Seven new indole alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Gelsemium elegans Benth. and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical transformation from known alkaloids. Kounaminal ( 1 ) is a new koumine‐type alkaloid that contains an unusual aminal moiety. Humantenoxenine ( 2 ) and 15‐hydroxyhumantenoxenine ( 3 ) are humantenine‐type alkaloids that contain a novel β‐amino‐α,β‐unsaturated ketone residue. X‐ray diffraction measurements were performed using synchrotron radiation at the SPring‐8 facility and electrochemical techniques to investigate the effect of polishing methods and storage conditions on the crystal structure of air‐formed oxide films and anodic oxide films formed on highly pure aluminum. Storage in an N2 environment hinders local film breakdown during anodizing, and it was established that the X‐ray diffraction measurements showed the presence of a γ‐Al2O3 in the anodic oxide film formed on mechanically polished (MP) specimens. Formation of γ‐Al2O3 during anodizing was inhibited by electropolishing because of the removal of the work‐hardened layer that was formed on the MP by electro‐polishing. The X‐ray diffraction results do not show clear differences in the influence of the polishing method on the crystal structure of air formed oxide film. This is due to the very fast oxidation rate of the air‐formed oxide film and very long storage times for the X‐ray measurements. The anodic oxide film formed on aluminum, which has a very flat surface, shows color and the color depended on grain orientation. The electrochemical impedance of the MP specimen is slightly lower than that of the mechanically and then electrochemically polished specimen at the middle frequency range. This impedance difference may be due to formation of γ‐Al2O3 in the amorphous anodic oxide film and the thickness of the film. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A new type of organic fluorophores, dialkylbenzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]furan-6-one-type fluorophores, exhibiting strong blue and green emission in the solid state has been easily synthesized by an one-step reaction. The X-ray crystal structure demonstrated that the structural form with a chair-shape with the sterical hindered dialkyl substituents and the 9-dibutylamino group prevents the fluorophores from forming short intermolecular contacts and produces intense solid-state fluorescence emission. 相似文献

11‐Saxitoxinethanoic acid (SEA) is a member of the saxitoxin (STX) family of paralytic shellfish poisons, and contains an unusual C?C bond at the C11 position. Reported herein is a total synthesis of SEA. The key to our synthesis lies in a Mukaiyama aldol condensation reaction of silyl enol ether with glyoxylate in the presence of an anhydrous fluoride reagent, [Bu4N][Ph3SnF2], which directly constructs the crucial C?C bond at the C11 position in SEA. The NaVCh‐inhibitory activities of SEA and its derivatives were evaluated by means of cell‐based assay. SEA showed an IC50 value of (47±12) nm , which is approximately twice as potent as decarbamoyl‐STX (dcSTX). 相似文献

A unique family of 1,3,8,10-tetrahydro-2,9-diazadibenzo[cd,lm]perylenes (THDAP) was prepared through a new synthetic strategy. Completion of the synthesis was achieved in several steps from commercially available perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride via reactions between 3,4,9,10-tetra(chloromethyl)perylene and primary amines. The successful use of a variety of primary amines in the reactions indicated that the synthetic approach provides a rich opportunity to produce new functionalized perylene derivatives. 相似文献

The excitation-energy-hopping (EEH) times within two-dimensional cyclic zinc(II)-porphyrin arrays 5 and 6, which were prepared by intermolecular coordination and ring-closing metathesis reaction of olefins, were deduced by modeling the EEH process based on the anisotropy depolarization as well as the exciton-exciton annihilation dynamics. Assuming the number of energy-hopping sites N = 5 and 6, the two different experimental observables, that is, anisotropy depolarization and exciton-excition annihilation times, consistently give the EEH times of 8.0 +/- 0.5 and 5.3 +/- 0.6 ps through the 1,3-phenylene linkages of 5 and 6, respectively. Accordingly, the self-assembled cyclic porphyrin arrays have proven to be well-defined two-dimensional models for natural light-harvesting complexes. 相似文献

[reaction: see text] The reaction of 2-methoxy-3H-azepines, in the presence or absence of a nucleophile, with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) gave a regioselective 1,4-adduct from which the corresponding 2H-azepine derivatives were formed via base-promoted hydrogen bromide elimination, generally in moderate to quantitative yield. Competitive formation of 4-bromo-2-methoxy-3H-azepine by electrophilic substitutuion or 3H-azepin-2-yl 2H-azepin-2-yl ether by transetherification was minimized at lower reaction temperatures. Quantitative substitution of 2-(2',4',6'-trichlorophenoxy)-2H-azepine derivatives, formed in moderate yield from the respective 3H-azepine and NBS in the presence of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (TCP), by various nucleophiles gave the corresponding 2-substituted 2H-azepine.
