The (4n+3)-dimensional sphere S4n+3 can be viewed as the boundary of the quaternionic hyperbolic space and the group PSp(n+1,1) of quaternionic hyperbolic isometries extends to a real analytic transitive action on S4n+3. We call the pair (PSp(n+1,1),S4n+3) a spherical Q C-C geometry. A manifold M locally modelled on this geometry is said to be a spherical Q C-C manifold. We shall classify all pairs (G,M) where G is a three-dimensional connected Lie group which acts smoothly and almost freely on a compact spherical Q C-C manifold M, preserving the geometric structure. As an application, we shall determine all compact 3-pseudo-Sasakian manifolds admitting spherical Q C-C structures.  相似文献

We investigated the application of alkylamines, as additives to the mobile phase, to a quantification method for the metabolites, M-III and M-IV, of TAK-778, which is a new bone anabolic agent, in human serum using liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). Prior to setting up the analytical method, we found that 1-alkylamines co-existing with M-III and M-IV in the turbo ionsprayed solution formed 1-alkylammonium adduct molecules of these metabolites during the ionization process, and the abundance of the adduct ions was considerably higher than that of protonated molecules ([M + H](+)s) of these metabolites. Based on these findings, we investigated a variety of 1-alkylamines and their spiked concentrations in the mobile phase for LC/MS/MS analysis to obtain higher sensitivities for the quantification of these metabolites. After these examinations, we found that 1-hexylamine at a final concentration of 0.05 mmol l(-1) was the most suitable additive for the mobile phase, and set the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) ions for the 1-hexylammonium adduct molecule and [M + H](+), allowing about a fivefold gain in the SRM chromatographic peak compared with that without 1-hexylamine. The adduct ion was considered to be formed by interaction between the amino group of 1-hexylamine and the phosphoryl group of M-III and M-IV. The internal standard (I.S.) used was deuterated M-III for each metabolite. The analytes and I.S. were extracted with diethyl ether from serum samples at neutral pH and injected into the LC/MS/MS system with a turbo ionspray interface. The limit of quantification for both analytes was 0.5 ng ml(-1) when 0.1 ml of serum was used, and the calibration curves were linear in the range 0.5-100 ng ml(-1). The method was precise; the intra- and inter-day precisions of the method were not more than 5.6%. The accuracy of the method was good, with deviations between added and calculated concentrations of M-III and M-IV being typically within 16.6%. This method provided reliable pharmacokinetic data for M-III and M-IV after the intramuscular administration of TAK-778 sustained-release formulation in humans.  相似文献

Asymmetric crownophanes having a chiral binaphthyl unit and two phenolic hydroxyl groups were thermally synthesized from the corresponding macrocyclic ethers via tandem Claisen rearrangement. Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic studies and HPLC experiments confirmed that little racemization of these crownophanes occurred during the thermal rearrangement. The association constants for the interaction of the chiral crownophanes with the enantiomers of phenylethylamine, phenylglycinol, and phenylalaninol were determined by a 1H NMR titration method in CD2Cl2. As a result, the 27 membered crownophane has some chiral recognition for phenylglycinol.  相似文献

The purpose of this note is to show that the complex two-dimensional locally conformal Kähler solvmanifold obtained by L. de Andres, Fernandez, Mencia and Cordero is holomorphically homothetic to the Inoue surface equipped with the locally conformal Kähler structure constructed by Tricerri. Preparation of natural rubber (NR) with a soft nanomatrix structure was made by graft-copolymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) onto deproteinized natural rubber with tert-butyl hydroperoxide/tetraetylenepentamine in latex stage. The resulting graft-copolymer of deproteinized natural rubber and poly (butyl acrylate) (DPNR-graft-PBA) was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Conversion and grafting efficiency of BA were dependent upon BA concentration, which were more than 90?mol% under a suitable condition of the graft-copolymerization. Morphology of DPNR-graft-PBA was observed by transmission electron microscopy after staining film specimens with I2 vapor for 5?min. The NR particles of about 0.5?μm in diameter were dispersed in PBA matrix of about 15?nm in thickness. Storage modulus and loss tangent of DPNR-graft-PBA were measured, and they were related with the soft nanomatrix structure. The tensile strength and elongation at break decreased as monomer concentration increased.  相似文献

A novel yet versatile approach is described for surface-initiated living radical polymerization (SI-LRP) from silica particles (SiPs). Monodisperse SiPs were surface-modified with a newly designed surface-fixable initiator (BPEGE) having three components: a triethoxysilane moiety, a poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) unit, and an initiation site for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) in the form of a 2-bromoisobutyryl group. The surface-initiated ATRP of methyl methacrylate (MMA) mediated by a copper complex was carried out with the BPEGE-fixed SiPs. The polymerization proceeded in a living manner, producing SiPs coated with well-defined poly(MMA) of a target molecular weight with a graft density as high as 0.5 chains/nm2. Thanks to the amphiphilic property of PEG, the system was successfully applied for SI-ATRP of PEG methacrylate and sodium p-styrenesulfonate in aqueous media in which the BPEGE-fixed SiPs were highly dispersed without causing any aggregations. The formation of colloidal crystals with the polymer brush-afforded SiPs demonstrated the high uniformity and perfect dispersibility of the hybrid particles.  相似文献

We describe the potential of microchip electrophoresis with a Hitachi SV1210, which can be used to evaluate the integrity of total RNA, for the analysis of mRNA expression. The ribonuclease (RNase) protection assay was performed by using microchip electrophoresis with cyanine 5 (Cy5) labeled 248-base antisense RNA probe (riboprobe) encoding adipose-type fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) as the riboprobe. The fluorescence intensity corresponding to the protected RNA fragment increased in a dose-dependent manner with respect to the complementary strand RNA. Results were obtained in 120 s, and the same amount of Cy5-labeled antisense riboprobe as used in the conventional method can be used. Furthermore, 8 times more sensitive detection of mRNA by microchip electrophoresis could be obtained. An obvious increase in the mRNA expression of A-FABP, which is known as a differentiation marker of adipocytes, occurred during the adipocyte differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells. These results clearly indicate the potential of microchip electrophoresis for the analysis of mRNA expression in cells.  相似文献

Colloidal crystallization of deionized suspensions of the cationic gel spheres of lightly cross-linked poly(2-vinylpyridine) (PEGMA-P2VP) has been studied from the microscopic observation, morphology, phase diagram, and elastic property. Critical concentrations of melting coexisted with ion-exchange resins were low compared with those without resins and increased but slightly as the degree of cross-linking decreased. The densities of the gel spheres, i.e., weight percent of the gel spheres divided by the corresponding volume percent, were between 0.7 and 0.9 and rather insensitive to the degree of cross-linking of the spheres examined from 0.1 to 1 mol%. This means that the gel spheres are rather dense. The closest inter-sphere distances of the crystals were much longer than the hydrodynamic diameters of the gel spheres especially at low sphere concentrations. Fluctuation parameters evaluated from the rigidities of the crystals of PEGMA-P2VP were similar to those of colloidal crystals of typical hard spheres. Mono-layered adsorption of cationic gel spheres at the nearest-neighbored layer from a cover glass of the cell was observed microscopically. The stable ordered layers, however, formed beyond the monolayer in the suspension phase. These experimental findings support the important role of the extended electrical double layers around the cationic gel spheres in addition to the excluded volume effect of the sphere themselves on the crystallization.  相似文献
