New Sesquiterpenoids from Lycianthes marlipoensis

Two new sesquiterpenoids and one derivative, lycifuranone A (= (4R)‐4,5‐dihydro‐4‐(3‐hydroxy‐2,6‐dimethylbenzyl)‐5,5‐dimethylfuran‐2(3H)‐one; 1 ), lycifuranone B (= 4,5‐dihydroxy‐3‐methyl‐2‐{[(3R)‐tetrahydro‐2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐oxofuran‐3‐yl]methyl} benzaldehyde; 2 ), and lycifuranone C (= (4R)‐4‐(3,4‐dihydroxy‐6‐{(2S,4R,6S)‐4‐[2‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)ethyl]‐6‐pentyl[1,3]dioxan‐2‐yl}‐2‐methylbenzyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐5,5‐dimethylfuran‐2(3H)‐one; 3 ), respectively, have been isolated from the roots of Lycianthes marlipoensis, and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.     

脉冲高电压幅值测量的不确定度分析

 在脉冲高电压幅值测量的不确定度评定中,从测量和标定溯源的角度出发将不确定度来源分为示波器测量不确定度和探头不确定度。以初级实验平台单路样机三板线入口电压的测量为例,按照探头不确定度的来源分别分析了三板线电压测量随机效应产生的不确定度,D-dot探头和电阻分压器标定时的系统效应和随机效应产生的不确定度,示波器和衰减器的校准不确定度,示波器的分辨力不确定度。同时进行了测试和标定系统的频率响应分析,以证明被测信号在测试系统的频率响应范围之内。以相关实验数据为基础计算了各个不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度。按工程测量要求取包含因子为2,可得三板线入口电压测量值为1.89 MV,扩展不确定度为3.9％。     

Tunable LCST-type phase behavior of [FeCl4]--based ionic liquids in water

In this work, 16 kinds of [FeCl₄]^--based magnetic ionic liquids (ILs) with different cation structures have been designed and synthesized, and their structures are characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopy. Then the lower critical solution temperature (LCST)-type phase behavior of these magnetic ILs in water is investigated as a function of concentration. It is shown that cation structure, alkyl chain length and molar ratio of FeCl₃/chloride IL have a significant influence on the LCST of the mixtures. The phase separation temperature can be tuned efficiently by these factors. Meanwhile, the LCST-type phase separation process is also investigated by dynamic light scattering. The results support the mechanism that the hydrogen bonds of the [FeCl₄]^- anion with water have been gradually disrupted to form ILs aggregates with increasing temperature. In addition, the stability of the ILs in water is also examined in some details. These LCST-type phase separation systems may have potential applications in extraction and separation techniques at room temperature.

Numerical and experimental study on parameters distribution inside a two-phase ejector

The two-phase flow process in an ejector was numerically and experimentally studied using R141b as a working fluid. A modified one-dimensional gas–liquid ejector model was proposed to remedy the defect in the traditional one. Gas–liquid boundary layer regions were discussed and used to close the model. Mac Cormack method is used to discrete controlling equations of gas–liquid two-phase flow in the ejector. The radial distribution of velocity and temperature, the variation of void fraction, the axial velocity variation and the influence of primary steam pressure on the mixing process were predicted with the numerical model. An experimental rig was set up to validate the model by comparing the experimental pressure distribution in the ejector with the calculating one.     

Novel stereoselective synthesis of 7beta-methyl-substituted 5-androstene derivatives

The 7beta-methyl-5-androstene derivatives 11a-c were prepared in good yield with high stereoselectivities starting from 3beta-acetoxyandrost-5-en-17-one 4. The addition of methylmagnesium iodide to the 7-carbonyl group of 7a-c gave, after hydrolysis, two isomers 9a-c and 10a-c, which were stereoselectively deoxygenated by means of an ionic hydrogenation to afford the compounds 11a-c.
