解线性约束凸规划的次最优化方法和改进

1.引 言 关于线性约束下的非线性规划,很多人进行了研究,Zangwill[3] 于1967年提出了次最优化方法,该方法的原理是将原规划问题化为一系列只含有等式约束的子问题求解,最后找到最优解所在的流形,在此流形上使用无约束规划的各种方法求解原问题即可.薛声家[2]1983     

The 23 K superconducting phase YPd2B2C

We have carried out a systematic structural, electric, and magnetic study on Y---Pd---B---C samples with different compositions with emphasis on the as-cast and annealed YPd₅B₃C_0.3 which was first reported to superconduct at 23 K by Cava et al. We found that the tetragonal body-centered YPd₂B₂C with lattice parameters a=3.71 Å and c=10.81 Å is the phase responsible for the 23 K superconductivity and that YPd₂B₂C is metastable, which is consistent with the suggestion made by Cava et al. [1]: it is not stable at high temperatures nor stabilizable by Ni doping, although its isostructural compound, YNi₂B₂C, exists. Two new phases with Y:Pd ratios of 1:7 and 2:3, respectively, have also bee detected.     

Structure of Degenerate Block Algebras

Given a non-trivial torsion-free abelian group (A,+,Q), a field F of characteristic 0, and a non-degenerate bi-additive skew-symmetric map : A A F, we define a Lie algebra = (A, ) over F with basis {e_x | x A/{0}} and Lie product [e_x,e_y] = (x,y)e_x+y. We show that is endowed uniquely with a non-degenerate symmetric invariant bilinear form and the derivation algebra Der of is a complete Lie algebra. We describe the double extension D( , T) of by T, where T is spanned by the locally finite derivations of , and determine the second cohomology group H²(D( , T),F) using anti-derivations related to the form on D( , T). 自由电子激光的医学应用

自由电子激光这种新型光源非常适合于医学应用。通过对医用自由电子激光器的简要介绍,探讨了自由电子激光与人体组织的相互作用及其在医学上的应用前景。     

La掺杂浓度对PLZT薄膜红外光学性质的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了不同La掺杂浓度PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜- x射线衍射分析表明制备的PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜是具有单一钙钛矿结构的多晶薄膜- 通过红外椭圆偏振光谱仪测量了波长为2-5—12-6μm范围内PLZT薄膜的椭偏光谱，采用经典色 散模型拟合获得PLZT薄膜的红外光学常数，同时也拟合获得PLZT薄膜的厚度- 随着La掺杂浓 度的增大，折射率逐渐减小- 而消光系数除PLZT(4/40/60)薄膜外，呈现逐渐增大的趋势- 分析表明这些差异主要与PLZ 关键词： PLZT薄膜 红外光学性质 红外椭圆偏振光谱

不同退火温度下氧化锌薄膜可见发光与n型导电研究

采用脉冲激光沉积法在蓝宝石衬底上制备出可见光发光良好的氧化锌薄膜, 在不同的温度下进行了后退火处理. 随着退火温度的升高, 薄膜的可见光发光发生了显著改变, 载流子浓度、迁移率、电阻率也呈现出一定的变化规律. 结合 X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、光致发光谱及霍尔测量, 探讨了本征氧化锌薄膜可见光发光的发射机理, 并分析了其 n型导电的原因. 关键词： 氧化锌薄膜 可见光发光 n型导电     

Harmonically pump a femtosecond optical parametric oscillator to 1.13 GHz by a femtosecond 515 nm laser

We demonstrate a harmonically pumped femtosecond optical parametric oscillator(OPO)laser using a frequency-doubled mode-locked Yb:KGW laser at a repetition rate of 75.5 MHz as the pump laser.Based on a bismuth borate nonlinear crystal,repetition rates up to 1.13 GHz are realized,which is 15 times that of the pump laser.The signal wavelength is tunable from 700 nm to 887 nm.The maximum power of the signal is 207 m W at the central wavelength of 750 nm and the shortest pulse duration is 117 fs at 780 nm.The beam quality(M^2 factor)in the horizontal and vertical directions of the output beam are 1.077 and 1.141,respectively.     

考虑地表反射类型的气溶胶散射偏振特性

采用逐次阶散射法求解矢量辐射传输方程来研究气溶胶在不同地表反射模型下的散射偏振特性.首先,选取单一地表反射模型和耦合地表反射模型两种地表反射模型.然后,根据地表反射模型计算得到相应的地表反射率,进而采用逐次阶散射法对矢量辐射传输方程进行求解,得到散射光的Stokes矢量.最后,由Stokes矢量计算得出散射光的偏振度.仿真结果表明,两种地表反射模型下气溶胶单次散射的散射辐射强度和线偏振度均相等;耦合地表反射模型的总散射辐射强度和线偏振度总是大于单一地表反射模型;单一地表反射模型的气溶胶单次散射相对总散射的贡献总是大于耦合地表反射模型.研究结果对气溶胶光学特性的反演具有一定意义.
