运用原子吸收分光光度法测定了几种常见水果中部分微量元素含量。其中榴莲的Mg、Zn、Cu、K含量位于四种水果之首。美国提子中Ca含量最高,芒果中Fe含量最高。以上差别具有统计学意义。六种元素的回收率为90%-106.5%。连续6次测定样品,变异系数(CV)为0.96%。 相似文献

为分析铁缺乏症(IDD)对婴幼儿智能发育的影响,随机抽取了6个月至3岁婴幼儿200例,按有否铁缺乏分组,比较了其与智能的关系。结果表明,铁缺乏症检出率为17.5%,铁缺乏组婴幼儿智能发育商(DQ)明显下降,与正常组比较差异有显著性,铁缺乏程度越重,DQ值越低。可见铁缺乏症对婴幼儿大脑发育造成不良影响,对该症无贫血阶段及轻度缺铁性贫血期(IDA)应予重视。 相似文献

In the structure of the dianion, [(NC)Cu(μ‐S)2W(μ‐S)2Cu(CN)]2−, the WS4 moiety acts as a bidentate ligand that binds two CuCN groups, thus forming a slightly bent WCu2 core with approximate D2d symmetry. Capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection of urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG) is an excellent marker of oxidative DNA damage. Until now, urinary 8OHdG has been measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. A simple and sensitive method for the analysis of urinary 8OHdG by capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection has been developed in our laboratory. A single-step solid-phase extraction procedure was optimized and used for extracting 8OHdG from human urine. To improve the sensitivity of this method, a new focusing technique based on a dynamic pH junction was used. The limit of detection was 20 nM (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3), the linear range was 50 nM-10 microM, and the correlation coefficient was better than 0.999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 0.57% for migration time, and 4.79% for peak current. To show the usefulness of the method, the urinary concentration of 8OHdG in nine healthy persons and ten cancer patients was determined. The urinary concentration of 8OHdG in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy persons. 相似文献

A simple capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the quantitative enantiomeric analysis of piperazine antihistamines with teratogenic suspicion in animals. Enantioseparation of chlorcyclizine, hydroxyzine, and meclizine was performed in glycine buffer (0.6 mol L-1; pH 3.00) with sulfated -cyclodextrin (5 mg mL-1) as a chiral selector; and the separated drugs were monitored by ultra-violet detector. The lower quantitation of the individual enantiomer is attainable at 10 µmol L-1, using an achiral piperazine drug (cyclizine) as internal standard. The method is simple and rapid with a short run time (<5 min) for the analysis of chlorcyclizine, hydroxyzine or meclizine enantiomers. 相似文献
