itself to be a promising extraction technique for pesticide residues in tobacco samples.     

Novel Chiral Aminophosphine Ligand:Synthesis and Application in Saymmetric Catalytic Hydrogenation Reaction

A new chiral aminophosphine ligand 6,6′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphinoamino)biphenyl(DMBDPPABP) was prepared and its rhodium complex was found to be an effective catalyst for the asymmetric hydrogenation of amidoacrylic acid and its dervatives.The effects of solvent and reaction temperature on enantioselectivity were also studied.     

Two New C—21 Steroidal Glycosides from Cynanchum aurichulatum

Two new C-21 steroidal glycosides, cynanauriculoside I and cynanauriculoside Ⅱ, were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum aurichulatum. Their structures were established using spectroscopic methods including one and two-dimensional NMR.
