Non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), with the constraints of non-negativity, has been recently proposed for multi-variate data analysis. Because it allows only additive, not subtractive, combinations of the original data, NMF is capable of producing region or parts-based representation of objects. It has been used for image analysis and text processing. Unlike PCA, the resolutions of NMF are non-negative and can be easily interpreted and understood directly. Due to multiple solutions, the original algorithm of NMF [D.D. Lee, H.S. Seung, Nature 401 (1999) 788] is not suitable for resolving chemical mixed signals. In reality, NMF has never been applied to resolving chemical mixed signals. It must be modified according to the characteristics of the chemical signals, such as smoothness of spectra, unimodality of chromatograms, sparseness of mass spectra, etc. We have used the modified NMF algorithm to narrow the feasible solution region for resolving chemical signals, and found that it could produce reasonable and acceptable results for certain experimental errors, especially for overlapping chromatograms and sparse mass spectra. Simulated two-dimensional (2-D) data and real GUJINGGONG alcohol liquor GC-MS data have been resolved soundly by NMF technique. Butyl caproate and its isomeric compound (butyric acid, hexyl ester) have been identified from the overlapping spectra. The result of NMF is preferable to that of Heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP). It shows that NMF is a promising chemometric resolution method for complex samples.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2 (IM-meImz =2-(5-methylimidazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazoline-1-oxyl) has been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.3604(7), b = 10.3012(7), c = 16.6684(12) (A), β = 105.0290(10)°, V = 1552.25(19)(A)3, C24H34CuN10O2S2, Mr = 622.27, Z = 2, Dc = 1.331 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) =650, the final R = 0.0374 and wR = 0.1079. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the IM-MeImz ligand is coordinated to the copper(Ⅱ) ion as an unusual didentate chelate with a κ2 N(MeImz),O(IM) mode in the complex. The square-planar coordination sites at Cu(Ⅱ) are occupied by two O and two N atoms from the imino nitroxide radicals. The complex molecules are connected as a onedimensional polymer structure by intermolecular interactions. Magnetic measurements show that there are intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(Ⅱ) ion and radicals.  相似文献

Polyaniline(PAN) supported H6P2W18O62(PW) , H3PMo12O40 (PMo) and H4PMo11VO40(PMoV) catalysts were prepared and their activities for hexanol conversion were tested. IR, XRD, ICP and SEM measurements proved that the heteropolyacids (HPA) could be supported on this type of polymer. The PAN supported HPA catalysts exhibit higher redox activities and low acid-base activities for the hexanol conversion. The redox activities increase with increasing amount of the heteropolyacid. Substitution of Mo ion by V ion results in an increase of redox activities of the catalysts. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

An in situ reaction under hydro­thermal conditions leads to the formation of the title compound, diaqua­(pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ato)­(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxyl­ato)indium(II) trihydrate, [In(C6H4NO2)(C7H3NO4)(H2O)2]·3H2O, in which the central InIII atom is seven‐coordinated by one pyridine‐2,6‐di­carboxyl­ate ligand, one pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ate ligand and two water mol­ecules in a penta­gonal–bipyramidal coordination environment. The CO_2 laser induced room temperature reactions of CH_3CF_2H or another protium-donorCH_3CHClCH_3 with chlorine-atom donors (Z--Cl) CFCl_2CF_2Cl, CF_3CCl_3, CFCl_3 or CF_2Cl_2, havebeen investigated. Some of these reactions can yield two important monomers (CF_2=CH_2 andCF_2=CFCl) for fluoropolymers simultaneously. The yield dependence of these two alkenes on experi-mental conditions has been studied. A laser-initiated chain process is supported by identifica-tion of Z--H intermediates in these reactions.  相似文献

The mol­ecules of N,N′‐bis­(2‐pyridylmeth­yl)ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­dicarboxamide, [Fe(C12H11N2O)2], contain intra­molecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and are linked into sheets by three independent C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The mol­ecules of the isomeric compound N,N′‐bis­(3‐pyridylmeth­yl)ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyldicarboxamide lie across inversion centres, and the mol­ecules are linked into sheets by a combination of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking inter­actions between pyridyl groups.  相似文献

 Traceability is a property of the result of a measurement. Since values carried by (reference) materials must also have been obtained, of necessity, by measurement, the definition of traceability also applies to reference materials. It is extremely helpful to give the traceability (of the origin) of a reference material a separate name, i.e. 'trackability'. An analysis of the function of values carried by reference materials, shows that they can fulfill different functions, depending on the intended use. One of the functions located outside the traceability chain – and hence not very relevant for establishing traceability – is evaluating the approximate size of the uncertainty of the measurement of an unknown sample by performing a similar measurement on a reference material, used as a 'simulated sample'. Another function is located inside the traceability chain, where the reference material is used as an added 'internal standard'. Then, the value carried by the reference material is essential for establishing the traceability of the measured value of an unknown sample. YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-y(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6) superconductors have been prepared. X-ray diffraction shows that the system remains orthorhombic for all compositions studied, but for x > 0.4 V2O5 was detected as an impurity phase. Substitution of V5+ for Cu2+ occurs in the Cu(2) sites on the Cu(2)-O planes. The introduction of the high valence element, vanadium, produces the extra free-electrons. These electrons recombine with the positive carrier of the system. It makes depression of the mobility and the Hall number of YBa2Cu3-xVxO7-v and also results in a depression of TC.  相似文献

Reaction of PdCl2(CH3CN)2 with the sodium salt of 5‐mercapto‐1‐methyltetrazole (MetzSNa) in methanol solution affords an interesting dinuclear palladium complex [Pd2(MetzS)4 ] ( 1 ). However, treatment of PdCl2(CH3CN)2 with neutral MetzSH ligand in methanol solution produces a mononuclear palladium complex [Pd(MetzSH)4]Cl2 ( 2 ). Both complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy as well as X‐ray crystallography. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses of two complexes lead to the elucidation of the structures and show that 1 possesses an asymmetric structure: one Pd atom is tetracoordinated by three sulfur atoms and one nitrogen atom to form PdS3N coordination sphere, the other Pd atom is tetracoordinated by three nitrogen atoms and one sulfur atom to form PdSN3 coordination sphere. The molecules of 1 are associated to 1‐D infinite linear chain by weak intermolecular Pd···S contacts in the crystal lattice. In 2 , the Pd atom lies on an inversion center and has a square‐planar coordination involving the S atoms from four MetzSH ligands. The two chloride ions are not involved in coordination, but are engaged in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
