Constructing uniform covalent organic framework (COF) film on substrates for electronic devices is highly desirable. Here, a simple and mild strategy is developed to prepare them by polymerization on a solid-liquid interface. The universality of the method is confirmed by the successful preparation of five COF films with different microstructures. These films have large lateral size, controllable thickness, and high crystalline quality. And COF patterns can also be directly achieved on substrates via hydrophilic and hydrophobic interface engineering, which is in favor of preparing device array. For application studies, the PyTTA-TPA (PyTTA: 4,4′,4′′,4′′′-(1,3,6,8-Tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)pyrene and TPA: terephthalaldehyde) COF film has a high photoresponsivity of 59.79 μA W−1 at 420 nm for photoelectrochemical (PEC) detection. When employed as an active material for optoelectronic synaptic devices for the first attempt, it shows excellent light-stimulated synaptic plasticity properties such as short-term plasticity (STP), long-term plasticity (LTP), and the conversion of STP to LTP, which can be used to simulate biological synaptic functions. 相似文献

太赫兹回旋管可实现高功率输出,并具有一定的频率调谐范围,是核磁共振波谱系统理想的高功率太赫兹辐射源。设计了263 GHz,TE5,2基波连续调谐回旋管,通过磁场调节实现频率调谐范围为1.39 GHz,利用时域多模多频自洽非线性理论对设计的连续调谐回旋管非稳定振荡状态进行了研究。结果表明,在低次纵向谐波模式工作磁场范围内,当工作电流大于起振电流时,连续调谐回旋管先进入稳定状态,高次纵向谐波模式被抑制,工作模式TE5,2的输出功率随时间不变;当电流增大,纵向谐波模式间的竞争引起回旋管由稳定状态进入到非稳定振荡状态,工作模式TE5,2的输出功率随时间呈振荡变化且互作用效率大大降低;随着电流的进一步增大,回旋管又回到与低电流不同的稳定状态,互作用效率进一步降低。同时发现非稳定振荡状态的起始电流随着磁场增加而增大。本研究对需工作于稳定状态的面向DNP-NMR应用的连续调谐太赫兹回旋管的研制具有一定指导意义。 相似文献

The optimization of structure and composition is essential to improve the performance of catalysts. Herein, mesoporous nanoparticles assembled PdNi/Ni nanotubes (mPdNi/Ni NTs) are successfully fabricated using nickel nanowires as sacrificial template. The combination of nanotubular structure with mesoporous nanoparticle morphology can provide facilitated transfer channels and sufficient active sites, allowing the full contact and reaction between catalysts and reactants. Therefore, the synthesized mPdNi/Ni NTs exhibite superior ethanol oxidation performance to mesoporous Pd nanotubes and commercial Pd black. This study proposes a rational strategy for the development of nanoparticle assembled nanotubes with surface mesoporous morphology, which can greatly improve catalytic performance in various electrocatalytic fields. 相似文献

Instrumented indentation tests using both constant loading rate (CLR) and continuous stiffness measurement (CSM) operation modes were performed to investigate the deformation mechanism and their sensitivity to the deformation rate in semi-crystalline polymers through the quantitative analysis of load-depth loading and unloading curves. The strain rate was constant during the CSM tests, while the strain rate decreased with the increasing of loading time in CLR tests. The mechanical response mechanism of the semi-crystalline polymers to these tests was very complicated because of the combined effects of strain-hardening in the crystal phase and strain-softening in the amorphous phase. Results show that the loading index m reflects the strain-hardening or strain-softening response during indentation. When m > 2, the mechanical response was due to the strain-hardening, and when m < 2, the response was due to strain-softening. A method based on the measured contact hardness was proposed to obtain the unloading stiffness, and the other mechanical parameters could then be determined according to the unloading stiffness. 相似文献

Precisely determining the intracellular concentrations of metabolites and signaling molecules is critical in studying cell biology. Fluorogenic RNA‐based sensors have emerged to detect various targets in living cells. However, it is still challenging to apply these genetically encoded sensors to quantify the cellular concentrations and distributions of targets. Herein, using a pair of orthogonal fluorogenic RNA aptamers, DNB and Broccoli, we engineered a modular sensor system to apply the DNB‐to‐Broccoli fluorescence ratio to quantify the cell‐to‐cell variations of target concentrations. These ratiometric sensors can be broadly applied for live‐cell imaging and quantification of metabolites, signaling molecules, and other synthetic compounds. 相似文献

Mimicking the superstructures and functions of natural chiral materials is beneficial to understand specific biological activities in living organisms and broaden applications in the fields of chemistry and materials sciences. However, it is still a great challenge to construct water-soluble, double-helical polymers with multiple responsiveness. Herein, we report for the first time a straightforward, general strategy to address this issue by taking advantage of Passerini multicomponent polymerization-induced assembly (PMPIA). The polymerization-induced generation of supramolecular interactions in chiral α-acyloxy amides drives the assembly of polymers and improves their stability in various solvents. This double-helical polymer is sensitive to metal ions, temperature, pH, and solvents, making both the superstructure and the AIE effect reversibly adjustable. Meanwhile, the hydrogen-bonding-assisted cyclization of photolabile α-acyloxy amides accelerates the degradation of helical polymers under visible-light irradiation. It is anticipated that this novel PMPIA strategy opens new horizons to inspire the design of advanced chiral/helical polymers with multiple functions.Passerini multicomponent polymerization-induced assembly is reported to design a water-soluble, AIE-active, double-helical polymer with reversible multi-responsiveness to external stimuli and rapid visible-light degradability. 相似文献

We developed a novel, convenient and low-cost one-pot strategy for preparing a zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8)–silica hybrid monolithic column by adding ZIF-8 directly to a polymer solution of the silica matrix. The simulated stationary phase and monolithic column prepared under optimal conditions were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis nitrogen physisorption and zeta potential. The results obtained confirmed the successful introduction of ZIF-8 into the silica monolithic column, and the prepared monolithic column exhibited good permeability and physicochemical stability. A capillary electrochromatography method was developed based on a ZIF-8–silica hybrid monolithic column through which 15 mixed amino acids, 4 neutral compounds, 4 nipagin esters and 2 chlorinated fungicides were separated in 14, 5, 7 and 6 min, respectively, under optimal conditions. The relative standard deviations retention times and column efficiencies in run-to-run, day-to-day and column-to-column varied in the ranges of 1.90%–2.21%, 2.13%–2.51% and 3.08%–6.65%, respectively, which demonstrated that ZIF-8–silica hybrid monolithic column exhibited satisfactory reproducibility and stability. The incorporation of ZIF-8 into a silica monolithic column is a promising method for preparing novel monolithic columns composed of a metal–organic framework. 相似文献
