阿屈酸的极性很强且热稳定性很差,因此不适合用电子轰击质谱来研究,该文研究了它的正离子和负离子电喷雾质谱的行为,结果表明阿屈酸既可作负离子电喷雾质谱分析,也可作正离子电喷雾质谱分析,且正离子电喷雾质谱分析的灵敏度高于负离子;电喷雾源内碰撞诱导解离分析时正离子和负离子的裂解方式相似,但不完全相同,且正离子有明显的[M Na]^ 峰和[M H]^ 及[M Na]^ 与M的非共价键簇离子峰,这对确定类似未知物的相对分子质量有很大的帮助。  相似文献

用高胶乙酰度的壳聚糖包埋自制的磁流体,并用戊二醛交联制成磁性壳聚糖(MCG),考察了其对稀土离子La^3 ,Nd^3 ,Eu^3 ,Lu^3 的吸附性能。探讨了溶液的酸度,体系温度,初始离子浓度对MCG吸附性能的影响;发现MCG对稀土离子的吸经纯高脱乙酰度的壳聚糖强,最高吸附率可达到99%以上,并具有良好的重复使用性;其吸附行为满足Langmuir等温式。  相似文献

The electronic singlet vertical excited states of photosynthetic reaction center (PSRC) in Rhodopseudomonas (Rps.) viridis were investigated by ZINDO and INDO/S methods. The effects of the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein on the electronic excitations were examined. The calculation results showed that the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein play an important role in reasonably assigning the experimental absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectra of PSRC in Rps. virids. By comparing the theoretically computed excited states with the experimental absorption and CD spectra, satisfactory assignments of the experimental spectroscopic peaks were achieved.  相似文献

We describe a synthetic route for the high yield production of Au nanomaterials via a simple one step reduction process. Thenoyltrifluoroacetone was used as a reducing and stabilizing agent as well for the synthesis of gold nanoparticles. The reaction rate for the formation of Au nanoparticles using thenoyltrifluoroacetone was much faster than that of any other β-diketones such as acetylacetone. By simply varying the reaction temperature and the concentration, the shape and size of the resulting Au nanocrystals were easily controlled. The colloidal state of the Au nanocrystals in water lasts several weeks without any spectral changes.  相似文献

The trifluoromethyl containing heterocycles, 2-hydroxy-4-aryl-3-(thien-2-oyl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-chromen-5(6H)-one derivatives 4, were synthesized via a one-pot three-component reaction of aldehyde 1 with 1,3-cyclohexanedione 2 and 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-(thien-2-yl)butane-1,3-dione 3 in the presence of a catalytic amount of Et3N. The effect of bases and solvents on the reaction efficiency and yield was briefly investigated. Treatment of 4 with an excess amount of NH4OAc in ethanol afforded 2-trifluoromethyl-1H-quinolin-5-one derivatives 5. Refluxing of 4 with TsOH in CHCl3 gave the corresponding dehydrated products 8.  相似文献

Seven isomorphous 1D chain Ln3+ complexes Ln(BTA)(HCOO)(H2O)3 (Ln = Pr (1), Gd (2), Eu (3), Tb (4) Dy (5), Er (6) and Yb (7)), and two formate coordinating and bridging 3D Ln3+ complexes Ln(HCOO)3 (Ln = Pr (8) and Nd (9)) have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Although the Ln3+ ions in 1-7 have different radius, the trivalent lanthanide ions in 1-7 show the same coordinated environment. The well-defined single crystal structures of 8 and 9 are first samples for formate-bridged Ln3+ metallic complexes. The luminescent properties of solid samples of 2-5 at room temperature and the magnetic property of 2 have been also reported and discussed in this paper.  相似文献

A series of novel unsymmetrically N,N'-substituted ureas were synthesized from dehydroabietic acid and their structures were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Three six-membered rings of urea 4c exhibited plane, half-chair and chair configurations, respectively. Their cytotoxicity activities against SMMC7721 liver cancer cells were evaluated by MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) method. The results showed that the title compounds exhibited highly effective cytotoxicity activities against SMMC7721 cells. Their IC50 values are between 8.8 and 14.2 micromol/l. The change of N' substituted groups resulted little difference to the cytotoxicity activities of ureas, which indicated that the cytotoxicity of this kind of ureas depend strongly on the tricyclic hydrophenanthrene structure.  相似文献

Four new heterometallic coordination polymers have been successfully synthesized, namely, {[Ho(2)(HCAM)(6)Mn(3)(H(2)O)(12)].17.5H(2)O}(n) (1), {[Er(2)(HCAM)(6)Mn(3)(H(2)O)(12)].17.5H(2)O}(n) (2), {[Ho(2)(HCAM)(6)Zn(3)(H(2)O)(12)].26H(2)O}(n) (3), and {[Er(2)(HCAM)(6)Zn(3)(H(2)O)(12)].26H(2)O}(n) (4) (H(3)CAM = chelidamic acid). X-ray crystallographic studies reveal that coordination polymers 1-4 are isostructural and crystallized in the rhombohedral crystal system, space group R3. These compounds comprise a 2D honeycomb-type framework. A 2D water sheet is first found in 3 and 4, which exhibits a novel topological motif. The magnetic results for 1-4 show that ferromagnetic interactions take place between the Ho(3+)/Er(3+) and Mn(2+) ions within 1 and 2.  相似文献

The explicit polarization (X-Pol) potential is an electronic-structure-based polarization force field, designed for molecular dynamics simulations and modeling of biopolymers. In this approach, molecular polarization and charge transfer effects are explicitly treated by a combined quantum mechanical and molecular mechanical (QM/MM) scheme, and the wave function of the entire system is variationally optimized by a double self-consistent field (DSCF) method. In the present article, we introduce a QM buffer zone for a smooth transition from a QM region to an MM region. Instead of using the Mulliken charge approximation for all QM/MM interactions, the Coulombic interactions between the adjacent fragments are determined directly by electronic structure theory. The present method is designed to accelerate the speed of convergence of the total energy and charge density of the system.  相似文献
