几种常见水果的微量元素分析

运用原子吸收分光光度法测定了几种常见水果中部分微量元素含量。其中榴莲的Mg、Zn、Cu、K含量位于四种水果之首。美国提子中Ca含量最高，芒果中Fe含量最高。以上差别具有统计学意义。六种元素的回收率为90％-106．5％。连续6次测定样品，变异系数(CV)为0．96％。     

Study on the Synthesis of Metabolite CM2 of Clausenamide

Synthesis of the optically active metabolite of clausenamide cm2(3,5-dihydroxy-5-(α-hydroxylbenzyl)-1-methyl-4-benzylpyrrolidin-2-one)from 3-O-acetyl-clausenamide was described.     

Effect of Low Energy Electron Exposure on Ion Scattering Spectroscopy

The effect of low energy electron (LEE) exposure on ISS, including on the sputter peak and scatter peak as well as on ion neutralization, has been investigated for different samples. Some new results are discussed.     

A New Cyclohexene Oxide from Uvaria tonkinensis var. subglabra

A new compound, subglain B, was isolated from the stems of Uvaria tonkinensis var.subglabra and its structure was identified as 1S, 2R, 3S, 6R-1-benzoyloxymethylene-1,2-dihydroxy-3-benzoyloxy-6-chlorocyclohex-4-ene (1), by spectral evidences.     

铁缺乏症对婴幼儿智能发育的影响

为分析铁缺乏症(IDD)对婴幼儿智能发育的影响，随机抽取了6个月至3岁婴幼儿200例，按有否铁缺乏分组，比较了其与智能的关系。结果表明，铁缺乏症检出率为17．5％，铁缺乏组婴幼儿智能发育商(DQ)明显下降，与正常组比较差异有显著性，铁缺乏程度越重，DQ值越低。可见铁缺乏症对婴幼儿大脑发育造成不良影响，对该症无贫血阶段及轻度缺铁性贫血期(IDA)应予重视。     

Bis­(tetra­phenyl­phospho­nium) (μ‐tetra­thio­tungstenio‐κ4S,S′:S′′:S′′′)­bis­[(cyano‐κC)­cuprate](2–) aceto­nitrile solvate monohydrate

The reaction of CuCN and KCN with (NH₄)₂[WS₄] followed by cation exchange with PPh₄Br produced the title compound, (C₂₄H₂₀P)₂[Cu₂WS₄(CN)₂]·CH₃CN·H₂O or (PPh₄)₂[(NC)Cu(μ‐S)₂W(μ‐S)₂Cu(CN)]·MeCN·H₂O. In the structure of the dianion, [(NC)Cu(μ‐S)₂W(μ‐S)₂Cu(CN)]²⁻, the WS₄ moiety acts as a bidentate ligand that binds two CuCN groups, thus forming a slightly bent WCu₂ core with approximate D_2d symmetry. The W—Cu distances are in the range 2.6463 (6)–2.6545 (6) Å.     

多羰基甾酮的选择性还原反应研究

在不同金属离子存在下,多羰基甾酮的甾核及支链上都发生了羰基与硼氢化钠的还原反应,得到具有不同的区域选择性和立体选择性的还原产物.     

基于天然氨基酸的双环手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

以L－脯氨酸及L－羟基脯氨酸为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐磁相转移催化 剂，并用于催化不对称查耳酮环氧化反应，高产率得到相应环氧化合物，ee最高达 9％。     

Capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection of urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine

Urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG) is an excellent marker of oxidative DNA damage. Until now, urinary 8OHdG has been measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. A simple and sensitive method for the analysis of urinary 8OHdG by capillary electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection has been developed in our laboratory. A single-step solid-phase extraction procedure was optimized and used for extracting 8OHdG from human urine. To improve the sensitivity of this method, a new focusing technique based on a dynamic pH junction was used. The limit of detection was 20 nM (signal-to-noise ratio S/N = 3), the linear range was 50 nM-10 microM, and the correlation coefficient was better than 0.999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 0.57% for migration time, and 4.79% for peak current. To show the usefulness of the method, the urinary concentration of 8OHdG in nine healthy persons and ten cancer patients was determined. The urinary concentration of 8OHdG in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy persons.     

Quantitative enantiomeric analysis of chlorcyclizine,hydroxyzine, and meclizine by capillary electrophoresis

A simple capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the quantitative enantiomeric analysis of piperazine antihistamines with teratogenic suspicion in animals. Enantioseparation of chlorcyclizine, hydroxyzine, and meclizine was performed in glycine buffer (0.6 mol L^-1; pH 3.00) with sulfated -cyclodextrin (5 mg mL^-1) as a chiral selector; and the separated drugs were monitored by ultra-violet detector. The lower quantitation of the individual enantiomer is attainable at 10 µmol L^-1, using an achiral piperazine drug (cyclizine) as internal standard. The method is simple and rapid with a short run time (<5 min) for the analysis of chlorcyclizine, hydroxyzine or meclizine enantiomers.
