We have developed a new method to simultaneously determine five marker compounds in Menthae Herba via HPLC/PDA – including hesperidin (1), rosmarinic acid (2), diosmin (3), didymin (4) and buddleoside (5). The newly developed method was successfully used to analyse for two species (Mentha arvensis L. and Mentha haplocalyx Briq.) of Menthae Herba, and the satisfactory results were obtained from the validation of developed method. The pattern analysis could greatly discriminate between M. arvensis L. and M. haplocalyx Briq. In conclusion, the proposed HPLC/PDA method is suitable for quality evaluation of Menthae Herba.  相似文献

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder caused by loss-of-function mutations to the gene encoding the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) protein. Ivacaftor (1) was the first therapeutic approved for the treatment of CF that is able to restore gating activity to certain CFTR variants although the mechanism of action is poorly understood. Herein we describe the synthesis of a photoaffinity labelling (PAL) probe (2) based on the structure of ivacaftor incorporating a photoreactive diazirine moiety for use in labelling studies designed to identify the binding site for ivacaftor on mutant CFTR. The PAL probe 2 retained potentiation activity, with a potency similar to 1, using a Fluorescent Imaging Plate Reader (FLIPR®) assay measuring ion conductance potentiation of wild type (Wt)-CFTR. Photolabelling experiments with human serum albumin (HSA) as a model protein have shown that probe 2 can label HSA in a manner consistent with observed and predicted binding.  相似文献

Sesterterpenoids are a relatively rare class of plant terpenes. Sesterterpene synthase (STS)‐mediated cyclization of the linear C25 isoprenoid precursor geranylfarnesyl diphosphate (GFPP) defines sesterterpene scaffolds. So far only a very limited number of STSs have been characterized. The discovery of three new plant STSs is reported that produce a suite of sesterterpenes with unprecedented 6/11/5 and 6/6/7/5 fused ring systems when transiently co‐expressed with a GFPP synthase in Nicotiana benthamiana. Structural elucidation, feeding experiments, and quantum chemical calculations suggest that these STSs catalyze an unusual cyclization path involving reprotonation, intramolecular 1,6 proton transfer, and concerted but asynchronous bicyclization events. The cyclization is diverted from those catalyzed by the characterized plant STSs by forming unified 15/5 bicyclic sesterterpene intermediates. Mutagenesis further revealed a conserved amino acid residue implicated in reprotonation.  相似文献

We achieved vertically aligned (VA) liquid crystals (LCs) on aluminum oxide (Al2O3) films deposited via e-beam evaporation using a rubbing treatment. Uniform and vertical LC alignment was achieved and high thermal stability was obtained using these substrates. By analyzing measurements from optical retardations, we confirm that the LC orientation is adjustable using rubbing treatment. The superior electro-optical characteristics of the VA cells based on Al2O3 films are measured and compared with those based on polyimide layers, indicating that this approach will allow the fabrication of high-performance, advanced LC displays using a conventional rubbing process.  相似文献

Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) are defined as mixtures of certain molar ratios of natural compounds such as sugars, organic acids, amino acids, and organic bases that are abundant in organisms. The melting points of these mixtures are considerably lower than those of their individual ingredients and far below ambient temperature. The first publications on the NADES concept in 2011 created a great expectation regarding their potential as green solvents that could replace conventional organic solvents in a wide range of applications. This was largely because many of the drawbacks of conventional synthetic ionic liquids (ILs) and deep eutectic solvents (DESs), particularly their toxicity and environmental hazards, could be solved using NADESs. Throughout the last 7 years, the interest in NADESs has increased enormously as reflected by the exponential growth of the number of related publications. The research on NADESs has rapidly expanded particularly into the evaluation of the feasibility of their application in diverse fields such as the extraction of (targeted) bioactive compounds from natural sources, as media for enzymatic or chemical reactions, preservatives of labile compounds, or as vehicles of non–water-soluble compounds for pharmaceutical purposes. Along with the exploration of these potential applications, there have been a large number of other studies related to their physicochemical features, the search for new NADESs, the research into the interactions between NADES components or with solutes, the recovery of solutes from NADES solutions, and the ways of circumventing inherent problems of NADESs such as their high viscosity and the consequent difficulties in handling them. This article contains a review of the applications of NADESs as extraction solvents, reaction media, and preservative, providing also a perspective of their future.  相似文献

It is shown that the set of heteroclinic orbits between two periodic orbits of saddle-node type induces functional moduli which are completely contained in a new `transition map'. For one-dimensional diffeomorphisms with saddle-node periodic points, two such diffeomorphisms are conjugated if and only if the transition maps of their heteroclinic orbits are the same. An equivalent transition map is given for diffeomorphisms with hyperbolic periodic points, and it is shown that this transition map is an invariant of conjugation. However, in this case the transition map alone is sufficient to guarantee conjugacy only in a limited sense.

For each [0, 1] we consider the Dirichlet form and the associated Dirichlet operator for the Gibbs measure of quantum unbounded spin systems interacting via superstable and regular potential. The Gibbs measure is related to the Gibbs state of the system via a (functional) Euclidean integral procedure. The configuration space for the spin systems is given by We formulate Dirichlet forms in the framework of rigged Hilbert spaces which are related to the space . Under appropriate conditions on the potential, we show that the Dirichlet operator is essentially self-adjoint on the domain of smooth cylinder functions. We give sufficient conditions on the potential so that the corresponding Gibbs measure is uniformly log-concave (ULC). This property gives the spectral gap of the Dirichlet operator at the lower end of the spectrum. Furthermore, we prove that under the conditions of (ULC), the unique Gibbs measure satisfies the log-Sobolev inequality (LS). We use an approximate argument used in the study of the same subjects for loop spaces, which in turn is a modification of the method originally developed by S. Albeverio, Yu. G. Kondratiev, and M.
