This study experimentally investigated the thermal performance of a two-phase closed-loop thermosyphon with a thermal resistance model for electronic cooling. The evaporator, rising tube, condenser, and falling tube, which are the four main devices, formed a closed-loop system with water as the working fluid. The experimental parameters were the evaporator surface type, fill ratio of working fluid, and input heating power. The results indicated that the evaporator and condenser thermal resistance decrease with increasing input heating power. The condenser thermal resistance clearly increased with increasing fill ratio. A groove-type evaporator surface with 0.2 mm height and 1 mm width had the best performance, decreasing the evaporator thermal resistance about 15.5% compared to a smooth surface. Correlations for evaporator and condenser thermal resistance were also developed, and their precisions, when compared with the experimental data, were about 9.6 and 11.6%, respectively. Because of the intermittent boiling mechanism at 47% fill ratio with input heating power from 60 to 80 W, the temperature showed obvious oscillations with the smooth evaporator surface.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this paper, synthesis of titanium silicon carbide (Ti3SiC2) under high pressure and high-temperature condition has been investigated by using the reactant systems Ti/Si/C, Ti/SiC/TiC, Ti/SiC/C and Ti/TiC/Si. Results reveal that Ti/TiC/Si is unsuited to the synthesis of Ti3SiC2 under a high pressure of 2.0?GPa, while an elemental mixture of Ti/Si/C is applicable. By the addition of Al, Ti3SiC2 with 95.8?wt% purity was obtained from elemental mixture with a large excess of silicon. The optimum experimental parameters were determined as Ti/Si/Al/C having the molar ratio of 3:1.5:0.5:1.9, holding at 2.0?GPa and 1300?°C for 60?min.  相似文献

Abstract

This review article describes some existing microplasma sources and their applications in analytical chemistry. These microplasmas mainly include direct current glow discharge (DC), microhollow-cathode discharge (MHCD) or microstructure electrode (MSE), dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), capacitively coupled microplasmas (CCμPs), miniature inductively coupled plasmas (mICPs), and microwave-induced plasmas (MIPs). The historical development and recent advances in these microplasma techniques are presented. Fundamental properties of the microplasmas, the unique features of the reduced size and volume, as well as the advantageous device structures for chemical analysis are discussed in detail, with the emphasis toward detection of gaseous samples. The analytical figures of merit obtained using these microplasmas as molecular/elemental-selective detectors for emission spectrometry and as ionization sources for mass spectrometry are also given in this review article.  相似文献

A proton therapy facility based on a linac injector and a slow cycling synchrotron is proposed.To achieve effective treatment of cancer,a scanning gantry is required.The flexible transmission of beam and high beam position accuracy are the most basic requirements for a gantry.The designed gantry optics and scanning system are presented.Great efforts are put into studying the sensitivity of the beam position in the isocenter to the element misalignments.It shows that quadrupole shift makes the largest contribution and special attention should be paid to it.  相似文献

The quantal symmetry property of the CP1 nonlinear σ model with Maxwell non-Abelian ChernSimons terms in(2+1) dimension is studied.In the Coulomb gauge,the system is quantized by using the Faddeev-Senjanovic(FS) path-integral formalism.Based on the quantaum Noether theorem,the quantal conserved angular momentum is derived and the fractional spin at the quantum level in this system is presented.  相似文献

以Plankton时空混沌系统作为网络节点,通过非线性耦合构成富社团(rich-club,RC)网络,研究其时空混沌同步规律.首先给出了RC网络中连接节点之间的非线性耦合函数的一般性选取原则.进而基于Lyapunov稳定性定理,理论分析了实现网络同步的条件.最后,通过仿真模拟检验了网络的时空混沌同步效果.仿真研究表明,RC网络中各富节点之间以及这些富节点各自星形连接的子网络中的所有节点均实现了完全同步。  相似文献

利用等离子体化学气相沉积系统在直流电压源和射频源的双重激励下,以康宁7059玻璃为衬底制备了氢化硅薄膜.过测定氢化硅薄膜Raman光谱,对薄膜微结构进行了表征;建立氢化硅薄膜的光吸收模型,计算出薄膜的光吸收系数和光学带隙,和实验结果基本一致,说明该模型符合实验结果;并利用该模型计算的光吸收系数和光学带隙,结合AMPS软件对设计的太阳电池结构进行了模拟,给出的I-V特性曲线变化趋势与实验结果基本符合,同时对实验结果与模拟结果存在差异的原因进行了分析,并给出合理解释. 关键词: 氢化硅薄膜 光吸收系数 光吸收模型  相似文献

采用第一性原理方法计算了BeO在零温时的高压相变和三种结构在零温零压时的声子谱.相变的计算表明,在122GPa左右的压力下BeO会发生从纤锌矿(B4)结构到氯化钠(B1)结构的相变,而闪锌矿(B3)结构在零温零压下是一种可能的亚稳态结构.采用冷声子方法计算了这三种结构的BeO在零温零压下的声子谱.计算结果表明:B1结构在零温零压下是一种不稳定的结构;尽管B4结构和B3结构具有明显的相似性,仍然可以通过声子谱来很好的区分.最后根据准简谐近似理论计算得到了BeO的高温高压相图.  相似文献

The organic-inorganic combined structural device (ITO/PVK:Eu/ZnS/Al) is fabricated based on layered optimization scheme. II–VI semiconductor material ZnS is acted as an electron function (transporting and acceleration) layer. The hot electrons which have been accelerated in the ZnS layer directly impact excitation europium ions through resonant energy transfer and then recombine with injected holes to form excitons in PVK or EuTTA2(N-HPA)Phen. Europium (Eu) ions may also be excited by intramolecular energy transfer from ligands. There are two kinds of excitation mechanisms: impacted excitation and injected recombination for the combined structural device. The electroluminescence (EL) intensity of the combined structural device is strongly improved and reaches up to 381 cd/m2 at 20 V compared with the pure organic structural device. It may be an effective method to improve the EL intensity of the lanthanide complex by using electric characteristics of inorganic semiconductor materials.  相似文献

A novel method for velocity measurement is presented. In this scheme, a parallel-linear-polarization dual- frequency laser is incident on the target and senses the target velocity with both the frequencies, which can increase the maximum measurable velocity significantly. The theoretical analysis and verification experiment of the novel method are presented, which show that high-velocity measurement can be achieved with high precision using this method.  相似文献
