Further extensive isolation work on the 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of Tricalysia dubia afforded five new ent-kaurane glucosides (4-8) and one new labdane glucoside (9), together with a known megastigmane glucoside, sammangaoside B (1), and monoterpene glucosides (2, 3). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by analyses of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of the 9-position of sammangaoside B was revised to S and its total stereochemistry was established by the modified Mosher's method.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and simultaneous determination of four types of amphoteric surfactants, i.e., C8, C10, C12, C14, C16 and C18-homologues of alkyldimethylamine N-oxide (AO), alkylamidopropylamine N-oxide (APAO), alkylbetaine (Bt) and alkylamidopropylbetaine (APB), was performed by using capillary electrophoresis (CE) with indirect UV detection. To optimize the separation conditions, effects of pH of background solution (BGS), organic modifier and chromophore for indirect UV detection on the CE separation of the amphoteric compounds were investigated. Addition of 50% (v/v) acetonitrile to the BGS under a lower pH condition brought a good separation performance due to the suppression of micelle formation for the analytes and the adsorption onto the inner surface of the capillary. Under an optimal condition, the 24 amphoteric analytes were completely separated in a single run within 17min. The relative standard deviation of the migration time was ranging from 0.20 to 0.23% and the limit of detection values for AO, APAO, Bt and APB homologues were 10-20, 20, 20-50 and 50microg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, the developed method can provide a high resolution separation of the amphoteric surfactants in commercially available detergents and shampoo without any sample pretreatments.  相似文献

Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) meets increasing interest as a building unit for inorganic-organic hybrid materials. The incorporation of cyclopentyl-substituted POSS (CpPOSS) into polystyrene (PS) thin films led to an inhibition of dewetting. In this paper, the dispersion state of CpPOSS in the CpPOSS/PS hybrid films and, furthermore, the relationships between the structure and dewetting inhibition effect are discussed. Structural analysis of the hybrid films revealed that CpPOSS segregated to the film surface and crystallized. The segregation of CpPOSS to the surface changes the surface free energy and spreading coefficient of the film. Interfacial structure was also roughened by the segregation of CpPOSS, which can contribute to the inhibition of dewetting by pinning the contact line of the PS film with the substrate. The inhibition of dewetting can be attributed to the modification of the film surface and interface by the segregation of CpPOSS.  相似文献

X‐ray photoelectron and emission spectra (XPS and XES) of diamond and graphite have been analyzed by deMon density‐functional theory (DFT) calculations using the model adamantane derivative (C10H12(CH3)4) and pyrene (C16H10) molecules, respectively. The theoretical valence photoelectron and C Kα X‐ray emission spectra for the allotrope are in good accordance with the experimental ones. The combined analysis of the valence XPS and C Kα XES enables us to divide the valence electronic distribution into the individual contributions for pσ‐, and pπ‐bonding MOs of the diamond and graphite, respectively. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. p-(1-Methylcyclohexyloxy)styrene (PC6ST) was synthesized by acid catalyzed addition reaction of p-bromophenol with 1-methylcyclohexene, followed by Grignard coupling with vinyl bromide catalyzed by NiCl2(dppp). Radical polymerization of PC6ST in the presence or absence of TEMPO afforded poly(PC6ST) with narrow molecular weight distribution without the elimination of the protective group. The obtained poly(PC6ST) showed a higher deprotection ability in response to external stimulation such as an acid compared with poly(p-tert-butoxystyrene).  相似文献

Radical anion salt {cryptand[2.2.2] (K+)}2(bispheroid)2??3.5C6H4Cl2 ( 1 ) of the double‐caged fullerene C60 derivative, in which fullerene cages are linked by a cyclobutane bridging cycle and additionally by a pyrrolizidine moiety, was obtained. Each fullerene cage in this derivative accepts one electron on reduction, thus forming the (bispheroid)2? dianions with two interacting S=1/2 spins on the neighboring cages. Low‐temperature magnetic measurements reveal a singlet ground state of the bispheroid dianions whereas triplet contributions prevail at increased temperature. An estimated exchange interaction between two spins J/kB=?78 K in 1 indicates strong magnetic coupling between them, nearly two times higher than that (J/kB=?44.7 K) in previously studied (C60?)2 dimers linked via a cyclobutane bridge only. The enhancement of magnetic coupling in 1 can be explained by a shorter distance between the fullerene cages and, possibly, an additional channel for the magnetic exchange provided by a pyrrolizidine bridge. Quantum‐chemical calculations of the lowest electronic state of the dianions by means of multi‐configuration quasi‐degenerate perturbation theory support the experimental findings.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Scoparia dulcis L. (Scrophulariaceae) grown in Vietnam, four scopadulane-type diterpenoids (4-7), of which 7 is new and was given the trivial name scopadulcic acid C, together with nine known compounds were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configurations of 4-7 were ascertained by applying the modified Mosher's method to iso-dulcinol (6). The isolation of the lignans nirtetralin and niranthin for the first time from S. dulcis is also of chemotaxonomic interest. The cytotoxic activity in KB cells, inhibitory effect on LPS/IFNgamma-induced NO production, inhibition of multidrug resistance (MDR), and antibacterial and antifungal activities of the scopadulane-type diterpenoids 4-7 were examined in this study.  相似文献

Cationic polymer microparticles have received much attention especially in the field of biotechnology, such that their analysis and separation have become important. So far, the separation of cationic polymer particles with different size using CE has not been achieved and the cationic particles migrated as if they are negatively charged, probably due to electrostatic interaction between capillary wall and cationic polymer particles. In this paper, the separation of cationic polymer microparticles by CE was investigated in detail. The separation of cationic particles with different size was achieved in CE by taking into account the interaction between sample particles and the inner surface of capillaries. By employing a poly(vinyl alcohol)-coated capillary, a better size separation of amine-modified latex particles was obtained compared to a Polybrene-coated capillary. It was elucidated that the composition, concentration, and pH of the background solution were also important factors in the separation of colloidal particles to avoid the surface adsorption and the characteristic aggregation of polymer particles. Furthermore, the CE analysis was applied to the characterization of cationic protein-immobilized particles.  相似文献
