The reaction of ortho-alkynylated benzaldehydes 1 with allyltrimethylsilane under the Pd(OAc)2-CuCl2 catalyst system gave the isochromene derivatives 2 together with the chlorinated products 3. When the reaction was conducted in the presence of half equiv of H2O, the formation of 3 was suppressed and 2 was obtained in good to high yields. When the reaction of 1a was carried out with trimethylsilylcyanide instead of allylsilane, the cyano group-substituted isochromene 9 was obtained in 94% yield.  相似文献

Synthetic, structural, spectroscopic, and kinetic studies have been carried out on the Pd(II) complexes of new 2N1O-donor ligands containing a pendent indole, 3-(N-2-pyridylmethyl-N-2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylamino)ethylindole (HMeO-iepp), 3-(N-2-pyridylmethyl-N-2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzylamino)ethylindole (HNO2-iepp), and (N-2-pyridylmethyl-3-indolylethylamino)acetic acid (Hiepc) (H denotes a dissociable proton). [Pd(MeO-iepp)Cl] (2), [Pd(NO2-iepp)Cl] (3), and [Pd(iepc)Cl] (4) were prepared and revealed by X-ray analysis to have a pyridine nitrogen, an amine nitrogen, a phenolate or carboxylate oxygen, and a chloride ion in the coordination plane. UV absorption and 1H NMR spectral changes indicated that all the complexes could be converted to the indole-binding complexes where the O donor was replaced by the indole C2 atom by cyclopalladation in DMSO or DMF in the temperature range of 40-60 degrees C. Formation of the indole-binding complex species obeyed the first-order kinetics, from which the activation parameters were estimated. The formation rate was dependent on the properties of the O-donor group, a lower pKa value of its conjugate acid causing faster conversion to the indole-binding species in the order 2 (methoxyphenolate) < 3 (nitrophenolate) < 4 (carboxylate). On the other hand, the ratio of the indole-binding complex to the O-donor complex as a result of the conversion was greater for the complexes with a higher pKa value of the ligand OH group, the order being 2 > 3 > 4.  相似文献

A dicopper(I) complex supported by a novel asymmetric pentapyridine dinucleating ligand, consisting of tetradentate and tridentate metal-binding sites, has been synthesized and characterized. The dicopper(I) complex reacted with molecular oxygen at a low temperature to give an unprecedented mu-peroxo dicopper(II) complex presumably having a mu-eta1:eta2 binding mode, the spectroscopic features and the reactivity of which have been explored in detail.  相似文献

We herein report comparative analysis of two versions of the biosynthetic gene clusters of antimycins, a natural product family possessing up to 44 distinct entities. The biosynthetic pathway of antimycins is amenable to the high structural variation of the substrates, supported by successes in heterologous expression of the ant cluster and in fluorine incorporation. The latter facilitated the investigation of the structure-activity relationship into the usually invariable 3-formamidosalicylic acid moiety of the molecules.  相似文献

In the first part of this study, the stability of five terpenes (alpha-pinene, limonene, camphor, citronellol, and carvacrol) under subcritical water conditions was investigated. The stability studies were carried out at four different temperatures (100, 150, 200, and 250 degrees C) with two different heating times (30 and 300 min). When water temperature was increased, the degradation of terpenes became more serious. Prolonged exposure time to each heating temperature also caused decreased terpene stability. The terpene recoveries were determined by conducting subcritical water extraction of sand spiked with terpenes. The recoveries are typically around 70 to 80% for extractions at 100 degrees C. Terpene recoveries were decreased with increasing water temperature due to poorer stability of terpenes. After the degradation and recovery studies, basil and oregano leaves were extracted using water at both 100 and 150 degrees C. The concentrations of each individual terpene in the water extract generally ranged from trace quantity to 65 microg terpene/g herb. However, the concentration of carvacrol in the oregano-water extract at 150 degrees C was found to be as high as 4270 microg carvacrol/g oregano.  相似文献

A series of cobalt(II) complexes having terpyridine derivatives such as 2,2:6,2″-terpyridine (1), 4,4,4″-tBu3-2,2:6,2″-terpyridine (2), 5,5″-Me2-2,2:6,2″-terpyridine (3), 6,6″-Me2-2,2:6,2″-terpyridine (4) and 6,6″-(3,5-Me2C6H3)2-2,2:6,2″-terpyridine (5) was synthesized. The structures of 1, 3, and 4 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The coordination sphere around the cobalt center in 1 can be described as pseudo square pyramidal. On the other hand, complex 4 has pseudo trigonal bipyramidal structure. Upon activation with d-MAO (dried-methylaluminoxane), these complexes showed high activities for the polymerization of norbornene (NBE). In particular, polymerization of NBE with 4/d-MAO system at room temperature resulted in quantitative yield within several hours to give the polymers with relatively narrow molecular weight distributions and controlled molecular weight. The polymerizations of NBE with these cobalt catalyst systems proceeded in vinyl addition polymerization, which was confirmed by 1H NMR spectra of the resulting polymers.  相似文献

1,7-Enynes 1, connected through an aromatic ring and bearing a leaving methoxy group at the 4-position, underwent the PtBr(2)-catalyzed enyne metathesis followed by aromatization in one pot to afford vinyl naphthalenes 3 in good to acceptable yields. The cyclobutene intermediate 11a and another intermediate 2a were isolated, indicating that PtBr(2) acts as a dual role catalyst: (1) as a transition metal catalyst, it induces the enyne metathesis to produce 11a starting from 1a, and (2) as a Lewis acid catalyst, it facilitates elimination of MeOH from 2a to give the aromatized product 3a.  相似文献

The formation of a cocrystallized coordination compound, [Pd(3)(D-pen)(3)](2)·[M(en)(3)](ClO(4))(3) (D-H(2)pen = D-penicillamine; M = Co(III) or Rh(III)), from [Pd(3)(D-pen)(3)] and [M(en)(3)](ClO(4))(3) is reported. In this compound, only the Δ-configurational [M(en)(3)](3+) cations were incorporated when its racemic (Δ/Λ) isomer was employed. Besides this enantioselective incorporation of complex cations, this compound was found to show the selective incorporation of ClO(4)(-) as the anion species.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cyclization–allylation reaction of ortho-azido propynylbenzenes 1 and allyl methyl carbonate 2d gives the corresponding allylated quinolines in moderate to good yields. The reaction of 1-azido-2-(2-propynyl)benzene 1a proceeds smoothly with 10 mol % Pd(PPh3)4 and 5 equiv K3PO4 or NaOAc in DMF at 100 °C to afford 3,4-diallylquinoline 3a in 69% yield in the case of R2 = H and 3-allylquinoline 4 in 67% yield in the case of R2 ≠ H.  相似文献
