We investigate propagation behavior of electromagnetic waves in a slab uniaxial metamaterial waveguide with metal cladding and discuss the dispersion relation, group velocity and energy flux distribution of transverse electric guided modes in two kinds of uniaxial metamaterial waveguides with different orientations of optical axis in detail. The numerical results show that there exist anomalous dispersion properties such as backward modes existing in low-frequency range, and the group velocity can be negative or approach zero. If the orientation of optical axis is selected properly, each guided mode has two dispersion curves—one is normal dispersion and another belongs to anomalous dispersion and shows a transition from a backward mode to a forward one with the angular frequency increasing. In addition, the condition of the existence of cutoff frequency is clarified. These properties may have potential applications in optical information storage, optical communication, integrated optics and nanophotonic devices. 相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and reliable method based on a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) has been successfully developed for determination of dopamine (DA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The acid-treated MWNTs with carboxylic acid functional groups could promote the electron-transfer reaction of DA and inhibit the voltammetric response of AA. Due to the good performance of the ionic liquid, the electrochemical response of DA on the MWNTs/CILE was better than that of other MWNTs modified electrodes. Under the optimum conditions a linear calibration plot was obtained in the range 5.0×10(-8) to 2.0×10(-4) mol L(-1) and the detection limit was 1.0×10(-8) mol L(-1). 相似文献

MtmOIV and MtmW catalyze the final two reactions in the mithramycin (MTM) biosynthetic pathway, the Baeyer–Villiger opening of the fourth ring of premithramycin B (PMB), creating the C3 pentyl side chain, strictly followed by reduction of the distal keto group on the new side chain. Unexpectedly this results in a C2 stereoisomer of mithramycin, iso‐mithramycin (iso‐MTM). Iso‐MTM undergoes a non‐enzymatic isomerization to MTM catalyzed by Mg2+ ions. Crystal structures of MtmW and its complexes with co‐substrate NADPH and PEG, suggest a catalytic mechanism of MtmW. The structures also show that a tetrameric assembly of this enzyme strikingly resembles the ring‐shaped β subunit of a vertebrate ion channel. We show that MtmW and MtmOIV form a complex in the presence of PMB and NADPH, presumably to hand over the unstable MtmOIV product to MtmW, yielding iso‐MTM, as a potential self‐resistance mechanism against MTM toxicity. 相似文献

1,N 6-ethenoadenine (εA) has been studied more extensively due to highly fluorescent and mutagenic nature. We report the model calculations for the base-pairing specificity of mutagenic 1,N 6-ethenoadenine adduct. To shed insight into mutagenic process of DNA damage based on geometrical characteristics, electronic properties, B3LYP, M06, B97D, and wB97XD methods have been employed for these model calculations. Single point energy calculation at MP2/6-311++G** levels on corresponding B3LYP, M06, B97D, wB97XD-optimized geometries have also been carried out to better estimate the hydrogen-bonding strengths. The polarisable conductor calculation model (CPCM-UAKS) that accounts for the overall polarizability of the solvent has also been employed. The computed reaction enthalpy values concluded that both guanine and thymine are most favorable candidates to be misincorporated to 1,N 6-ethenoadenine adduct, which also in good agreement to experimental report (Leonard, Biochemistry 33: 4755–4761, 79). 相似文献

Three compounds ASb2(SO4)2(PO4) (A = H3O+, K, Rb) were obtained from the reactions of Sb2O3, A2CO3 (A = Li, Rb) or K2SO4 and NH4H2PO4 in H2SO4 (98 %) at 220–250 °C. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ (no.2) and are isostructural. The crystal structures consist of two‐dimensional 2∞[Sb2(SO4)2(PO4)]– anionic layers and alkali cations, which are located between anionic layers. The anionic layers are composed of [SbO4] ψ‐trigonal bipyramids, [SbO5] ψ octahedra, [SO4] tetrahedra, and [PO4] tetrahedra. All compounds are characterized by solid state UV/Vis/NIR diffuse reflectance spectra, FT‐IR spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. 相似文献

研究了Mg-9Al-1Si-xY合金的高温蠕变性能及其微观组织与力学性能的关系。该合金中的主要强化相Mg2Si呈粗大的汉字状,分布在晶界的周围,在受到应力时,这种汉字状相与基体的界面处易产生微裂纹,降低合金的抗拉强度、塑性等力学性能。在Mg-9Al-1Si合金中加入微量的Y以后,合金的组织得到明显的细化,Mg2Si强化相形貌由粗大的汉字状转变为细小、弥散分布的颗粒状。显微组织的改善,使得Mg-9Al-1Si合金的室温和高温力学性能均有一定的提高,并明显改善了Mg-9Al-1Si的抗蠕变性能。 相似文献
