连接性指数与Kov(a)ts指数的相关性研究

在分子拓扑理论的基础上,提出一种新的拓扑指数——连接性指数~mG,其中。计算了12个系列94种分子的~0G、~1G值,发现~0G或~1G与这些化合物的Kovts指数具有很好的相关性。该模式计算方法简单,使用方便,预测结果理想。     

Synthesis of N—（4—Salicylideneiminoaryl）monoaza Crown Ethers and Dioxygen Affinities of Their Cobalt（Ⅱ）Complexes

The Schiff base‐containing pendant monoaza crown ether HL¹, HL², HL³ and HL⁴ have been synthesized by condensation of salicylaldehyde with N‐(4‐aminoaryl) monoaza crown ethers, which were prepared conveniently from 4‐nitro‐N, N‐di(hydroxyethyl) aniline or 4‐nitrobenzyl chloride via cyclization or condensation and reduction. The structures of HL¹—HL⁴ were verified by ¹H NMR, IR spectra, MS and elemental analysis. Moreover, the oxygenation constants (KO2) and thermodynamic parameters (δH⁰ and δS⁰) of their cobalt(II) complexes were determined in the range of ?5 °C to 25 °C, and the effect of crown ring bonded to a Schiff base on the dioxygen affinities of cobalt(II) complexes was also observed as compared to the uncrowned analogue (CoL).     

酿造酱油、配制酱油及酿造食醋、配制食醋的鉴别

乙酰丙酸是配制酱油的特有成分，在硫酸溶液中，乙酰丙酸可与香草醛反应而呈现蓝绿色。掺有尿素的酱油在与丁二酮肟、磷酸混合后，加热煮沸会呈现红色。用酱色、食盐等配制的劣质酱油可用测定氨基酸态氮和酱色含量的方法进行鉴别。酿造食醋和配制食醋的常用鉴别方法是碘液法和高锰酸钾法。     

AFS-230E型原子荧光光度计测汞时盐酸引起的故障及故障排除

用AFS-230E型厦子荧光光度计测定汞时，使用相同规格但不同厂家生产的盐酸对测定结果影响较大。使用该仪器测汞时由于配制载流液时选用盐酸不当发生空白值过高的现象，影响汞的准确测定。在排除其它可能故障后，更换不同厂家生产的盐酸进行试验，选用汞空白值低的盐酸，故障排除。     

直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂研究进展

总结了近年来直接甲醇燃料电池阳极催化剂的研究工作，探讨了甲醇的电催化反应机理，阐述了设计催化剂的基本原则，同时对目前研究的各种催化体系作了比较和评价。对未来甲醇电催化剂的发展作出展望。     

MORPHOLOGY AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF POLY(ETHYLENEOCTENE) COPOLYMERS OBTAINED BY DYNAMIC PACKING INJECTION MOLDING*

The morphology and mechanical properties of poly(ethylene-octene)copolymers(POE)obtained by dynamic packing injection molding were investigated by mechanical tests,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The mechanical tests found that only POE with low octene content and high molecular weight show apparent response for external shear field.Further investigation has been done by DSC,FT-IR,and SEM in order to make clear the reason of that phenomenon.Finally,the hypothetical mechanism of POE microstructure formation under shear field has been proposed.For POE with low octene content and high molecular weight,orientation degree and mechanical properties both increase substantially under shear field.For POE with low octene content and low molecular weight,orientation degree and crystallinity increase under shear field,but it is not dramatically benefit for the mechanical properties.For POE with high octene content and high molecular weight,the shear field has little effect on the morphology and mechanical properties.     

新型含2-取代-1,3-噻唑烷的查尔酮类化合物的合成及其生物活性

为了寻找生物活性良好的查尔酮类化合物,利用2-(2-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基)-1-苯基乙酮或3-((2-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基)-1-苯基-1-丙酮与取代苯甲醛发生缩合,合成了14个新型含2-取代-1,3-噻唑烷的查尔酮类化合物.其结构均经1H NMR和元素分析表征.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,在试验浓度下,部分目标化合物表现出一定的杀菌活性.     

N-芳亚甲基-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1,3-噻唑-2-胺的合成与生物活性

通过2-氨基-4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1,3-噻唑与取代苯甲醛发生缩合,合成了一系列新型含三唑环的噻唑席夫碱类化合物.利用1H NMR和元素分析对所有化合物进行了结构表征.初步的毒性试验表明,部分标题化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性.     

含二氯丙烯的亚硫酸酯类化合物的合成及杀虫活性测定

为了寻找和发现高效、广谱、低毒、低生态风险并与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性的新型杀虫剂,以对苯二酚为原料,经多步反应制得11个新型含二氯丙烯的亚硫酸酯类化合物,其结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、元素分析确证.室内生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)具有较好的杀虫活性,其中3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙基正己基亚硫酸酯(7h)在10 mg/L下对小菜蛾的致死率可达到80%,优于对照药三氟甲吡醚.     

Experimental investigation of secondary reactions of intermediates in delayed coking

We report an experimental investigation of secondary reactions of intermediates in delayed coking. Thermal cracking reactions of intermediates, for example coker naphtha (C₅ ~180?°C), light coker gas oil (LCGO, 180?C350?°C), middle coker gas oil (MCGO, 350?C440?°C), and heavy coker gas oil (HCGO, >440?°C), were investigated. The results reveal that cracking of coker naphtha and LCGO is low under these experimental conditions. Thermal cracking MCGO exceeds that of LCGO. Among all the intermediates, thermal cracking is greatest for HCGO. The secondary reactions of HCGO produce not only gas and liquid products, but also coke. This increase in the yields of gas and coke is attributed to secondary reactions of HCGO and MCGO. Inhibition of the secondary reactions of intermediates results in a greater yield of liquid.
