Nickel and cobalt films illustrate alternative Bloch lines with cap switches. The strip magnetic domains become zigzag and bubbling cells for Ni and Co films, respectively, under an external field of 1.5 T. The magnetoresistances (MR) for currents parallel (CIW) to the domain walls is 15% less than those of the perpendicular (CPW) case. We also studied the magneto size effect by applying the magnetic field normal to the surface, from which the Sondheimer oscillation appears attributing to periodic striking of the surface for electrons traveling in circular motion on a plane canting to the surface. Dot-matrix holograms created by two-beam writers contain many grating dots. Because the phase difference between two laser beams for interference cannot be controlled accurately, the fringe positions of grating dots are randomly determined. Therefore, fringe positions are a good kind of tool to identify dot-matrix holograms. In this paper, a number difference between two special fringes of a target grating dot is used to identify a dot-matrix hologram. The two special fringes are determined by three grating dots with parallel fringes. The first special fringe is corresponding to a fringe pair with the best matching for the fringes of the target grating dot and the fringes of the second grating dot. The second special fringe is corresponding to a fringe pair with the best matching for the fringes of the target grating dot and the fringes of the third grating dot. An experiment has proved the proposed method practical and feasible. Because reproducing a grating dot with a specified fringe number difference is difficult, the proposed method is excellent for anti-counterfeiting. 相似文献

This paper concerns the well-posedness of the hydrodynamic model for semiconductor devices, a quasi-linear elliptic–parbolic–hyperbolic system. Boundary conditions for elliptic and parabolic equations are Dirichlet conditions while boundary conditions for the hyperbolic equations are assumed to be well-posed in L2 sense. Maximally strictly dissipative boundary conditions for the hyperbolic equations satisfy the assumption of well-posedness in L2 sense. We investigate the group velocity of light in a one-dimensional volume-index grating inside a photorefractive LiNbO>(3) crystal. The slowdown of the group electromagnetic propagation is observed experimentally by tuning of the wave number of the optical beam close to the outside edge of the forbidden bandgap. We obtain a large group index of up to 7.5 in a 3.5-cm crystal sample. The group index is compared with the result of a theoretical derivation. The results are presented and discussed. 相似文献

The crystalline structures, magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect (MCE) of MnCo1−xGe alloys (0.02?x?0.2) have been reported. The crystalline structures of MnCo1−xGe (x?0.06) alloys are mainly of TiNiSi-type phase, and Ni2In-type structure dominates for x>0.06. With decreasing Co concentrations the saturated magnetization of these compounds decreases. Large low-field magnetic entropy change −ΔSM of about 2.3 J/kg K in MnCo0.94Ge alloy has been obtained for a magnetic field change of 1 T. Moreover, it is found that TiNiSi-type phase exhibits larger −ΔSM than Ni2In-type one. For MnCo0.94Ge alloy, considerable low-field refrigerant capacity (RC) (∼460 mJ/cm3), low coercivity and easy synthesis make these alloys potential candidates for near-room temperature magnetic refrigerants. 相似文献

In the vicinity of boundaries the bulk universality class of critical phenomena splits into several boundary universality classes, depending upon whether the tendency to order in the boundary is smaller or larger than in the bulk. For Ising universality class there are five different boundary universality classes: periodic, antiperiodic, free, fixed and mixed (mixture of the last two). In this paper we present the new set of the universal amplitude ratios for the mixed boundary universality class. To perform a kinematically complete measurement of the dissociation reaction for neutron-rich nuclei, a multi-neutron correlation spectrometer is proposed at Peking University.A Monte Carlo simulation code based on GEANT4 is developed for a single scintillation bar which processes not only the energy deposition but also the light propagation in the scintillator and the light collection and conversion to signal at the end of the bar in a realistic way. The simulating method is described in detail in this paper, and the timing and position resolutions and detector efficiency are studied based on the simulation and compared with the experimental results.A new method of crosstalk rejection has been demonstrated to be important for the design of the whole spectrometer. 相似文献

Light emitting diode (LED) has more advantages compared with a traditional incandescent light bulb and a fluorescent lamp,
such as small size, low quantity of heat, long life, low power consumption, fast response, plain packaging and ease of develop
ment of a frivolous short product. A methodology is proposed to improve the uniformity of the LED illumination system. As
a light source in a backlight unit (BLU), the requirement for optical characteristics of a LED is different from highly directional
conventional ones. New diffused-type LEDs need to be developed to fulfill the requirement of the BLU industry. A non-spherical
lens is designed to optimize uniformity, and a great improvement in uniformity from 28.4 to 64% is demonstrated. In the future,
