The electrochemistry of dopamine (DA) was studied by cyclic voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode modified by a gel containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and room-temperature ionic liquid of 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (OMIMPF6). The thickness of gel on the surface of the electrode has to be controlled carefully because the charging currents increase with the modified layer being thicker. The anodic peaks of DA, ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) in their mixture can be well separated since the peak potential of AA is shifted to more negative values, while that of UA is shifted to more positive values due to the modified electrode. At pH 7.08 the three peaks are separated ca. 0.20 and 0.15 V, respectively; hence DA can be determined in the presence of UA and more than 100 times excess of AA. Under optimum conditions linear calibration graphs were obtained over the DA concentration range 1.0 × 10−6 to 1.0 × 10−4 M. The detection limit of the current technique was found to be 1.0 × 10−7 M based on the signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The modified electrode has been successfully applied for the assay of DA in human blood serum. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selectively detect dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid.  相似文献

This work focuses on oxidatively induced regioselective intramolecular C−C bond formations based on the RhIII complexes synthesized from dirhodium(II) trifluoroacetate with 2-arylpyridines. With the selection of electron-donating groups on the arene rings of 2-arylpyridines, the unusual meta-ortho C−C bond-forming was favored, which led to the formation of meta-substituted 2-arylpyridine homocoupling dimers. On the contrary, the electron-withdrawing groups have tendency to occur conventional ortho-ortho bond-forming, resulting in the formation of new RhIII complexes possessing the intriguing RhIII(TFA)3 fragment. Preliminary mechanistic experiments suggest that the sequential oxidation of RhIII occurred in the reaction.  相似文献

A novel family of thiophene-decorated phthalocyanines (M-TPcs) was efficiently synthesized, during which the key intermediate of these compounds was purified through a chemical approach. In the optimized geometries of M-TPcs, the peripherally linked thiophene rings are tilted from the Pc core, which oppose aggregation considering the mutual steric hindrance. However, Zn-TPc formed J-aggregates in many solvents while Ni-TPc and Cu-TPc did not. Octaphenyl-substituted zinc Pc (Zn-PPc) showed similar J-aggregation behavior as Zn-TPc. This unusual J-aggregation was attributed to the conformational planarization of the corresponding molecules.  相似文献

A biodegradable composite polymer membrane is fabricated by synthesizing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the matrix of lignin, and then the corresponding gel polymer electrolyte (LP-GPE) is further prepared by absorbing the liquid electrolyte. The morphology, mechanical property, and thermal stability of the composite lignin-PVP membrane and the electrochemical properties of LP-GPE are investigated. The results of the investigation present that the mechanical property of the membrane is remarkable improved (670%) and the composite membrane exhibits a better thermal security. For electrochemical properties, a high ionic conductivity of 2.52 × 10?3 S cm?1 at room temperature, excellent lithium-ion transference number of 0.56, and outstanding electrochemical stability of LP-GPE are confirmed. Moreover, the C-rate performance and capacity retention based on Li/LP-GPE/LiFePO4 cell are superior to that of the commercial Celgard 2730 cell. Consequently, all these results demonstrate that LP-GPE can be applied as a novel electrolyte for lithium ion battery with high-performance, low-cost, and environment-friendly properties.

Nickel-base alloys have been selected as a potential metallic material for reactor internals in Generation IV reactors. In order to evaluate their helium embrittlement resistance, microstrain changes and evolution of vacancy-type defects after Helium irradiation and postimplantation annealing have been studied by grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) and slow positron doppler broadening spectroscopy (PDB). GIXRD results show that the increase in microstrain after helium irradiation is more pronounced at high doses. The observed S parameters of PDB increase with the irradiation doses, which indicates a significant number of vacancy-type defects, possibly helium-vacancy clusters. For postimplantation annealing specimens, the microstrain characterized by GIXRD has recovered. The surprise is the S parameters that significantly increase, revealing that helium atoms trapped at unstable helium-vacancy clusters desorb during annealing, contributing to the growth of helium bubbles. These findings of microstrain mechanisms and vacancy-type defects behaviors give us new insights into the helium irradiation evaluation.  相似文献

Colloidal bimetallic nanoparticles of Pt-Ru have been synthesized by sonochemical reduction of Pt(II) and Ru(III) in aqueous solutions. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images indicate that sequential reduction of the Pt(II) followed by the Ru(III) produces particles with a core shell (Pt@Ru) morphology. In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS, as a stabilizer, the particles have diameters between 5 and 10 nm. When polyvinyl-2-pyrrolidone, PVP, is used as the stabilizer, the rate of reduction is much faster, giving ultrasmall bimetallic particles of approximately 5 nm diameter.  相似文献

Local polynomial smoothing for the trend function and its derivatives in nonparametric regression with long-memory, short-memory and antipersistent errors is considered. We show that in the case of antipersistence, the convergence rate of a nonparametric regression estimator is faster than for uncorrelated or short-range dependent errors. Moreover, it is shown that unified asymptotic formulas for the optimal bandwidth and the MSE hold for all of the three dependence structures. Also, results on estimation at the boundary are included. A bandwidth selector for nonparametric regression with different types of dependent errors is proposed. Its asymptotic property is investigated. The practical performance of the proposal is illustrated by simulated and real data examples.  相似文献
