有机锆交联剂的制备及其性能

随着油田深部调剖应用的不断推广，以及环保要求的提高，适用于深部调剖调驱体系的低污染有机锆交联剂逐渐受到关注。以ZrOCl₂·8H₂O、乳酸、乙二胺、硫脲为原料，制备了有机锆交联剂和HPAM-锆交联凝胶，其结构和性能经SEM和岩心驱替装置表征。并利用正交实验法优化了制备条件。结果表明：制备有机锆交联剂的最佳条件为：氧氯化锆、乳酸、乙二胺及硫脲的质量比为7.8/1/6.7/5，反应温度为70 ℃，反应时间为3 h。交联温度为60 ℃，HPAM浓度为2 g·L^-1、聚锆比为30/1时，聚合物凝胶成胶强度达到24968 mPa·s，成胶时间约8 h，凝胶体系可维持90 d不破胶。在级差为3.9的双管驱替岩心实验中，两管的岩心分流率均接近50%，剖面改善率达到66.77%。     

STM study on quinacridone derivative assemblies: modulation of the two-dimensional structure by coadsorption with dicarboxylic acids

We describe the two-dimensional (2D) assemblies of N,N'-dialkyl-substituted quinacridone derivatives on highly orientated pyrolytic graphite observed by scanning tunneling microscopy, and focus our discussion on whether the supramolecular organization can be modulated by the coadsorption of dicarboxylic acids. Our experiments have demonstrated that the quinacridone derivatives can form different 2D nanostructures when coadsorbed with dicarboxylic acids of different length at the liquid/graphite interface. Interestingly, N,N'-dihexadecyl-substituted quinacridone derivative alternately takes two different conformations in two columns for its coadsorption with pentadecanedioic acid and form a gridlike structure. It is shown that a cooperative effect of different interactions can be modulated by introducing guest molecule, leading to formation of different self-assembled nanostructures.     

“双一流”背景下高等农业院校有机化学基础课程教学新模式的构建及实践

The crop science of Sichuan Agricultural University is an authorized first-class discipline. As the strategic supporting department for innovative talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry major, we are facing a long-term challenge in reforming the teaching mode for basic course-organic chemistry and cultivating talented students with solid basic knowledge and strong sense of innovation. Herein a thorough survey was performing to establish the executable teaching programs for this course during the "Double-First Class Universities Plan" period. A multidimensional teaching resource library for organic chemistry course was also constructed. The new classroom teaching mode "Interest cultivation-Creative thought development-Autonomous and Cooperative learning", along with a stepwise practice teaching mode "Foundation skills-Integrated application-Innovative trial" was proposed and practiced among thirty-five majors including agriculture, forestry and veterinary, to improve the quality for innovative talent cultivation and support our first-class discipline construction. This research could probably serve as a reference for congeneric agricultural university.     

Synthesis and structural identification of a highly ordered mesoporous organosilica with large cagelike pores

Using 1,2-bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane as organosiloxane precursor and a triblock copolymer surfactant, Pluronic F127, as template, a highly ordered mesoporous organosilica with large cagelike pores has been successfully synthesized. Its structure was resolved to be 3-D cubic Fmm by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The intergrowth of hexagonal close-packed and cubic close-packed phases was observed in this material. The effect of different siliceous precursors on the mesostructure was also investigated.     

超导体Y-Ba-Cu-O复合氧化物催化苯酚羟化反应的研究

利用HZOZ和苹酚联产对苯二醋和邻苯二酚是目前二酚生产领域中比较活跃的课题．长久以来，人们曾利用酸、金属盐、金属配合物等作为催化剂，在均相体系中来研究其对苯酸羟化反应的催化活性．由平均相反应存在着明显的缺点，后来又转向了多相催化剂的开发，先后出现了TSull］TS42     

Determination of Procymidone, Pentachloroaniline and Methyl-pentachloro-phenylsulfide Residues in Wine by MSPD-GC-ECD

A rapid method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) was developed for the determination of procymidone, pentachloroaniline and methyl-pentachloro-phenylsulfide in wine. After the optimisation of different parameters such as the type of adsorbent, the extraction solvent, and the extraction assistance by sonication. The analysis of samples was accomplished using gas chromatography with electron-capture detector (GC-ECD). Spiked blank samples were used as standards to counteract the matrix effect observed in the chromatographic determination. The recovery of the method was in the range 82.4–93.7% and a good linear relationship (R ² ≥ 0.9992) with relative standard deviations lower than 8%. The limits of detection (LOD) ranged from 0.1 to 0.4 μg L^?1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of these compounds in commercial wine samples.     

Ion-ion reactions for charge reduction of biopolymer at atmospheric pressure ambient

Extractive electrospray ionization source(EESI)was adapted for ion-ion reaction,which was demonstrated by using a linear quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometer for the first ion-ion reaction of biopolymers in the atmospheric pressure ambient.     

浊点萃取在生物大分子分离及分析中的应用

浊点萃取是一种新兴的环保型液2液萃取方法。本文介绍了表面活性剂胶束溶液的形成过程和浊点现象, 总结了浊点萃取法的操作方法, 并且详细讨论了它在生物大分子分离纯化及生物分析中的应用。最后探讨了该技术的发展前景。     

Theoretical Studies on the Abstraction Reaction of Atomic O（^3p） with Si2H6

The hydrogen abstraction reaction of O(^3P) with Si2H6 has been studied theoretially. Two transition states of ^3A″ and ^3A′ symmetries have been located for this abstraction reaction. Geometries have been optimized at the UMP2 leve with 6-311G (d) basis set. G3MP2 has been used for the final single-point energy calculation. The rate constants have been calculated over a wide temperature range of 200-3000K using canonical variational transition-state sheory (CVT) with small curvature tunneling effect(SCT). The calculated CVT/SCT rate constants match well with the experimental value.     

Novel Sesquiterpenes from the Fungus Lactarius piperatus

Four novel sesquiterpenes, namely 7α,8β,13‐trihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 2 ), isoplorantinone ( 5 ), 4,8,14‐trihydroxyilludala‐2,6,8‐triene ( 6 ), and 8‐hydroxy‐8,9‐secolactara‐1,6‐dien‐5,13‐olide ( 10 ), together with six known ones, 7α,8β‐dihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 1) , 7α,8α‐dihydroxy‐5,13‐marasmanolide ( 3 ), isolactarorufin ( 4 ), blennin A ( 7 ), blennin D ( 8 ), and lactarorufin ( 9 ), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of Lactarius piperatus. The structures of these sesquiterpenes, representing diversified structural types, were determined mainly by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques. The structure of 6 was further confirmed by a single‐crystal X‐ray‐diffraction determination.
