A fast automatic calibration system for a sound level meter in an anechoic environment has been developed. The precise and fast generation of the constant frequency-independent acoustic pressure field and reduction of digital voltmeter readout to sound pressure level were achieved by a newly designed software algorithm, assuming the system linearity. The performance test justified the assumed linearity, and showed that the searching speed was sufficiently fast within the small error limit.  相似文献

Effects of multi-step rapid thermal annealing of plasma-deposited amorphous silicon films on Corning 7059 glass are investigated. A three-step rapid thermal annealing for 10 s/step at 730° C after film deposition reduces the activation energy of electrical conductivity for silicon films from 0.64 to 0.51 eV and causes (111) grain growth with a size of 1500 Å, which is determined using scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry.  相似文献

In this paper, a design method of an iris-coupled waveguide bandpass filter having 0.1 dB passband ripple and 3.5% ripple bandwidth at the center frequency of 41 GHz is described. Mode matching method is used to analyze H-plane discontinuity of waveguide and an equivalent circuit of the thick inductive obstacle is obtained from the results of the analysis. Simulation and experimental results show the validity of waveguide bandpass filter design method using mode matching method.  相似文献

In this study, poly(vinylidene fluoride‐co‐chlorotrifluoroethylene)‐graft‐poly(oxyethylene methacrylate), P(VDF‐co‐CTFE)‐g‐POEM, an amphiphilic comb copolymer with hydrophobic P(VDF‐co‐CTFE) backbone and hydrophilic POEM side chains at 73:27 wt % was synthesized. The POEM side chains were grafted from the P(VDF‐co‐CTFE) mainchain backbone via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using direct initiation of the chlorine atoms in CTFE units. Synthesis of microphase‐separated P(VDF‐co‐CTFE)‐g‐POEM comb copolymer was successful, as confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), FTIR spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Nanocomposite films were prepared using the comb copolymer as a template film and the in situ reduction of AgCF3SO3 precursor to silver nanoparticles under UV irradiation. Silver nanoparticles with 4–8 nm in average size were in situ created in the solid state template film, as revealed by TEM, UV–visible spectroscopy, and wide angle X‐ray scattering (WAXS). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) presented the selective incorporation and the in situ growth of silver nanoparticles within the hydrophilic POEM domains of microphase‐separated comb copolymer film. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The following noble series of soluble π‐conjugated statistical copolymers was synthesized by palladium catalyzed Suzuki polymerization: poly[(9,9‐dioctylfluorene)‐alt‐(4,7‐bis(3′,3′‐dihepyl‐3,4‐propylenedioxythienyl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)] (PFO‐PTBT) derived from poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) (PFO) and poly[(4,7‐bis(3′,3′‐dihepyl‐3,4‐propylenedioxythienyl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)] poly(heptyl4‐PTBT). The structure and properties of these polymers were characterized using 1H‐, 13C‐NMR, UV–visible spectroscopy, elemental analysis, GPC, DSC, TGA, photoluminescence (PL), and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The statistical copolymers, PFO‐PTBT (9:1, 8.4:1.6, 6.5:3.5), were soluble in common organic solvents and easily spin coated onto indium‐tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrates. The weight‐average molecular weight (Mw) and polydispersity of the PFO‐PTBT ranged from (1.0–4.2) × 104 and 1.5–2.3, respectively. Bulk heterojunction photovoltaic cells with an ITO/PEDOT/PFO‐PTBT:PCBM/LiF/Al configuration were fabricated, and the devices using PFOPTBT (6.5:3.5) showed the best performance compared with those using PFO‐PTBT (9:1, 8.4:1.6). A maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.50% (Voc = 0.66 V, FF = 0.29) was achieved with PFO‐PTBT (6.5:3.5). © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A nonaqueous dispersion of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) was prepared with the use of polymeric ionic liquid (PIL) as a polymerization template and phase transfer medium. A detailed investigation was performed to understand the role of PIL in the course of polymerization and phase transfer reaction. On the basis of our findings from X‐ray photoelectric spectroscopy (XPS), we propose a mechanism by which the PIL leads to the nanostructured PEDOT colloids in various organic solvents and thus facilitating smoother surface morphologies of the PEDOT‐PIL films. In addition, the enhancement of charge transport was observed for PEDOT‐PIL complex when compared with PEDOT without PIL. Raman spectroscopy indicates that there is a reduced interaction between the charge carriers on the PEDOT and the counter ions bound to PIL, thus promoting charge carrier hopping rates. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The thermoreversible gelation of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/propylene carbonate (PC) solution was investigated by calorimetric, thermomechanical, optical, and rheological measurements. Two endothermic signals are observed for PAN/PC gels in DSC thermograms, and the peak temperature of the higher melting endotherm coincides with the gel melting temperature determined from the TMA thermogram. SEM micrographs show that the overall structure is separated into two phases and is composed of sperical domains, which may be formed upon passing through the thermodynamically unstable or metastable state via the liquid-liquid phase separation. The gelation rate increases with the aging temperature. This is also discussed on the basis of the elasticity theory of the fishnet gel. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
