Novel indeno[1,2-b]benzo[4,5-e]pyran-11-one-type fluorophores exhibiting intense solid-state fluorescence were conveniently synthesized and the relation between their solid-state photophysical properties and the X-ray crystal structures were investigated, which demonstrates that non-planar structures with sterical hindered substituents prevent the fluorophores from forming short pi-pi contacts causing fluorescence quenching in the solid state.  相似文献

We have developed the advanced nitric acid oxidation of Si (NAOS) method to form relatively thick (5-10 nm) SiO2/Si structure with good electrical characteristics. This method simply involves immersion of Si in 68 wt% nitric acid aqueous solutions at 120 °C with polysilazane films. Fourier transform infrared absorption (FT-IR) measurements show that the atomic density of the NAOS SiO2 layer is considerably high even without post-oxidation anneal (POA), i.e., 2.28 × 1022 atoms/cm2, and it increases by POA at 400 °C in wet-oxygen (2.32 × 1022 atoms/cm2) or dry-oxygen (2.30 × 1022 atoms/cm2). The leakage current density is considerably low (e.g., 10−5 A/cm2 at 8 MV/cm) and it is greatly decreased (10−8 A/cm2 at 8 MV/cm) by POA at 400 °C in wet-oxygen. POA in wet-oxygen increases the atomic density of the SiO2 layer, and decreases the density of oxide fixed positive charges.  相似文献

A new catalytic method for separating enantiomers of racemic compounds is proposed. Catalytic asymmetric addition of racemic trans-2-substituted cyclohexanols to imines provided diastereomeric mixtures of aminals, and the subsequent separation of the enantiomers by silica-gel column chromatography and the hydrolysis of the aminals produced the alcohols in an optically active form.  相似文献

We have performed electroabsorption spectroscopy on micelle-wrapped single-wall carbon nanotubes. In semiconducting nanotubes, many oscillating structures composed of the increase and decrease of absorption are observed in the spectra in the region of the first and second absorption bands, E11 and E22. The spectral shape is reproduced mainly by the second-derivative curve of the absorption spectrum, which indicates the presence of nearly degenerate bright and dark excitonic states.  相似文献

Polymer electrolytes containing N,N′-(trans-cyclohexane-1,4-diyl)dibenzamide linkages, polyethylene ((CH2)m, m = 2, 4, 10) spacers, and bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide (TFSA) or bis(fluorosulfonyl)amide (FSA) counteranions (polymer abbreviation: CDBAm•X; m = 2, 4, 10; X = TFSA, FSA) have been synthesized, adding to our previous report (m = 6). In addition, their ability to effect the gelation of six ionic liquids and the properties of the resulting ionogels have been examined. The polymers, except for CDBA10•TFSA, effect the gelation for all ionic liquids used in this study at fairly low concentrations (0.9–50 g/L). Ionogel ionic conductivity is not dependent on the spacer length, but does decrease slightly as increasing amounts of the gelatinizer are introduced. In contrast to ionic conductivity, the temperatures at which these ionogels transition into isotropic fluids is dependent on the spacer length; the gel composed of [EMI][FSA] and 100 g/L of CDBA6•FSA transforms at 120 °C, while the gel composed of [EMI][FSA] and 5 g/L of CDBA2•FSA does not transform into a sol even when temperatures become 155 °C. In brief, ionogel heat resistance can be improved by changing the spacer length of the polyelectrolyte. Finally, it has been determined using cyclic voltammetry that the potential window of the polyelectrolytes is particularly wide, ranging from −1.6 to 2.5 V. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. A novel series of C12-keto-type saxitoxin (STX) derivatives bearing an unusual nonhydrated form of the ketone at C12 has been synthesized, and their NaV-inhibitory activity has been evaluated in a cell-based assay as well as whole-cell patch-clamp recording. Among these compounds, 11-benzylidene STX ( 3 a ) showed potent inhibitory activity against neuroblastoma Neuro 2A in both cell-based and electrophysiological analyses, with EC50 and IC50 values of 8.5 and 30.7 nm , respectively. Interestingly, the compound showed potent inhibitory activity against tetrodotoxin-resistant subtype of NaV1.5, with an IC50 value of 94.1 nm . Derivatives 3 a – d and 3 f showed low recovery rates from NaV1.2 subtype (ca 45–79 %) compared to natural dcSTX ( 2 ), strongly suggesting an irreversible mode of interaction. We propose an interaction model for the C12-keto derivatives with NaV in which the enone moiety in the STX derivatives 3 works as Michael acceptor for the carboxylate of Asp1717.  相似文献

Four new gelsedine-type oxindole alkaloids (1-4) were isolated from the leaves and branches of Gelsemium elegans, together with 10 known alkaloids. The structures of the new alkaloids were determined by spectroscopic analyses and partial synthesis from known compounds. Gelsecrotonidine (1), 14-hydroxygelsecrotonidine (2), and 11-methoxygelsecrotonidine (3) possess an additional C2 unit with an acetic acid residue compared to gelsenicine-related monoterpenoid indole alkaloids. 14-Hydroxygelsedilam (4) is an 18,19-nor-type monoterpenoid indole alkaloid.  相似文献

11‐Saxitoxinethanoic acid (SEA) is a member of the saxitoxin (STX) family of paralytic shellfish poisons, and contains an unusual C?C bond at the C11 position. Reported herein is a total synthesis of SEA. The key to our synthesis lies in a Mukaiyama aldol condensation reaction of silyl enol ether with glyoxylate in the presence of an anhydrous fluoride reagent, [Bu4N][Ph3SnF2], which directly constructs the crucial C?C bond at the C11 position in SEA. The NaVCh‐inhibitory activities of SEA and its derivatives were evaluated by means of cell‐based assay. SEA showed an IC50 value of (47±12) nm , which is approximately twice as potent as decarbamoyl‐STX (dcSTX).  相似文献
