This article presents both theoretical and experimental studies on the superharmonic generation and its imaging in biological tissues. A superharmonic component is defined as a summation of the third-, fourth-, and fifth-order harmonics. A superharmonic signal is produced using an 8-mm-diam, 2.5-MHz planar piston source that is excited by eight-cycle, 2.5-MHz tone bursts. Axial and lateral field distributions of the superharmonic component and the second harmonic are first calculated based on the nonlinear KZK model and then compared with those experimentally determined at two different source pressures of 0.5 and 1 MPa. Results indicate that the amplitude of the superharmonic component can exceed that of the second harmonic, depending on the axial distance and the fundamental pressure amplitude. Also, the 3-dB beamwidth of the superharmonic component is about 23% narrower than that of the second harmonic. Additional experiments are performed in vitro using liver and fatty tissues in transmission mode and produced two-dimensional images using the fundamental, the second harmonic, and the superharmonic signals. Although the clinical applicability of this work still needs to be assessed, these results indicate that the superharmonic image quality is better than that of the other two images.  相似文献

Using of data collected with the CLEO-c detector, we report on first observations and measurements of Cabibbo-suppressed decays of D mesons in the following six decay modes: pi+ pi- pi0 pi0, pi+ pi+ pi- pi- pi0, pi+ pi0 pi0, pi+ pi+ pi- pi0, eta pi0, and omega pi+ pi-. Improved branching fraction measurements in eight other multipion decay modes are also presented. The measured D --> pi pi rates allow us to extract the ratio of isospin amplitudes A(DeltaI = (3/2) / A(DeltaI = (1/2)) = 0.420 +/- 0.014(stat) +/- 0.016(syst) and the strong phase shift of delta1 = (86.4 +/- 2.8 +/- 3.3) degrees, which is quite large and now more precisely determined.  相似文献

针对坐落于意大利帕维亚大学的TRIGA Mark II反应堆热柱结构进行优化设计,从而满足面向硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)的单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPECT)研究要求。为提高计算效率并减小统计误差,对比分析使用SSW/SSR方法与直接使用反应堆为源项时热柱内照射位置处中子能谱,其结果基本一致,从而验证了SSW/SSR方法的可靠性。为在该反应堆开展BNCT中SPECT实验,热柱中子束需准直为笔形束。对比分析四种热柱优化方案下束流口处及探测器处热中子和光子通量:40 cm长石墨(射束口5 cm3 cm);0.5 cm厚硼包裹40 cm长石墨(射束口5 cm3 cm);30 cm长天然锂聚乙烯(射束口直径4 cm);30 cm长天然锂聚乙烯(20 cm长射束口直径5 cm,5 cm长射束口直径4 cm,5 cm长射束口直径2 cm)。结果显示,射束口处热中子通量分别为1.05108,2.52107,6.08107和5.10 107 #/(cm2s)。综合考虑中子准直效果及光子污染,方案三具有最优性能。为后续进行BNCT-SPECT理论和实验研究提供了基础,从而有效促进BNCT剂量准确评估方法的研究进程。  相似文献

心电信号分类是医疗保健领域的重要研究内容.针对大多数方法不能很好地降低样本数量少的类别漏诊率,以及降低预处理操作的复杂性问题,提出了一种基于改进深度残差收缩网络(IDRSN)的心电信号分类算法(即DRSL算法).首先,使用合成少数类过采样技术(SMOTE)扩充数量少的类别样本,从而解决了类不平衡问题;其次,利用改进深度残差收缩网络提取空间特征,其残差模块可以避免网络层加深造成的过拟合,压缩激励和软阈值化子网络可以提取重要局部特征并自动去除噪声;然后,通过长短期记忆网络(LSTM)提取时间特征;最后,利用全连接网络输出分类结果.在MIT-BIH心律失常数据集上的实验结果表明,该算法的分类性能优于IDRSN、DRSN、GAN+2DCNN、CNN+LSTM_ATTENTION、SE-CNN-LSTM分类算法.  相似文献

提出了一种用于低碎屑激光等离子体软X射线光谱测试的球面光栅单色仪的光学设计方案。其设计思想是通过改变衍射光栅的偏向角使入射狭缝在所要求的波段范围内都能准确聚焦在出缝处,分析了系统的在数对单色仪技术指标的影响,优化了设计方案,使系统在13nm处的分辨率λ/Δλ≥2000(狭缝开启50um)。  相似文献

Two-dimensional numerical research has been carried out on the ablation effects of titanium target irradiated by intense pulsed ion beam (IPIB) generated by TEMP II accelerator. Temporal and spatial evolution of the ablation process of the target during a pulse time has been simulated. We have come to the conclusion that the melting and evaporating process begin from the surface and the target is ablated layer by layer when the target is irradiated by the IPIB. Meanwhile, we also obtained the result that the average ablation velocity in target central region is about 10\,m/s, which is far less than the ejection velocity of the plume plasma formed by irradiation. Different effects have been compared to the different ratio of the ions and different energy density of IPIB while the target is irradiated by pulsed beams.  相似文献

We studied the influence of focusing depth on the index change threshold and damage threshold of silica glass irradiated by a focused 120 fs laser beam. Both thresholds increased with the focusing depth. The aspect ratio of the waveguide cross section can be selected by changing the focusing depth. A 5 mm long waveguide was written at the depth of 2100 μm, which was single mode at 632.8 nm and exhibited propagation loss of 0.56 dB/cm. The refractive index change was calculated to be ∼2.47×10-3. A new type of partial-dielectric-loaded rectangular waveguide grating slow-wave structure (SWS) for millimeter wave traveling wave tube (TWT) is presented in this paper. The radio-frequency characteristics including the dispersion properties, the longitudinal electric field distribution and the beam-wave coupling impedance of this structure are analyzed. The results show that the dispersion of the rectangular waveguide grating circuit is weakened, the phase velocity is reduced and the position of the maximum E z is basically invariant after partially filling the dielectric materials in the rectangular waveguide grating SWS. Although the coupling impedance decreases a little, it still keeps above 40 Ω.  相似文献
