Abstract An insoluble and noncross-linked polymer of isotactic polystyrene having a p-methoxytrityl group as part of its structure was chosen as a solid polymer support for deoxyribonucleotide synthesis. The p-methoxytrityl functional group was introduced into the isotactic polymer by benzoylation and Grignard reaction. Judging by the NMR spectra, the isotacticity of the polymer remains unaffected after the modifications. Deoxy-nucleosides were linked to the polymer via 5′ ether group. Condensation of the polymer-nucleoside derivative with 3′ protected nucleotides in the presence of mesitylene sulfonyl chloride resulted in 36-63% coupling to the bound nucleoside. Subsequent condensation gave the trinucleoside diphosphate in 25-57% conversion, based on polymer-bound dinucleoside phosphate. The limitation of the polymer support still lies in the low yield of the coupling step, but the value of an isotactic polymer backbone as a “dendritic” center for chain lengthening remains attractive. 相似文献

This work aims at understanding the ethanol effects on the gelation behavior of ethosomes with the consideration of encapsulating a hydrophobic material. Gelation of the empty ethosomes by positively charged water-soluble polymers with and without hydrophobic modification, respectively, was systematically studied first for the effects of solution dielectric constant and gelator concentration on the phase map and rheological property of the mixtures. A comparison of the gelation behavior of empty and α-tocopherol acetate (α-TA)-encapsulated ethosomes sheds light on the possible influence of encapsulated hydrophobic material itself on the interaction between ethosomal lipid bilayers and gelator molecules. The experimental results revealed that ethosomes with an optimized amount of ethanol could result in a reasonable lifetime and encapsulation efficiency of more than 90 %. This is due to the effects of the solution dielectric constant on the formability of liposome and the partition of the hydrophobic material (α-TA) between ethosomal lipid bilayer and bulk phase. Moreover, the phase map and rheological property of the ethosome/polymer mixtures were found to be affected by the configuration of the polymer chain in aqueous ethanol solution. That is, the driving interactions between ethosomal lipid bilayers and gelator molecules were dominated by the hydrophobic material more than the electrostatic association. Finally, inclusion of a hydrophobic material, such as α-TA, in the ethosomes had less influence on the gelation behavior of the ethosomes with water-soluble polymers. 相似文献

采用简单的沉积方法制备了不同碘化氧铋含量的BiOI/Bi2WO6光催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和BET比表面积测量对其进行了表征。在紫外和可见光的照射下,使用甲基橙和苯酚的光催化降解评价了BiOI/Bi2WO6催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明:与商业P25和纯Bi2WO6相比,13.2%BiOI/Bi2WO6光催化剂具有更高的紫外和可见光催化性能。这明显增加的光催化活性主要归功于光生电子和空穴在Bi2WO6和BiOI界面上的有效转移,降低了电子-空穴对的复合。基于BiOI和Bi2WO6的能带结构,提出了光生载流子的一种转移过程。自由基清除剂的实验表明,·OH,h+,·O2-和H2O2,特别是h+,共同支配了甲基橙和苯酚的光催化降解过程。 相似文献

本文用荧光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱法和循环伏安法研究了稀土金属离子Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。实验发现:Eu(Ⅲ)和Pr(Ⅲ)对HSA有较强的荧光猝灭作用。用Stern-Volmer方程分别对实验数据进行处理,结果发现:HSA与Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)发生反应生成了新的复合物,发生了分子内的非辐射能量转移。Eu(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)对HAS的荧光猝灭作用,属于静态荧光猝灭。荧光猝灭图表明:Eu3+和Pr3+在HSA分子中至少有两类结合位点,Eu3+与HSA形成2.76∶1的复合物,结合常数lgK分别为12.03和9.05;Pr3+与HSA形成2.2∶1的复合物,结合常数lgK分别为9.89和6.97。同时用圆二色谱及同步荧光光谱法探讨了 Eu(Ⅲ)和Pr(Ⅲ)对HSA构象的影响。 相似文献

An accurate and reproducible method for the simultaneous determination of ampicillin (AMP), sulbactam (SUL), and cefoperazone (CFP) in pharmaceutical formulations by using HPLC with beta-CD stationary phase was developed. It involved the use of the added tetraethylammonium acetate (TEAA) reagent, pH, and methanol as the significant parameters to find the optimum separation condition. A high resolution and selectivity of analytes was obtained by running the mobile phase in methanol-5 mM TEAA buffer = 35:65 (v/v, pH 4.5) at 280 nm. The mean recoveries ranged from 96.6 to 103.3% for AMP in the synthetic mixture, 97.6 to 103.0% for SUL, and 97.0 to 104.0% for CFP. The low LOD (<1.8 microg/mL) and low CV (<0.9%) assured that this method was sensitive and reproducible. The assay of analytes in commercial products exhibited that it was convenient and reproducible for routine analyses of these components in sterilized H(2)O, saline, or 5% dextrose injection solutions. 相似文献

The synthesis of titanium–carboxylate metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) is hampered by the high reactivity of the commonly employed alkoxide precursors. Herein, we present an innovative approach to titanium‐based MOFs by the use of titanocene dichloride to synthesize COK‐69, the first breathing Ti MOF, which is built up from trans‐1,4‐cyclohexanedicarboxylate linkers and an unprecedented [TiIV3(μ3‐O)(O)2(COO)6] cluster. The photoactive properties of COK‐69 were investigated in depth by proton‐coupled electron‐transfer experiments, which revealed that up to one TiIV center per cluster can be photoreduced to TiIII while preserving the structural integrity of the framework. The electronic structure of COK‐69 was determined by molecular modeling, and a band gap of 3.77 eV was found. 相似文献
