Approximate analytical expressions of apertured broadband beams in the far field

The approximate analytical expressions of the apertured broadband beams in the far field with Gaussian and Laguerre-Gaussian spatial modes are presented.For the radially polarized Laguerre-Gaussian beam,the result reveals that the electromagnetic field in the far field is transverse magnetic.The influences of bandwidth(Γ) and truncation parameter(C 0) on the transverse intensity distribution of the Gaussian beam and on the energy flux distribution of radially polarized Laguerre-Gaussian beam are analysed.     

基于ARM的核磁共振波谱仪气动温控系统设计

提出了一种基于ARM（Advanced RISC Machine,先进精简指令计算机）的核磁共振波谱仪气动温控系统设计方案. 该控制系统以ARM为控制器,利用其内嵌的CAN控制器实现CAN总线通信,通过PID控制算法控制气流和温度,实现控制NMR实验样品的更换和旋转,检测并控制样品的温度等功能. 该设计方案具有系统控制灵活、控制精度高以及成本低的优点.      

Effects of rapid thermal annealing on the optical properties of InAs/(In)GaAs quantum dots with different areal density

The effects of rapid thermal annealing on the optical properties of InAs/(In)GaAs quantum dots (QDs) with different areal density were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) measurement. The annealing results in PL peak energy blue-shift which strongly depends on QD areal density and capping layer. It is noticeable that low-density QDs and/or InGaAs-capped QDs are more sensitive to the annealing. We attribute the larger energy blue-shift from these samples to enhanced strain-driven diffusion and/or defect-assisted diffusion.     

一种目标区域最佳椭圆描述方法

目标的最佳描述区域对于建立目标特征、目标跟踪、目标轮廓求取具有非常重要的意义。针对这类问题,提出了一种目标区域最佳椭圆描述确定方法。新方法首先根据目标和背景的差别确定出目标区域,然后利用尺度空间理论计算出目标的最佳椭圆描述。实验表明：新算法可以有效、准确地确定出目标包含区域的大小和方向。     

Determination of Orientations in Deformed U--U Collisions at 0.52GeV/u

The ART model is applied to study the deformed UU collision at HIRFL-CSR energy area corresponding to the high baryon density region in the QCD phase diagram. The time evolution of central baryon (energy) densities in central collisions at E_b =0.52GeV/u shows that different orientation collisions will lead to different lifetimes of high density, especially tip--tip UU collisions which have an extend lifetime for the high density phase by almost a factor of 2 compared to the body--body orientation collisions. In order to pick out the interesting tip--tip like events from a mass of random orientation collisions, we study the relation between stopping power R and impact parameter b in different orientation collisions and find that it can enhance the purity of tip--tip like events when R increases. Therefore, the high density and long lifetime events can be effectively distinguished by R selection.     

Optical properties of Er:SrMoO4 single crystal

Er³⁺:SrMoO₄ crystal of high optical quality was grown by the Czochralski method. The room temperature polarized absorption and emission spectra together with the lifetime decay curve were measured. Based on the Judd-Ofelt theory, three intensity parameters, radiative transition rates, radiative lifetimes and fluorescent branching ratios, were obtained. Emission cross-section and gain cross-section around 1.54 μm were also obtained.     

Global energy spectra of bands and density of states in a class of two-tile systems

Electronic properties of a general class of one-dimensional two-tile systems are calculated exactly. The systems containing periodic crystals, generalized Fibonacci quasicrystals, generalized Thue-Morse aperiodic lattices and even other two-tile aperiodic lattices, can be divided into two different families which are constructed by the inflation rules: {A, B}{A ^m11 B ^m12,A ^m21 B ^m22} and {A, B}{A ⁿ¹¹ B ⁿ¹²,B ⁿ²¹ A ⁿ²²}, respectively. As typical examples, global spectra of bands and density of states in some two-tile aperiodic systems are numerically calculated. Some interesting properties are obtained.
